Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay! Located right in the heart of the city center, it’s so convenient for exploring everything nearby. The neighborhood was lovely and very welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. The host was great at communicating and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. The house was spotless and well-equipped. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My friend and I had a very nice stay at Miriam's flat! The place was clean and had everything a small loft can offer: a kitchen with cutlery, towels, and a washing machine, as well as a clean bathroom with mini shampoo and a hairdryer. The bed was very comfy, and there is an electric radiator and air conditioning in the room. Although the flat is located on one of the main streets, it was pretty quiet that night. However, I'm also a rather deep sleeper.

Amazing place, amazing host, very clean, great location, everything someone can need and more was provided by the host. Probably the best in town :)

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

Logement très propre et très bien situé, proche du quartier touristique, tout est accessible à pied. Dea est une personne très réactive, vous pouvez louer son logement les yeux fermés

Мы остались очень довольны квартирой. Чисто, уютно, есть все, что нужно (от тряпки для стола и губок до полотенца для ног). Кровати мягкие и чистые, выспались от души. Единственное - жалеем, что остались только на ночь, уезжать не хотелось. Большое спасибо, Александр!

We stayed 2 nights in Aleko‘s apartment in Kutaisi. As we arrived in the night, we were really grateful that Aleko waited for us and made a late night check-in possible. The apartment was clean and has everything you need for a short stay in Kutaisi. Restaurants, supermarkets and bakery are near to the apartment. We would recommend a stay in Aleko‘s apartment. 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Kate’s apartment! The place is clean, stylish and well-equipped. The building is beautiful and in a great location. Kate is a great host, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Platon’s place. He was very communicative and let us check in early. It’s got a great view over old town and is very close walking distance to restaurants and the cathedral. We would definitely stay here again

Sehr ordentlich und sauber. Auf fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Lage ist super in kutaisi. Die Heizung haben funktioniert und warmes Wasser gab es auch. gerne wieder und sehr zum empfehlen! Vielen dank für den Aufenthalt.

This may have just been my favorite Airbnb stay. Etiko offers great value for money, the apartment is spacious, warm, has a functioning kitchen and wash mashine, reliable hot water supply and stable wifi connection. It is in a quite area of Kutaisi city center, on a side street, so no transit traffic and no noise which comes from it. Etiko was flexible both regarding the check in and check out. The apartment is fully isolated from the main house, I have only seen Etiko once when I was checking in. Overall, a great stay.

The apartment was very affordable, so we didn’t expect much—and it delivered just fine. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials and more. A great option for budget travelers looking for a comfortable stay.

We had a nice stay at Ina's place. The unit is on a high floor with a paid elevator. All furniture was comfortable, the gas oven worked well and extra blankets and towels were provided. The surrounding area is residential with small grocery shops and a Carrefour nearby. About 30 minute walk to downtown. Ina was helpful and responsive. We appreciated the early check-in. A minor negative is that you must have exactly 10 tetri for the elevator (2 fives don't work) or climb up the stairs.

Everything was easy with Lela. we reached at an odd hour in the morning but the self check in was super easy. we had 2 yummy cupcakes to welcome us at the apartment. Thank you for everything.

Modern,Clean and so cozy! Definitely a recommended and worth place to get in Kutaisi ! Huge thank you to Lizi who helped with everything ! Free parking + PlayStation was definitely something that wasn’t everywhere haha !

I am happy with this place. Even though it is not in city centre, it is easy to go there by a Bolt ride or public bus or walking 45 minutes. There are quite many grocery shops within 10 minutes walk. Also there is a big bazaar near the central bus station, about 35 minutes walking distance. The kitchen facilities are adequate especially the knife set is great for use.

ბინას აქვს კარგი ლოკაცია. სასიამოვნო ხედი აივნიდან. ფასი არის ადეკვატური. თუ მიფრინავთ ქუთაისიდან, მშვენიერი ადგილია დასარჩენად.

Very cozy place! Great location, everything was near. But on the other hand there was a lots of privacy and it was quiet. Everything looked exactly like on the pictures. Host was really friendly and communication was easy.
