Everything from Zanna was outstanding in every way. She was attentive to all our needs and any questions were answered promptly. The only problem we had , and this is a Greek problem, was the littering of the local beach . The locals really do need to address this issue and may I suggest that the locals plus the local kids team up and make it a project.

Unbelievable stay! Highly recommended! We had an absolutely incredible time at this Airbnb. The location is perfect. The views from the property are breathtaking, and the pool is an absolute 10/10! We loved spending time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the pool bar and loved the amazing food they serve – everything was super delicious. What made our stay even more special were the hosts. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!! :)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im „Rural house“. Es liegt absolut ruhig an der Ostküste von Kea mit Blick auf die Ägäis, Keas Nachbarinseln und ein atemberaubendes Tal, in dem das Auge gerne Ruhe findet. Wir waren oft einfach nur auf der breiten Terrasse gesessen und haben die Aussicht genossen, der Sonnenaufgang fesselt einen ganz besonders. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich eingerichtet und hervorragend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Das macht mit der tollen Musiksammlung ganz besonders viel Spaß. Krysta hat uns persönlich begrüßt und im Haus hat schon ein Willkommenskorb mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten auf uns gewartet. Ein kleines Büchlein mit Empfehlungen liegt aus. Wir mochten besonders den Sikamia-Strand, zum dem man 20 Minuten fährt. Wunderbar ist es auch, morgens den Weg zur kleinen Kapelle und zum alten Waschplatz des Dorfes zu gehen. Ganz besonders ans Herz gewachsen sind uns die zwei roten Katzen und wir hoffen, dass sich die nächsten Gäste auch um sie kümmern. Wir kommen wieder!

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Αγαπάμε τις γατούλες που σεργιανιζουν στα μπαλκόνια. Σε κάποιους βέβαια μπορεί να μην αρέσει το γεγονός ότι υπάρχουν ταιστρες με φαγητό για τα γατάκια στα μπαλκόνια (τουλάχιστον στο δικό μας που ήταν στον πρώτο όροφο) οπότε καλό είναι να το γνωριζουν. Αυστηρος ο κανόνας αναφορικά με την απαγόρευση του καπνίσματος στους εξωτερικούς χώρους.

This house has spectacular views and was clean and spacious. We had five people fit comfortably. There was a ton of hang out space and a great outside dining area. The host was super helpful and responsive. Don’t let the lack of A/C deter you. This side of the island is quite windy and the host provided fans. It was comfortable. I would definitely go back. If you go, though, you will likely need transportation. The walk to Kastro and its beach are doable if you’re fit, but for elderly or the disabled, it will be tough.

We only stayed for a day, so we didn’t have to wake up early and travel from Athens to Lavrio before our ferry took off. Lefteris and their family took great care of us, even showing us where to find the keys and helping us with the door (I was pushing the door when it was a pull haha). Checkin and checkout was super smooth and the house was very nice and had room to sleep many!

Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Bei starkem Wind kann man am Nachmittag windgeschützt auf dem hinteren Balkon sitzen. Der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz, dass wir täglich im Wasser waren, herrlich. Der nächste Ort ist in 5 Min mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Leckereien bei den Bäckern und Patisserien. Die Kommunikation mit George war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen, hervorzuheben ist der traumhafte Privatstrand, der nur von den Bewohnern der kleinen Ferienanlage genutzt wird. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.. und vom Bett aus konnte man das Meer sehen!

Das Appartement liegt in einer Anlage erhöht am Meer, wunderschöne Bucht. Die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt mit kleinen Wegen. Dort lebende Katzen sind sehr lieb. Der Service ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir haben bei Anreise klare Anweisungen erhalten und täglich hilfreiche Links für Restaurants und Sightseeing. jederzeit gerne wieder!

Had a great stay at Sabine’s house. The place is exactly as advertised and close to everything. We had a wonderful time.

Чудові апартаменти, в яких ми перебували декілька днів. Чудовий краєвид з балкона, тихо і затишно. Також мені сподобалась кухня, вона оснащена всім необхідним, що мені навіть млинці вдалось посмажити) Хазяйка дуже любʼязна, завжди на зв’язку і швидко реагує.

l' alloggio rifletteva esattamente la descrizione. la disponibilità nelle piccole riparazioni eccezionale. il padrone di casa è sempre stato molto presentpe per ogni piccola richiesta. la casa era in ottime condizioni ideale per famiglie.

Mooie accomodatie, mooie ligging en uitzicht. Ter plaatse weinig voorzieningen, maar met een auto zijn de meeste dingen goed bereikbaar

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht und ausgestattet mit modernsten elektronischen Geräten. Toller Pool, perfekte Terrasse und großartiges Beleuchtungskonzept. Die Kommunikation mit George, check-inn und check-out liefen angenehm und unkompliziert. George hatte uns zur Ankunft netterweise einige Lebensmittel eingekauft. Wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

Nous avons sejourné 5 nuits dans cette belle et recente maison avec prestations de qualité. Elle beneficie d’un parking ombragé et d’une grande et magnifique terrasse avec splendide vue sur la baie d’Otzias et le coucher du soleil. La chambre parentale et l’annexe sont bien équipées avec decoration sobre. La maison dispose d’une cuisine bien équipée de tous les produits d’entretien dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le système de climatisation intégrée est agréable. La plage est à 3 mn à pied et 2 tavernes se trouvent à proximité, avec des plats delicieux. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison de style.

Excellent experience for someone seeking calm, quiet and beauty all at the same! The views are spectacular! The bedroom had all the comforts we could need. We felt right at home in the kitchen which was set up just like ours at home. Because it was the winter season there were very few people anywhere. I felt like we had complete privacy. Danai was extremely responsive with information before we came. And we were very grateful that she was able to be flexible with the hours, allowing us to check-in a bit early after a long flight to Greece. Roi was so welcoming as she opened the house and showed us around the property. We are thankful to both of you, and also thankful for the delicious lemon we picked from the garden. Magnifique environnement pour un séjour calme et privilégié. Le lieu est vraiment paradisiaque avec un accès à la mer par un petit escalier (attention ce n’est pas une plage mais des rochers - accès pas facile pour jeunes enfants ) et t une piscine agréable. La villa est très jolie et assez bien équipée (hormis la cuisine qui mériterait un rafraîchissement des équipements ). Les lits sont confortables. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait en famille avec un enfant et mes parents de 80 ans .

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dieser fantastischen Unterkunft. Die Villa ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Hafen in Livadi entfernt. Dort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und eine Handvoll Restaurants. Alle anderen Cafés, Restaurants und Bars auf der Insel waren jetzt Mitte Oktober bereits geschlossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten und luxuriösen Urlaub benötigt. Top-Ausstattung, regelmäßiger Reinigungsservice und super Kommunikation mit Francesca und Giorgio, die bei allen Fragen schnell weiterhelfen konnten. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight: der Blick auf die Chora, die Bucht, die Fähren und auf das Meer ist einfach umwerfend. Insgesamt ein echtes Juwel auf der Insel. Vielen Dank Francesca und Giorgio!

It’s a unique place with great energy. The house is beautiful, has all the amenities you can ask for. The host is very kind and discrete, very responsive, she provided anything we needed. The scenery is just breathtaking. A luxurious stay worth the price.
