Simply modern. Well-appointed. Minimalist style. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. Abundant space. Balcony views. Engaging decor. Our two-night stay was remarkable. We were able to experience the city and unplug at the AirBnb. Highly recommend Rachid. Only slight drawback was difficulty in communicating location to driver. I wouldn’t recommend using the location in the app. Rachid was a wonderful responsive host who made sure we were well taken care of.

Kwabena is an excellent host. The apartment is so clean and well equipped and he’s so proactive that there’s very little else that you need once you get there. He also leave instructions with staff at the building who are always willing to help you with whatever you need from helping you move your bags, bringing up orders etc. Lastly, the location is perfect, I could walk to nice restaurants, Pharmacies, spas etc and an uber was never more than 3 minutes away. I’ve stayed here 3 times now over 2 years and will continue to come back :)

I had a long stay here and loved every bit of it! The apartment was spotless, looked exactly like the pictures, and had such thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The host was lovely, always quick to respond. He sent housekeeping to keep the place fresh weekly. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Dominik's place was exactly as described. Cozy and felt like home. Arrived to a splendid view from the penthouse apartment that was spotless. The apartment had all amenities as described including a pool and a cardio inclined gym. Also, the location was excellent, close to the airport and Accra mall, with easy access to anywhere in the city. The host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. He also provided excellent assistance and guidance for any issue with encountered. Solid recommendation from me and would definitely be staying again next time I'm in Accra.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb property from the 1st to the 5th of April, and I would like to take a moment to commend the host, Caroline, and the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, Caroline demonstrated an exceptional level of proactiveness, ensuring that every detail of my stay was smooth and enjoyable. She was readily available to address any questions and went above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment. The room itself was spotless—meticulously cleaned and maintained, reflecting a high standard of care. One of the standout features was the consistently fresh and delightful scent in the room, which added a special touch of comfort and homeliness. Caroline’s willingness to accommodate my needs and make my stay as comfortable as possible did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and it made a lasting impression on me. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

I stayed here for a week and already looking forward to returning back. Felix and co host Festus was amazing always responsive and quick to resolve any issues we had. They reguarly checked in to ensure we was good. Festus even gave us information on places to go as it was our first time in Ghana. The apartment looked exactly as the photos all 3 bedrooms were perfect size so clean and spacious all had an ensuite bathroom, decor looks exactly has described, extra bonus for the housekeeper who was available whenever we needed. No issues with internet service and we had all the streaming apps available on the tv , this apartment has the best view of the main pool & gym being in the central location there is even a cafe onsite, embassy gardens is the perfect location for all the places we needed to go all within 10- 15 mins drive. The area is peaceful and felt very safe. I was grateful that Felix was able to accomodate our later check out as we had a late flight. 100% recommend this place.

Hatte eine prima Zeit, sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, alles klappte reibungslos, tolles Studio Apartment, super Location, viele Security Guards und Hygienemassnahmen überall - fühlte mich ausgesprochen sicher. Besonderes Highlight für mich die Sonnenterrasse und Rooftop Pool. Ich komme wieder!!!!

Exquisite home that suited my family of 8 perfectly. Alex and Aren thought of every detail imaginable! From eatery and activity recommendations, to bluetooth speakers in most rooms, to a chat group for guest questions, nothing was left to chance. The home was squeaky clean and Aren was there to greet us and walk us through every part of the home to ensure that we are familiar and comfortable with our new surroundings. I highly recommend this stay!

Als wir angekommen sind wurden wir ganz nett von Florenz und Frances ( Hausmeister) begrüsst. Uns wurde sogar essen bestellt, ein Fahrer organisiert . Es war alles Top. Wenn mal etwas ausgefallen ist, wurde es sofort repariert oder drum gekümmert. Wenn der Strom ausfiel, war man nicht verloren, da die Unterkunft Solar hat und man immer Strom hatte. Frances bekommt sogar 7 Sterne

Exceptional Stay in Accra! I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb in Accra. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. The location was perfect — central, safe, and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and popular sites. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot Ghanaian weather. I felt safe and comfortable while staying in Sebastian Residence. Very clean house and beautiful neighborhood. Sebastian was great in responding to messages. I will definitely booked again whenever I visit Ghana. If you are traveling to Ghana and looking for a safe, clean and a beautiful place to stay, I will definitely recommend Sebastian Residence. Philip (The caretaker) was an amazing very good at his job.

The stay was above and beyond the rave reviews! Every detail was planned and accommodated by Prince’s amazing staff. I travelled with a group of various personalities and preferences but everything from club recommendations to cooking lessons and beauty services were provided. Carol’s availability and resourcefulness were above and beyond, you can expect privacy as well as requesting her assistance at any moment and her appearing almost immediately. I look forward to coming back for next Detty December festivities.

Loved my stay here! The house was super clean and had everything I needed. It’s in a quiet, gated community which made it feel really peaceful. The host was amazing,so kind and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely come back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Edna’s place. The location was great and the amenities exactly how they were described. No issues with wifi or with power and the security are were very polite and helpful. Isaac in particular was very responsive to any questions or queries we had and we look forward to staying here again later in the year.

I enjoyed my stay here and Ben-Ike was a great host. He provided clear and helpful information for check-in and details about the apartment and amenities. The apartment looked just like the pictures and was fully outfitted with plates, glasses, pots, etc. -- everything you need for a short-term or long-term stay. Ben-Ike checked proactively for any issues and was responsive to any requests. I liked it so much that I extended my stay!

Lovely stay! The flat was spotless, stylish, and in a great location. The host was friendly, responsive, and gave great local tips. Everything was just as described, and we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to return soon.

I had a great stay at Babsie’s place. The apartment was cozy and had all the basics needed to feel at home. it was pristine, well stocked kitchen tools for those who like to cook and check-in was seamless. The building staff - from the security to reception to building maintenance and manager - are all very helpful and hospitable. Babsie was quick to respond to any issues with excellent communication and follow-through. I have stayed in many buildings around Accra and this by far had some of the best amenities - with a beautiful rooftop pool and gym, and views that make staying home just as luxurious as going out. The area is close to many restaurants and shops and Uber/Bolt comes quickly in the area to get to other attractions around town. I would highly recommend this unit for a single or couple staying in Accra.

We enjoyed our stay at Ara’s place. Oliver, her co-host, was kind, accommodating, thorough, and helpful. The unit is spacious and accommodated our family well. The pools were amazing! We used them every day and on many cases had the entire pool to ourselves. The air conditioning was efficient and helped greatly as our bodies adjusted to the heat. I also appreciated the generators that kicked on when we had a temporary power outage from a storm. We felt very safe in the complex as entry is controlled to registered guests and there is dedicated underground parking. We found the value for the unit to be very good. There were only a few items of feedback related to maintenance and light cleaning which I provided to Oliver but did not impact our stay. Oliver was very receptive to and thankful for the feedback. We would absolutely stay at Ara’s place again for the convenience, the space, and amenities of the unit and building (e.g. check-in / out, on-site pools, security, cafe, etc.
