كان المسكن كما في الوصف وقد فاق توقعاتي حيث ان المساحه واسعه و حجم الغرف كبير جدا وديكور المنزل جميل جدا على الطابع القديم لكن صاحب المنزل مهتم به جدا لن تعتقد انه قديم بل حديث على الطراز القديم المضيف ودود جدا و مرح و معطاء حين وصولنا قد قدم لنا الكثير من الفواكه وكان استقبال جميل جدا وكانه يستقبل احد افراد اسرته احببتا المكان مع ان مده اقامتنا كانت 3 ليال لكن حفرت في الذاركه وايام لن تنسى مع ماموكا شكرا لك ماموكا لجعل ايامنا اسعد وسعت كثيرا بالتعرف عليك سنعود بالتاكيد و هذا المسكن سيكون اول اختياراتنا

Very big house with a well stocked kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, a bathroom, and a great balcony overlooking their lovely garden. Marina the aunt is a very nice person, generous, and quiet. She speak little English, but we could still understand one another. The hosts treated us with homemade wine, fresh fruits from the garden, and even khacapuri. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I recommend spending a few nights there for relaxing and breathing fresh air.

Great accomodation for a family with plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The house has a great atmosphere with a bear fur on the wall, wooden floor, goats in the neighbours garden. Bathroom with a washing machine is spaceful and clean. There is no problem with parking in front of the house. The host is very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at Svetlana's place! The house is very spacious, and our group of five fit comfortably. The communication with Svetlana was smooth and clear, and the check-in and check-out times were flexible and convenient. The house had everything we needed for a short stay, and there was also a parking spot, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a good option for an overnight stay, much better than a hotel. Thank you, Svetlana!

Everything was perfect. Thank you Irakli for being a good host. There was only one thing that we didn’t like - there were people just behind the wall from other apartment who checked in at 3 AM and were very noisy till 6 AM, and other night story was the same. Everything else was perfect, that incident doesn’t change good experience during our stay. Thank you so much, it was our third time in Georgia, hope to come one day again, if so, we will definately come back to your place.

This was a great pick especially for the price. We stayed two nights and had zero issues, the place was clean and very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

Brilliant apartment. pleasantly clean, fresh and fragrant. In addition, there is a washing machine in which you can quietly wash things after walking in the mountains, it was pleasant that the host provided us with mini toiletries for the bathroom, towels, slippers and kitchen basics. From my side it was phenomenal and to be repeated. I would like to add that somehow a person from Poland had a problem with the location of the pin where to go. G00gle Maps made it a little difficult to get to the apartment, but the wonderful host mother Nino helped in getting there. 😀

Fantastic Stay at Ketevan's Place! Manuel and Belen's stay at Ketevan's Airbnb was wonderful. The apartment is located in a safe, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood, making it an ideal spot for a restful sleep. Situated conveniently close to the Colchis Fountain, the location is perfect for exploring the area. There's an exceptional supermarket just 50 meters away, offering fresh, daily-made dishes that you can watch being prepared. It's a food lover's delight! The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you could need, and parking your car is hassle-free. Communication with the host was seamless, with clear check-in and check-out instructions provided. Overall, Ketevan's hospitality combined with the superb amenities and prime location made this stay unforgettable.

Very nice stylish appartment. Comfortable and cosy. Though it is located in the city center the noise of the streets don't bother you at all. We made the reservation spontaneously and Iryna answered super quickly which was very kind of her. We enjoyed our stay. I totally recommend this appartment to everybody!

Tinatin was a nice and responsive host sending us all the useful details prior our arrival. There her mom took care of the check in and was responsive when had questions. The appartement is good price/quality ratio and is very well located close to many of the touristic places. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Tinatin apartment.

Accommodation is situated a few minutes away from Kutaisi Central Square and it's equipped with all the amenities . It's not spotless there are some stains, dust which could be improved but that's nothing serious. The fact that house is split in 2 floors (ground floor kitchen with living room, 1st floor bedrooms) is bit inconvenient as there is no indoor staircase which means you always have to go outside to move between floors. Otherwise I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who's planning to stay in Kutaisi.

Δικαίως έχει 5 αστέρια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και άνετο σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, 10-15 λεπτά περπάτημα από το κέντρο της πόλης. Δυσκολευτηκαμε λίγο στην άφιξη, γιατί ήταν βράδυ και το gps μας το έβγαζε σε άλλο σημείο, αλλά ο Alec μας βρήκε και μας βοήθησε. Το ζευγάρι Marina - Alec είναι καταπληκτικοί οικοδεσπότες. Απίστευτη φιλοξενία. Είχαν φροντίσει να έχουν ανοιχτά όλα τα σώματα ώστε το σπίτι να είναι ζεστό και ανετο. Η Μαρινα μας ετοιμασε ένα πλούσιο πρωινό με ντόπια παραδοσιακά φαγητά, φτιαγμένα από την ιδια. Νιώσαμε σαν να μας περιποιούνταν η μαμά μας! Ο Alec μας έδωσε πληροφορίες για την περιοχή και μας πήγε με το αυτοκίνητο του στο κεντρο. Ήταν πρόθυμοι να μας κεράσουν και βραδινό. Κρίμα που μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ.
