Veldig trivelig plass å bo. Ryddig og rent, fin beliggenhet. Vi var 4 voksne og ei lita ei på 9 måneder, å fikk låne både barneseng og barnestol. Helt supert, Anbefalles!

Vetlis Haus am Fjord ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Der Blick auf Fjord und umliegende Berge ist außergewöhnlich, besonders auch der Blick auf den Oksfjordgletscher. Das Haus ist warm, sehr gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Wir waren einen ganzen Monat dort und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. In einem Umkreis von 30 Minuten Autofahrt gibt es genug Möglichkeiten, wunderbare Skitouren zu unternehmen. Vetli ist immer erreichbar gewesen und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, besonders auch, als wir einmal eingeschneit waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geräumig, und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Das absolute Highlight ist das tolle Panoramafester mit einem perfekten Blick auf den Altafjord. Und tatsächlich haben wir von dort aus auch Nordlicher gesehen. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass wir die Garage nutzen durften, weil es fast täglich geschneit hat und uns so viel Arbeit erspart blieb. Es war ein sehr entspannender und erholsamer Urlaub! Vielen Dank Veronika!

We had a fantastic trip to Alta and William’s house was the perfect base for our adventures. The house is clean, modern and spacious and in a nice quiet area. Our hosts were always helpful and responsive to any questions, giving good advice for places to visit. Highly recommended

A perfect stay! We had an amazing stay at Katarina’s place. Everything was perfect, and we truly felt at home. The accommodation was cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. The location was exceptional, with the Alta River nearby, offering a peaceful and stunning environment. Katarina was a wonderful host, always available and welcoming. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Superb chalet, very large and spacious. It has all the comforts you need. What's more, it's the house where the owner grew up and it's a sort of "museum" with lots of objects from the Sami world. The chalet is ideally situated for hiking from the house. We saw reindeer and elk in the wild on several occasions, even though they belong to Sami herders. You don't need to pay an organisation to see them, just go for a walk.

Ase was a fantastic host! The accommodation was spacious, very well appointed, had everything you could need. We loved that it was in the countryside, yet close to the town. We would recommend staying here.

I arrived by cruise ship and Jakup and Nina’s place is a couple of bus stops away from the harbour. You can also choose to walk about 17 minutes there. Their place is right by the sea where you can see sea gulls and other sea birds catching fish, and it is also just a 12-15 minute walk to the town centre. The view from the house is beautiful, and I managed to see the northern lights from there. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. As public transport to and from Honningsvåg airport is quite inconvenient (there are only 1 or 2 taxis on the island, they’re difficult to get, and the nearest bus stop from the airport is about 4km from the airport), Nina very kindly offered to take me to the airport. Thank you for your hospitality Nina and Jakup!

Le séjour c'est bien passé. La cuisine est plutôt bien équipée pour des repas simples. Le lit 2 est confortable. Merci à Trine pour l'accueil.

Leide her under et opphold i fjor, da vi skulle tilbake i år, søkte vi etter denne plassen og fant den ledig i år også. Her er alt på stell, rent og pent, hyggelig vert og alt du trenger i leiligheten. Kommer igjen neste gang jeg trenger et lengre opphold i Alta.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Alta! Die Wohnung war gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt gebraucht haben, sei es der entspannte Fernsehabend oder das gemeinsame Dinner. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder das Stadtzentrum selbst sind in wenigen Minuten allesamt fußläufig erreichbar. Das macht nicht nur das Schlendern sehr angenehm, man ist auch schnell in der Natur und kann beim Wandern die wundervolle Umgebung Altas genießen. Die Kommunikation mit Marita war reibungslos, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

I loved this little gem. Owners are friendly, the apartment is clean and well equipped and wifi is fast. This is a great place if you want to enjoy the northern lights away from the crowds.

Die Unterkunft von Bjørn war unglaublich schön. Es ist die optimale Lage zwischen dem Flughafen Alta und dem Nordkapp, quasi genau in der Mitte gelegen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits von Städten und somit gibt es kaum Lichtverschmutzung - optimale Bedingungen, um die Nordlichter zu sehen! Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und uns wurde sogar etwas Holz für den Kamin bereitgestellt. Die Unterkunft war bereits automatisch temperiert, was gerade bei den kalten Temperaturen in Norwegen ein schöner Empfang war. Bjørn war jederzeit erreichbar und antwortete binnen weniger Minuten, absolut vorbildlich! 5* Sterne

We really enjoyed our stay in Kristiane's apartment. It is well located within walking distance to much in town and had everything we needed. The host was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival.

Gode informasjoner før innsjekk ( sjelden vi har fått så presis info …). Leiligheten var som beskrevet. Den passet oss godt Verten svarte veldig kjapt dersom vi lurte på noe.

It was a great experience! The house is located in peaceful surroundings with a grocery store nearby. It was very convenient to reach the town center, just about a 5-minute walk. Check-in and check-out were self-service, and the host provided all the necessary information.

Wonderful accommodation with amazing hosts! We were made to feel welcomed throughout the entire stay and they would bring us local and homemade food to try! If you consider a vacation to Alta I recommend staying at Vibeke's place!
