Everything was beyond our expectations! The charm and beauty of the home and surrounding landscape was breathtaking! Would absolutely stay here again!

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos y la descripción, muy lindo y limpio, además de estar muy cerca de todo, del transporte público y caminando 15-20 minutos llegas al centro sin problema. Lo recomiendo mucho.

For two families in need of four bedrooms, this was an outstanding choice for us. It was so convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, Pitti Palace, and the gardens. It was easy to acquire transportation right in front of the door. Erika was amazing, And we highly recommend a cooking class with her right there in that beautiful kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here.

Sehr gute Lage (knapp ausserhalb der ZTL, verkehrsberuhigten Zone) Gerade mit dem Auto super praktisch, weiter in die Altstadt dürfte man nicht fahren und bei der Unterkunft ist der private Parkplatz in einem geschlossenen Innenhof inklusive. Zu Fuss ist die Altstadt aber auch Restaurants und Cafés schnell erreichbar. Das Wohnviertel wirkte sauber und sicher. Die Wohnung hat für zwei Personen eine gute Grösse und einen Balkon. Grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden, gegen die Seitenstrasse und im inneren vom Gebäude eher hellhörig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin welche zeitnah antwortet. Gerne wieder.

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

The loft is beautiful. If you are going to spoil yourself this is how to do it. Space to enjoy outside on a terrace overlooking Florence. A lovely space to sit and watch a fire upstairs or go down for a swim in the eco pool. Lots of loving attention has been put into this place and it shows. The bathroom was the best we have encountered on our travels in Italy. Thanks for making this space available and loving it as you do.

Nice old farm house! Paolo was very friendly, even though our Italian is not too good. Note that Google knows "Agriturismo Pian di Maggio", so navigate there! The house has no house number, so searching for the listed address gets you to the correct (but long and mostly uninhibited) road ;)

This place was beautiful and great. We were looking to have a quiet and relaxing time with accessibility to local activities and it was great. Nice place. Would return.

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.
