二度目の滞在でしたが今回も申し分ありませんでした。 少し寒いので暖房を強めると乾燥が気になるので加湿器が必要でした。 それ以外は何も気になることはありません! 花園スキー場からすぐなのも最高です!

The house was beautiful with amazing view. Kitchen fill with many cutlery. Rooms are spacious. Check-in procedure was very detailed. Conversation with staff was smooth and they are very helpful. Overall would definitely recommend traveller group who drive to come. Excellent experience!

Great value for close proximity to mountain and town. We had a car but also chose to walk some nights to town and it only took about 15 minutes. The place has everything you could need and the sauna is a great addition. Loved it!

Great house for skiing in Niseko / Hirafu House was beautiful, as pictured. Living room space and couches were large and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I come back. Steps away from the free shuttle to the mountain, which ran very often (every 15 /20 mins). Or, if you store your skis in the lockers at the Hirafu Mountain Sports Center Annex (one of the bus stops by Kings Gondola) then you can walk to the mountain in ~15-20 mins. The house is steps away from some of the great restaurants and bars of the areas, including Bar Gyu - so you are right in the heart of the action. Location was amazing. I was a bit worried at first that we were not closer to the mountain, but when we arrived I saw the location was really perfect for our needs. Only issues were minor - had an issue with check in but host responded immediately and cleared it up. Would have been nice to have a few extra towels, as only 1 was provided per person and they were small.

It is a beautiful place to stay. We were with 7 adults and 1 baby and that went perfectly. The lodge was clean, open, light and a nice place to relax. We are a family of cooks, so the kitchen could have been a bit more equipped but that is just a minor comment. We ordered the Shabu Shabu for the first evening, and it was perfect! We were very happy to stay here and the staff of Elite Heavens is extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged bus tickets and were able to assist with practical arrangements! We hope to come back one day! Thanks a lot!

I had a fantastic 4-night stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Niseko. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day out. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and ski areas. One of the highlights was the on-site onsen, which was the perfect way to unwind. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. On top of that, the stunning scenery surrounding the house made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko!

Beautiful house in a remote neighborhood, within a ten minute drive of Annapuri gondola. Getting around to restaurants requires either a rental car or taking taxis (which can require a long wait). The house is modern and beautiful, with comfortable beds and a functional kitchen. The welcome basket of pantry items was deeply appreciated. Lastly, the shuttle service that the property management company provided to and from the mountain was helpful, just be sure to reach out far in advance to book the desired times (ie early morning and later in the day for return). Overall, great AirBnB that I would recommend.

하이시즌이라 숙박비가 경비의 반 정도 소비되긴했지만, 조용하고 일행끼리만 생활하기 좋았습니다. 앞에 요테이산을 두고...날씨가 계속 흐려서 제대로 즐기지못한 점이 너무 아쉬워요. 마지막날 맑은하늘에 구름모자 쓴 요테이산 보고 일찍 출발했네요. 세탁세제도 준비되어있어서 장기로 있어도 좋은거 같아요. 제일 좋았던 점은 출입문 옆에 장비보관실이 잘 갖춰져 있고, 온기가 계속 유지되고 있어서 보드를 타고 와서 옷과 장비 말리기 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 니세코에 오게되면 다시 숙박하고 싶어요. 그때는 요테이산이 잘 보이는 날씨이길 바래봅니다.

Everyone in our group of 10 was very impressed with how comfortable and well located Kitsune House was. We would highly recommend for a group ski trip and would love to be back again soon. I would only add, as the organizer of my group, that the comms could be better streamlined (ie, I was dealing with multiple different people via email who kept asking or confirming things that I'd discussed previously - like asking for everyone's passport again, or me having the need to double confirm previously arranged pick-ups and drop-offs). But I may be a little picky on this one as everything worked out well in the end and H2 never failed to deliver. Our group would highly recommend Kitsune House / H2 Group for your Niseko holiday.

Very responsive and helpful host

Paul’s place was great. Location is very peaceful, very near the center of hirafu but you will still need a car - in fact a car is really necessary for niseko as the village is not really designed for walking with no sidewalks and the slopes are not well connected especially in any weather where the lifts shut. Place is very modern with great heating and amenities and fully equipped kitchen. It was very clean when we checked in and the bedrooms and bathrooms are both of great size. 4 people would fit comfortably. Paul is a fantastic host and very responsive.

Great place. Location is perfect if you're looking to be walking distance to hirafu area but still would like some privacy and great nature views. everything was in good shape and house was perfectly warm all the time. house is plenty big for all 11 people with one small caveat. the single bedroom is only accessed through the dry room which felt a bit strange but not terrible.
