Great place, peaceful location, villa was huge with 4 bedrooms (3 rooms with AC), hall & dining area, villa has lot of outside space to walk & kids play, kitchen with almost all facilities available, Sijo's parents were great host and took care of all our needs. Nearby restaurants and Swiggy options available as well. Overall great place to stay at this price and would look forward to visiting again.

Amazing place to stay - really good architecture Can easily accommodate a group of 6-8 people. Suresh has put it in a lot of effort in making this place very pretty. He was super responsive and let us check in early as well. He recommended quite a few local must see places.

L'hébergement est magnifique, très bien placé à 15mn en voiture de Kalpetta et Meppadi. Chembra Peak est également très près, parfait pour les treckings matinaux. Les hôtes sont très gentils, la maison est impeccable. La literie est également un énorme plus, lit extrêmement confortable. Endroit paisible, parfait pour méditer le matin. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons lorsque l'occasion se représentera.

Wonderful place. Mathew was the best host I've gotten on Airbnb till date. He even arranged bonfire, bbq and food for us on new year's eve. You can get homely food here at a very reasonable cost.

This place is really great to stay, the property is very lush and beautiful. The host Sajan is really accommodating and always available. Extra bedding is provided if necessary. The location of the place is amazing , it’s in the centre from all the must watch tourist attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Whether you go with family or friends the place is extremely comfortable to stay.

We were greeted by the host's representative on arrival. The place was clean and tidy. We were able to prepare break fast every morning. All utensils were provided. There is a mini mart on the ground floor where all groceries, vegetables and milk is available. Also there is a Cafe on the same floor. Hilite mall is located in walking distance from the apartment. The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise pollution from the road works. Thanks to Ravab for hosting us.

we had a very nice and comfortable stay at Franklin's place. the stay was in middle of tea estates and around an hour away from other spots. Frank was very responsive host and helped us out with planning our itinerary to getting local transport when we needed. Thanks a lot for all the help Frank,we had wonderful vacation. :)

The place was exactly as described on the website—peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently located not too far from town, where shops and eateries were easily accessible. Coming from the noisy streets of Bangalore, we truly appreciated the quiet and refreshing atmosphere. Our stay was made even better by the spacious setup—we had two comfortable rooms, a sit-out area, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen all to ourselves. One of the highlights was taking a relaxing walk in the cool, fresh air. Sam, the owner, was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on places to visit. His family was warm and welcoming, and despite observing the holy month of Ramadan, their hospitality was exceptional. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Wayanad!
