The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Had toiletries, towels and AC, all you could need for a beach vacation. Both the entrance and pool are both just a minute walk to the apartment. The downfalls are that the Vista Cana area is still under construction, so it's a tiny bit noisy, the complex is very much in need of signage, transportation since the artificial beach/2 restaurants and bars on site are all a 15 minute walk away, and needs better ways to communicate to the main entrance gate (who need your permission in order to let Ubers/restaurant deliveries in). The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, I completely recommend this place if you're looking for a very quiet, peaceful vacation.

Our best Air B'n'B stay yet! We loved everything about the place. 1. The location: the property overlooks the golf course and a pond with turtles and fancy ducks and other waterfowl. Morning jogs are a delight. 2. The apartment itself is very clean and well-furnished. Everything is new and in good working condition. 3. The host is amazing. Nabil replied to queries instantly and is a very friendly and accommodating host. We actually loved the place and the country so much that we decided to stay here for a year or longer and enjoy it fully.

Top place to stay! Photos don’t do justice to how beautiful this place is. We were welcomed by the very friendly Mery, and hosted bi Gianmarco, who was always very responsive. The location is amazing, walkable distance to altos de chavón. The area is beautiful, in my opinion, even better than what I can appreciate in the pictures. The apartment was homy, fresh, great pool, very quiet and with a great parking spot. I can only recommend this place, it was a great experience and would come back in a heartbeat!

Please don’t hesitate to book. The home was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy and the host always responded in a timely fashion. I would definitely book with them again.

This place was perfect for our week vacation in CapCana. Located in a gated and secured neighbourhood a short drive to the beach, marina and any shopping you may want to do. The common area amazing pool and whirlpool and lounge area is beautiful and impeccably well kept. Apartment is modern, well furnished with quality elements and furniture. We will definitely be back. Fantino was a great host very attentive and quick to respond.

This is a gorgeous and well kept apartment and the complex overall is a gem. The private beach is magnificent. I felt safe, unbothered and relaxed. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We checked in at night so it was difficult to find our building by name. It took us 30 mins to find our room. I recommend offering a map of the buildings to give better direction. That was our ONLY struggle. We absolutely enjoyed the place and will likely stay again next time we visit DR. The condo is very roomy and included all necessities needed for our week long stay. We opted for this condo near the all inclusive resort because we had the option to upgrade for $50 a day per person for the all -inclusive food and drink add-on. This felt absolutely worth it, and we took advantage of this for several days. Go to their front desk for this option and you'll get a daily bracelet. The beach was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The service was phenomenal! I recommend taking plenty of singles for tips. The ATM has a hefty fee plus our credit card company added another large fee. If you're staying at Golf Condo like we did, you'll want to have tip for cart drivers, unless you walk each time.

Romain our host was thorough and patient! He checked on us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. I appreciated the view and cleanliness. The unit was clean and the decorations were lovely! We will book here again and again!

Everything is absolutely amazing. The stuff is really friendly and if you go through the house with them they are happy to clean all little things to european standard. The outside bathroom and the many many different seating areas with different atmosphere and spectacular view over the golf course and the sundown. 100% Caribbean

Espectacular villa, se ve mucho mejor que las fotos, muy espaciosa y con todo lo que necesitas, las camas y las almohadas son excelentes muy cómodas, me volvería a quedar de nuevo definitivamente, Edison fue muy agradable y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos, muchas gracias por rentarnos su hermosa villa, la pasamos súper.

This place was perfect for my 4 days getaway, was able to communicate with no issues with the host, and the whole access inside cap cana was priceless and it was very affordable.

Really nice house, easy to check in and out. Safety environment, house was clean. only thing i needed instructions with was how the warm water works, but that was solved. I felt at home. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Punta Cana but also go about your own way and explore. House was close to Downtown and the main streat Av.Barcelo where there is a lot you can find as shopping malls. The road to the residence is a little bumpy but it's in development . overall great stay !

Excellent host and excellent apartment very well located within the Vista Cana property you have restaurants pool, an artificial beach, and many stores close by in the Downtown area & the Punta Cana Village zone. I will definitely be back !

La villa muy linda, moderna, cerca hay una playa hermosa, Las camas muy cómodas, y la atención del señor Óscar junto con el señor fandel encargado de la villa muy buena.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! Syra was very helpful with everything and the check in was easy. The area is amazing but we even chose to spend a few nights in the house because the design was so fun! I highly suggest!
