Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

Siren's Cove was a great weekend getaway! It had everything we were looking for in such a beautiful location. The host was easy to get ahold of and was always quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. I would highly recommend this place for anybody that's looking for a great/quiet weekend trip!

Lacey’s place was nothing short of amazing! Easily accessible, very clean and tons of things to do at the lake house! We enjoyed the kayaks, and fishing, and hiking. The ONLY thing that was a bummer was getting to the boat dock. Due to the low water levels, we had to walk down several stairs to get to it, which was stressful with a toddler. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, Lacey was quickly responsive and even checked on us the morning after our first night to ensure we were comfortable and set up.

Teresa was great! Was so helpful in helping us. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!

Live this place! Felt the peace we went there for. Deer walk up in the morning and you wake up to the birds singing. Joni recommended the Berry Farm, which was lovely and we stopped for a delicious pie at Bluebonnet Cafe (also recommended by Joni). House was clean, cute and family friendly. My three-year old had a blast in the play room: painting, playing with the barbies and board games. The private park was beautiful and we didn’t make it to the pool but will definitely go next time! Wonderful, peaceful place! Will book this again. Thanks Joni! :)

Excellent location and clean condo. Good restaurants and shopping just steps away. The construction was noisy but the earplugs provided helped. Loved the neighborhood vibe.

Dakota and his team are 5🌟+ hosts ! This condo is by far the nicest and beautifully decorated place that we have stayed out . It is a great layout and extremely comfortable. When you stay here you will be completely satisfied and know it was $ well spent. I really can’t say enough and you can’t ask for a better host . We would love to come back sometime in the future. This was our first visit to Austin and it was amazing. Staying at Joe & Susan’s place was perfect: great location for all of our activities, the suite itself was wonderful and couldn’t ask for anything better, and of course, Joe & Susan were perfect hosts. The suite was modern with so many amenities. It was our home away from home. We felt so welcomed by Joe & Susan and they had thought of everything to make our stay extra special. They provided lots of great recommendations for restaurants, live music and activities. We visited many of the places they recommended and they were all so good. We were able to enjoy some live music on four nights; two were downtown and we avoided parking as we were close enough to just walk to the venues. One night, we walked back. Another night, we took a short uber home. It was all so perfect. Joe & Susan are amazing hosts. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Joe & Susan.

Wonderful stay! Great view and everything matched the description. Clean sheets and everything is very neat and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to many local hotspots.

The condo was very modern and comfortable. Plenty of pillows, nice kitchen, nice deck. The location was nice, peaceful with a lot of deer! Pools outdoors were not heated but indoor pool was, and we swam twice in it. Nice. No hot water in showers by the pool though! That was a bummer since we swam right before we left, after we checked out. The "lake" was actually non-existent, (no rain I guess) but the river ran right in front of the complex and was very pretty. Enjoyed the restaurant on site, food was good, view pretty, and 25 cent mimosas the day we ate there! Can't beat that!

Very communicative and the place was so great I decided to stay a few more days

We stayed here for a sister’s trip which was a group of 4. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect. It was about a 10 min drive from New Braunfels main stores and 25 mins from River Rd. We enjoyed going in town/being on the river and then back to peace on the lake without the crowds. The place was clean, and kitchen had everything we needed to take turns cooking. We’d stay again!

The Overlook Cottage was the perfect getaway if you are looking for a rural, peaceful setting with all of the creature comforts of today’s modern living and needs; which we were! It’s also close enough to shops, restaurants, bars and groceries. We had a blast feeding the deer that continually strolled by on a daily basis. And despite a very cold weekend, my boys and I really enjoyed a dip in the hot tub at the end of the night. Comfortable, fun spot for everyone!

Loved it here! This was a great find. It was a nice clean room overlooking the river and was on very pretty grounds alongside other rentable cabins. The Spicewood location right on the Pedernales and along lake travis was wonderful, truly waterside with easy access to the kayaks/canoes/paddleboards which you can rent through Travis quickly and conveniently. After sunset I had plenty of room to set up my telescope and had a great view of the moon and stars over the water. It’s right down the street from Krause and several other hillcountry gems. Great host. I’d totally come back.
