The hospitality showed by Avinash and his assistant Antony was commendable. It is a beautiful sea side property . In the night however the location is a little quiet and dark in the street outside . The premises were kept very neat and clean and the ground floor ,where we stayed , had two sit outs with sliding glass door with sea view. Antony , the care taker, was very friendly and responsive . Overall it was a great experience to stay in this sea side property

It was such a pleasant stay. It was my first time in Udupi and Nikhil made it a memorable one. From local recommendations to accommodating our needs at the stay, Nikhil was a thorough host. We unfortunately had to cut short our trip because of other commitments, but will definitely come back to this place the next time we are in Udupi. Clean place, has all the amenities listed, but finding ‘little hearts’ amongst the complimentary eateries has to be my personal favorite, very nostalgic:)

One of the best properties visited in recent time s with family. Well maintained , spacious living , rooms and garden. Again will visit the same place in brahmawar.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. It feels very private, like home—peaceful and extremely beautiful. We really want to come back! There is still some scope for improvement, such as having white sheets, but that's very minor. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a stunning house that left me absolutely mesmerized. Situated in a serene neighborhood, this house seamlessly blends modern design with natural beauty. this 3 bhk homestay is an excellent choice. the host made our stay comfortable and easy. it is a beautiful place to relax with family and friends. we enjoyed each bit of our time. highly recommend if u are planning to stay in karkala

The place was amazing. The view ofthe sea was something you will never forget. The home was very welcoming and everything was taken care of. There were sufficient mattresses, pillows, blankets and the place was clean and tidy. Balcony and verandah had enough chairs to sit comfortably. The whole place is well maintained and taken care of. Highly recommend! 😊

Homestay offers what it promises! Pravin is a highly communicative proactive helpful and responsive host. Super clean, comfortable with a kitchen to cook your meals in, washing machine for laundry, beach within 5 minutes walking distance what more can one ask for a beach holiday. Pravin is very conscientious to maintain the quality of his homestay, always open to suggestions for enhancements and is also very sweet to act as your local guide around. Of course for those who want a break from the kitchen yet homely clean meals, there's Bharati the lovely caretaker next door. Padubidri beach is 15 minutes away and Kapu the lighthouse beach is a 5mts walk, the 2 best beaches in Udupi to spend time at and enjoy. Loved it and carry back lotsa happy memories..don't think twice about booking...excellent choice in Udupi. Thank you Pravin for a wonderful stay.
