Tranquil and simple rooms located in the middle of lush rice paddies. Bobbys hospitality and arrangement for all my needs in Borobudur was so perfect, he is communicative and extremely helpful. The breakfast every morning was so good, set in the middle of the fields and next to the pool. A wonderful escape from the city.

Awesome stay here. Description and pics matched how the place was. Bed super comfy, the area is very quiet, fast Wi-Fi, and a huge bathroom and bathtub. Great value for the money and nice surroundings if you wanna go for a long walk. Super spot and highly recommended if you wanna spend a few days close by to the airport.

Thank you for the warm service! Great place to stay for the night. The bed (with pillow, bolster, blanket) and the bathroom is clean, AC and water heater works well too. The host is very friendly and serves us warm tea as soon as we check in, and also there are free flow of coffee, tea, sugar with clean cups at the pantry area. The host also gives us some information about tourist attractions around the homestay, so it's very helpful for someone who is traveling to Magelang for the first time. Breakfast (fried rice with omelette) is served on the terrace at the time we asked (around 7:00am) and it tastes delicious. Overall me and my family had a lovely stay at Genthong Homestay and hopefully someday we will visit again!
