We had a really good time in Jun’s place, the natural surroundings are extremely beautiful, the villa is clean, spacious and well decorated, Jun and the whole family &staff are all super friendly. My boyfriend and I definitely want to come back again! As for transportation, We didn’t drive but there’re still things to do by walk, bike or bus for our 6 days and slow paced holiday here, although renting a car will give you more options. Minamiizu and Jun’s villa are dream-like places, thank you for everything Jun!

We stayed at Billy's over the Sept long weekend.We were a group of 6 & in Japan its still a struggle to find places that allows dogs. It was really close to our favourite beach, which is within walkable distance.The place is nicely furnished and was very comfortable to stay.Our group loves a bit of vino and were thoroughly impressed by the selection of glassware at Billy's place.The kitchen is fully equipped,so we had breakfast at home every day before heading to the beach.There is a kettle BBQ but unfortunately we couldnt use it as the grill was a bit rusty.Luckily we had brought our portable BBQ so we were able to thoroughly enjoy the deck.The bluetooth speaker made our BBQ even more enjoyable.The beds and linens were clean and are of good quality, so we were able to get a good night sleep. Since we were coming from tokyo, Billy was kind enough to offer friday night for a discount.This avoided a painful traffic filled drive on Sat morning. Also, he gave us late checkout on Monday.

这是我最近住过的最好的民宿，房屋整洁，景观美，做饭方便，适合聚会，建筑内的动线设计和灯光设计非常完美。

室内は清潔で全く問題なかったです！ 外では、焚き火などもできてすごいのんびりできました。

非常に良いステイになりました。ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

お正月に、２泊滞在しました 大皿しかないと、書かれてましたが テーブルが大きいので、問題なかったです 土鍋とカセットコンロがあったので 聞けば良かったです(持参しました) 快適なお家なので、お勧めしたいです チェックアウトで急いでたので ロルフさんに、ご挨拶できずに 申し訳ございません お世話になりました ありがとうございます

Absolutely beautiful, clean and elegant place. Very cozy and pristine location. The communication with the host is fast and reliable. They know English very well and are very friendly. 10/10 recommended in Shimoda. Irita beach is nearby and that’s so nice.
