La Bocca, Cannes : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Casa pulita e con mobili ed infissi nuovi, fornita di tutti gli utensili, wifi ed altro. Didier è una persona molto amichevole ed è stato sempre reattivo ai messaggi. Peccato che il giardino sia un pò in stato di abbandono, con un pò di cura l'alloggio diventerebbe davvero una piccola perla. Attenzione se avete una macchina lunga (SUV o station wagon o comunque superiore a circa 4,40 mt) perchè il parcheggio è un pò stretto e richiede alcune manovre per poter entrare/uscire. Potrebbe essere un problema avere lo spazio di manovra se il parcheggio è pieno.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

Le logement se trouve dans un lieu très calme, paisible dans un bel environnement nature. Il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis et il y a un rez de jardin/terrasse privatif. Il est bien placé pour visiter le littoral et l'arrière pays. Le logement est bien équipé et bien agencé. La literie est super confortable, en tout cas pour nous :-). La propreté est irréprochable ! Mairie et Laurent sont amicaux, accueillants et très discrets. Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement !

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Woche bei Marie-Anne zu verbringen und wurden sehr herzlich von ihr empfangen. Sie respektiert die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste vollkommen und steht bei Fragen stets schnell und hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Der Pool und der Garten waren zur alleinigen Nutzung freigegeben, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ruhig und angenehm, perfekt, um sich zu erholen, und gleichzeitig ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Wohnung entspricht vollständig den Bildern und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. Dominique was very friendly and responsive. The house is at the top of a hill, so not very walkable to shops or restaurants, but very private with beautiful views. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table.

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Geoffroy, la maison correspond en tout à l'annonce ( environnement calme, pas très éloignée de la mer ). La maison est confortable, et propre. Le parking très appréciable. Geoffroy est sympathique, accueillant et ponctuel. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Un grand merci à Olivier de nous avoir accueilli pour notre séjour sur Antibes. Le logement est à 15 minutes à pied du Centre et à 5 minutes de la gare. Il est situé dans une résidence calme. De plus, Olivier est un hôte très agréable et très arrangeant, je vous le recommande à 300 % !

Apparemment irréprochable pour se sentir comme chez soi, on a passé un très bon week-end avec une vue sur la mer, Wendy a été réactif avec une super communication.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé hyper propre et surtout idéalement situé ( plage, port, commerces, marchés,restaurants....) Maryline est très gentille et très accueillante. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

L' appartement est vraiment super ! Spacieux, propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Avec une très grande terrasse intime. Vraiment un endroit de rêve ! ! ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Amria. L'appartement est situé proches des commerces, de la plage ou même du vieil Antibes. Amria est une hôte disponible, réactive et de bons conseils. Je recomande vivement de séjourner chez Amria pour un séjour à Antibes.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.

I had a wonderful stay at Marco's place ! From the seamless check-in to the warm welcome, everything was perfect. The property is stunning, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The kitchen had all I needed, and the pool room was perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, peaceful and quiet. I can't recommend this place enough ! If you're looking for a perfect getaway with a fantastic host, this is it. Sehr sympathische und freundliche Begegnung mit Jean-Yves. Die Kommunikation schriftlich wie auch persönlich hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank haben uns Köstlichkeiten erwartet, so dass wir für den ersten Morgen nichts kaufen mussten. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Terrasse bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer, einfach grandios! Der Strand, Restaurants und Bars sind vor Ort, das Auto braucht man nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, was bei der grossen Hitze ideal zum schlafen ist. Es gibt bequeme Betten und die Zimmer bieten eine gute Grösse. Dieses Appartement können wir bestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, Jean-Yves.
