Magnifique ancienne maison de famille que l'on investit facilement. Vaste et chaleureuse, son emplacement proche de Barcelone en train permet des visites quotidiennes. Son jardin et ses terrassses permettent de profiter du climat clément. Il est aisé de communiquer avec Sergi. L'accueil assuré par une de ses amies, Paula, a été bien agréable.

Todo muy bien, la comunicación fue muy buena y nos proporcionó todo lo que necesitabamos. El aparcamiento difícil si no eres de la zona pues todo está habilitado para residentes ( o eso indican los carteles). Quizás un poco caro pues es relativamente pequeño.

Todo lo resumiria en: Volvería sin dudarlo. Me sentí como en casa, excelente, comidad al 100%. Todo es igual que en las fotos que se muestra, me hubiese gustado quedarme más días. Elisabeth excepcional en la comunicación desde el día 1. Mi familia quedo encantada

Everything was great at this location. It is closer to the beach than I expected. The apartment is cozy, it makes you feel like home. Also, it was very clean and warm. The host was friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. I totally recommed booking this airbnb for a vacation in Barcelona. It is worth it!❤️

We liked our stay with a great view for coffee on the terrace as well the proximity to the beach. Internet is fast and the desk works for remote work, also the terrace outside. Thanks Maria, would book again

Квартиры Терезы находится в идеальном месте района Побленоу. В тихом переулочке, где тихо но совсем рядом рестораны, парк, пляж. В квартире есть все необходимое для длительного проживания. Она светлая и с прекрасным видом. Особое удовольствие получили от красивых деревянных дверей и окон. Очень удобно, что при ванной есть гардеробная и в квартире 2 санузла. Тереза была очень внимательна, порекомендовала прекрасные кафе и рестораны. Мы остались очень довольны!

We had an amazing time at Royal Marina Gardens! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, offering a relaxing and comfortable environment. We stayed in a studio apartment, which was perfect – it came with a fully-equipped kitchen, making it easy to enjoy meals whenever we wanted. The swimming pool was a great feature. The entire place felt peaceful and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! ❤️❤️

Nous avons passe un tres bon séjour chez Juan avec nos deux enfants. L' appartement est bien situé à 20min du centre ville de Barcelone en transport en commun ou meme à velo. Hôte réactif Juan a su répondre à nos questions avec sympathie et efficacité.

The apartment was just as shown in the photos, really clean and spotless. Beautiful place which is only minutes from the beach and a short train ride into the centre of Barcelona. The apartment block is really quiet and peaceful. The WiFi was excellent and the host Oscar was very friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

El piso está a 20/30 minutos del centro de Barcelona en una zona tranquila y agradable. Fuimos en año nuevo y la calefacción funciona perfectamente. El piso es tal cual las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia perfecta. Supermercado y farmacia a 150 metros. Natalia es una excelente anfitriona que te explicará todo lo necesario al ingresar. Muy recomendable 💯

Our flight landed at 11pm. Two other places on Airbnb would not wait for us. Alex and Ana told us they would, and they did! Alex even helped my daughter carry her luggage (heavier than mine) up three floors to the apartment. The place may be a bit old but is very well maintained and very clean. Definitely a great stay. Too bad this was a business trip, we didn't have time to walk to the beach at all. Uber'ed in and out everyday. The city pass the show gave us cannot be used on the bus that leaves from here.

It is an amazing choice for family stay. The villa really exceed expectation and is more cozy than it looks on photo. A number of toys for kids and boardgames will help with evening activities. And two level swimming pool make it possible to enjoy even for our younger ones. Nat is very hospitable host ready to help with any questions. Highly recommended and would like to come back next year.

Monica's place is wonderful! Clean, comfortable, and centrally loated. Traveling alone I felt very safe here. It is a walkable area close to the beach and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wir haben hier tolle acht Tage verbracht: Die Wohnung liegt super, um mit der Bahn nach Barcelona zu fahren (15min zu Fuß zur Bahnstation). Wir haben dies an mehreren Tagen genutzt. Direkt hinter der Wohnanlage hat man Zugang zum Strand, der zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen einlädt. Die Wohnung selbst ist in der Anzeige sehr gut beschrieben. Dazu war die Vermieterin immer auch kurzfristig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Nachrichten wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Ich hätte immer auf Ramon zugehen können. Da ich die Gegend sehr gut kenne, benötigte ich seine Hilfe nicht. Flexibler check-in, dafür war ich ihm sehr dankbar, da wir eine 17 stündige Fahrt hinter uns hatten. Gerne wieder Lage Top

Waren als 4 köpfige Familie da. Alle sehr zufrieden gewesen. Kerstin haben wir als eine sehr angenehme korrekte und freundliche Person empfunden. Umgebung und Lage Bahnhof perfekt. Unkompliziert.. Alles nötige gab es in der Umgebung zu finden. Die Wohnung hatte auch einige Details parat die man für den Alltag braucht. ( Handseife,Hand/Duschtücher,Spülmittel usw.) Alles Top. Nochmal vielen lieben Dank Kerstin

Heel fijn huis, vlakbij het strand, in een levendig stadje. Stand, winkels, supermarkten en restaurants op loopafstand. Ook veel speeltuintjes voor kinderen. Het huis heeft een mooi dakterras met uitzicht op de zee. Silvia en Rubén reageren snel, zijn zeer vriendelijk, denken goed mee. De service is echt top. Wij hadden via hun ook een transfer geregeld vanaf de luchthaven, ging ook heel soepel allemaal. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Hermoso apartamento, incluso mucho más hermoso que en la publicación. Maria nos recibió con mucha calidez y estuvo atenta hasta después de abandonar la unidad. Es un apartamento que merece la pena visitar, bien equipado, bien ubicado, bien cuidado y muy bien recibidos.
