Замечательный дом для 1 человека или пары! В студии очень тепло и уютно; милейшая кухня. На улице- чудесная лужайка, тишина, утром поют птицы. Есть терраса с обеденным столом для теплой погоды. Всем, кому подходит по размеру- от души рекомендую. До центра- несколько минут на машине; пешком- минут 15. Ричард и его представитель Эркин всегда на связи. Отличное жилье!

Ich bin jetzt das zweite Mal dort gewesen und war wieder sehr zufrieden

Ein kleines nettes Familiengasthaus (nicht touristisch) in einer süßen kleinen Stadt. Wir sind in der großen Jurt geblieben. Es war sehr gemütlich und hatte eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Essen war für einen fairen Preis und selbstgemacht. Trotz Sprachbarriere war die Familie sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Aussicht von oben war toll. Das nächste kleine Geschäft ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Ein ganz kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass die Kommunikation vor der Anreise nicht so gut gewesen ist. Ab der Ankunft war alles top. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, close to globus and public transport .The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I especially loved cozy bed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Отличный вариант для жилья в Бишкеке. Сапара отвечала на любые вопросы, просьбы о помощи максимально быстро. Иногда в квартире было прохладно, но это скорее было связано с аномальными холодами. Комнаты интересно оформлены и украшены национальными элементами.

Квартира просторная, чистая и светлая. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания семьи. Расположена в центре, поэтому удобно добираться в любую точку города. Все фото соответствуют, обязательно приедем еще. Рекомендую.

It's been already 3 times to stay in his apartments. There is no need to describe much. It's just wonderful which can answer about his apartments. Thanks again for everything.

The place is centrally located with supermarkets and restaurants easily accessible within walking distance. One aspect to remind is that there is no elevator and people with a lot of luggage might not find it suitable. Otherwise, there is no problem for solo traveler.

주변에 공원이 가까이 있어 여유롭게 산책할 수 있었던 점이 매우 좋았습니다. 집 주변의 걷는 도로는 주변의 오래된 나무들로 둘러싸여 있어 걷는 즐어움을 느끼게 해 주었습니다. 더욱이 가을 분위가 물씬 묻어 나서, 한 껏 가을을 즐길 수 있었습니다.

Our stay at the apartment managed by Hotel Solutel was wonderful overall. The apartment itself was extremely well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making our stay very comfortable. The location was also great, just a 10-minute walk from Ala-Too Square. However, one thing to note is that the check-in is at the hotel, which is about 300 meters away from the apartment, so we had to walk that distance with our luggage. Additionally, there was some confusion during the checkout process. Despite confirming our checkout time and arrangements to hand over the key, no one arrived as agreed. After multiple calls with no response, we had to leave the key with the security guard. Despite this, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment for its cleanliness and great location.

The apartment is small, but very cozy and comfortable. The design is very well thought through and it has everything you may need for your stay. The only downside is poor internet, but seems to be the general issue of the region and not the particular place. If you need it for work I’d recommend having a mobile one as back up. The community itself is one of the best on Issyk-Kul with nice territory, good restaurants and kids playgrounds. We really enjoyed our time there.

Very nice apartment, just as advertised. Host meet me in late evening and answered all concerns over text thereafter. The apartment is licated right in the middle of the center but very quiet. Soviet style and homey. The vibe is very nice. It was a great place to stay for my first visit to this diverse country.

The apartment has a really homely feel unlike a lot of Airbnb properties. Fantastic location. Fully recommend. Karina was full of useful advice for what to do in Bishkek.

This apartment was a great place to stay when visiting Bishkek. I especially appreciate Meder’s clear instructions. We were able to check in without any difficulties. It was wonderful to have space to relax, yet close enough to walk to many great restaurants and cultural attractions. Highly recommended!

прекрасная видовая квартира, хорошая шумоизоляция, очень чисто, все работает и все необходимое было предоставлено. квартира отлично расположена в центральном районе в шаговой доступности парки, центральная площадь, рестораны и магазины. прекрасный вид из окна, пожалуй лучший из возможных в центре.
