Logement agréable et récent. Belle vue sur la ville et la mer. Pour l'accès, il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture pour éviter le difficile escalier avec les valises. Prévoir de réserver la voiture avant votre séjour la ville est idéale comme point de départ pour les visites. Le contact avec Maria était facile et réactif

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly unforgettable! The photos simply do not do justice to how beautiful the house and the view are in reality. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Voula, the host, is a delightful person who is always ready to help. We were treated with so much love and care, making us feel right at home. Just 3 meters away, there is a wonderful tavern that serves delicious food. The beach right below the house is stunning, perfect for children with baby seats, loungers, and all the amenities you could ask for. It was such a pleasure to have everything so close and convenient. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Voula, for making this the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Ioanna's aparment it's small but really cosy, there is a bedroom and a big bathroom, plus a really nice terrace where you can have breakfast or relaxing with the view of the harbour. Everything was super clean and Ioanna is a perfect host. The location couldn't be better, just in the middle of the little port, but super quiet. Lots of bakeries, supermarkets, tavernas, cafes all around. Really a great place!

Η θέα από το σπίτι είναι απλά μαγευτική πραγματικά μας άφησε άφωνους! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και άψογα καθαρό, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε. Συνολικά, μια εμπειρία που μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Θα το συνιστούσαμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ηταν ολα τελεια, πολυ ομορφο σπιτι πανω στη θαλασσα, νοιωσαμε σας στο σπιτι μας. Οπως ειπα και στην Κα Βουλα θα θελαμε να εχει κλιματιστικο και στο σαλονι εκτος απο τα 2 υπνοδωματια, αλλα κατα τ’αλλα δεν εχουμε κανενα αρνητικο σχολιο. Ευχαριστουμε για ολα

Super hébergement qui correspondait aux photos ! L'emplacement est idéal avec des boulangeries, des cafés et des restaurants juste à coté. Marina est très gentille et a été arrangeante en nous autorisant un late check-out pour nous permettre d'attendre notre ferry.

Πολυ καλογουστος χωρος με ανεσεις και φυσικη δροσια. Φανταστικη θεα και ηλιοβασιλεμα. Η Φωτεινη εχει εξοπλισει πληρως τον χωρο και με παροχες για πρωινο.

Wir haben eine sehr gute Zeit im Haus von Stamatis erlebt. Von Anfang an hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Stamatis hat sich um jede Anfrage und um jedes Anliegen von uns sofort gekümmert. Das Haus selbst war wunderschön eingerichtet und vor allem hat uns die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und jede Minute genossen. Auch die Insel Kythnos hat uns sehr beeindruckt und wenn wir wiederkommen, dann nur zu Stamatis.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer guten und zentralen Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief perfekt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wer in Kythnos bleibt kann hier ohne Bedenken eine schöne Zeit verbringen.

Ένας βασικός λόγος που αγαπήσαμε το νησί ήταν η διαμονή μας σε αυτό το σπίτι. Αρχικά ήταν πεντακάθαρο και μπροστά σε ήρεμη ανοργάνωτη παραλία με πολύ όμορφα νερά και αλμυρίκια που σου προσφέρουν σκιά. Σε απόσταση 2’ με τα πόδια βρίσκεται ένα πολύ όμορφο Café, το οποίο λειτουργεί μέχρι αργά το βράδυ και έχει από πρωινό μέχρι γλυκά και ποτά. Το σπίτι εκτός από πεντακάθαρο φαινόταν και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο με όλες τις παροχές. Υπάρχει κλιματισμός αλλά και ανεμιστήρες οροφής σε όλα τα δωμάτια ακόμα και στο μπαλκόνι με αποτέλεσμα να μην αισθανθούμε καθόλου ζέστη. Μας παρείχαν επίσης αναλυτικές οδηγίες για την άφιξη μας στο σπίτι από το λιμάνι, ενώ μας έστειλαν και μια λίστα με εξαιρετικές επιλογές για φαγητό, παραλίες, ποτό ακόμα και διαθέσιμα πάρκινγκ στο νησί. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Θα σας ξανά επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα!

I had an unforgettable stay at Aggeliki's place in Kythnos. The location is absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and serene environment that made it the perfect getaway. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean, with every detail carefully attended to, making it feel both cozy and welcoming. Aggeliki, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She was incredibly kind, warm, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, and immaculately maintained place to stay in Kythnos, with a host who truly cares about your comfort, I highly recommend Aggeliki's place. Das Haus ist in absoluter Traumlage mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser. Perfekt, um den Morgenkaffee direkt am Wasser nach der morgendlichen Schwimmrunde zu genießen 🌊🔆 Es gibt ein paar Stufen zur Unterkunft hin (das Auto parkt man an der Straße oben). Die Ausstattung ist gut (inkl. Shampoo, Kaffeekapseln, Salz und Pfeffer, genügend Handtücher, etc.) Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei (im Wohnraum und im Schlafzimmer). Die Fenster haben alle Fliegengitter ☺️ Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zufuß erreichbar, genauso ein paar nette Restaurantes. George absolut traumhaft, ein sooo lieber, lustiger, zuvorkommender Mensch. Der tollste Host, den wir je auf unseren Reisen hatten. Er war immerzu via Nachrichten erreichbar, hat uns als Willkommensgeschenk eine Kleinigkeit mitgebracht und sogar zum Abschied Geschenke besorgt und uns mit sehr warmen, authentischen Worten verabschiedet ❤️ Wir wollen uns für die schöne, entspannende Zeit im Haus bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt 🦋

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

Rania’s place was great for us. The location is supeeb, just few steps from a beautiful beach, in the most lovely complex that has kids playgrounds small green trails and lots of peaceful spots to look at the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable, the Living space is cozy and nice. Rania was extremely helpful and considerate.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang haben wir genossen.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Είχαμε μιά άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στον χώρο της Δήμητρας.Το σπίτι είναι πραγματικά μοναδικό.Πεντακάθαρο,λειτουργικό,καλαίσθητο και με απίστευτη θέα στην θάλασσα και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα.Υπάρχουν αρκετές παραλίες τριγύρω.Εμείς προτιμήσαμε το Καμπί στα 2 χιλιόμετρα απο το σπίτι.Ανοργάνωτη αλλά με πανεύκολη πρόσβαση και πεντακάθαρα νερά.Για φαγητό υπάρχουν επιλογές από 2 εως 10 λεπτά απο το σπίτι.Στην κουζίνα μας εκτός απο τον λοιπό εξοπλισμό υπήρχαν είδη για ένα απλό πρωινό(καφές,μαρμελάδες κ.α.).Θα βρείτε και άλλες παροχές, απο ταμπλέτες κουνουπιών μέχρι βιβλία για διάβασμα.Η Δήμητρα σαν οικοδεσπότης ευγενική και εξυπηρετική.Ήταν κοντά μας σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.Το συνιστούμε σίγουρα και θα ξαναπηγαίναμε!

Very nice place in a wonderful and peaceful surrounding. Georgia even organized a lot of beach toys for our daughter and we felt right at home. Two restaurants and a supermarket are in the village and the beach right at your feet, Georgia on top is a very kind and friendly host!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und verlief ohne Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit Cosima war sehr angenehm und sie war immer für einen da, wenn man Fragen hatte. Im Vorhinein gab sie uns viele hilfreiche Informationen wie zum Beispiel den Busplan, Taxinummern und Restaurant Tipps. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und direkt am Meer gelegen und bietet für eine kleine Reisegruppe alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen,aber dreimal am Tag fährt ein Bus in die nächste Stadt, oder man nimmt ein Taxi, was auch nicht so teuer ist. Eine kleine Taverne ist zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie der Poseidontempel von dem auch der Bus nach Athen abfährt.
