property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

It was a last minute find on Airbnb. And I must say we were really happy to find such place with kind of Manali vibe due to the typical wooden structure and a great lake view where you can stare at all day!!! Food was great so was the host and the caretaker Ram. Had a memorable short outing! Thanks to the team!!!

Thankyou for the amazing stay, host was very helpful with everything, the caretakers were extremely sweet and cordial, the only issue was jacuzzi was not clean, dirty water but rest everything amazing, property was close to the lake, we could go there chill and swim, it is very safe also and the food was delicious. We all had amazing time. Thankyou to Vijay and all other people too.

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

Raju has created an amazing stay amidst nature and serene surroundings. Felt cool and breezy even in summer. Raju and his family have raised beautiful gardens which give this place a personal touch. We had the most peaceful time. Would love to visit again, definitely recommend for a scenic and relaxing getaway.

I visited with my family, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Satyajit provided all the details clearly, gave timely instructions, and was always responsive. The dam has a beautiful sunset viewpoint and boating options, making it a great spot to unwind. Though I had a packed itinerary and couldn’t relax much this time, I’ll definitely book again for a proper staycation. The terrace was the highlight for us - spent most of the time there. House is clean and tidy. In rains, we had few light outages but host had mentioned about it We ate at nearby restaurants but kitchen was well equipped. Peaceful place with nice lake views.

Great place to spend with friends as well as family. Property was much more cozy than seen in photos. The overall property area is pretty big - around 5.5 acres, and it's completely ours when we book this Villa, hence great privacy despite of always busy and crowded pawna lake area. The care taker was very humble and polite. The food that he and his wife cooked was lip-smacking. Overall very happy and felt worth spending the amount here. Will definitely visit many more times 🥳
