La Bocca, Cannes : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Lovely apartment - modern, clean and in a private location, yet very close to the beach. Check in was very easy thanks to Hakim’s Aunt Joelle who met us at the property and showed us around. The layout of the apartment is really good, with a separate bedroom / bathroom area. It was also very useful to have two separate wash basins - one in the shower room and one in the toilet. Highly recommend stay here. We stayed for 7 nights and felt very much at home.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Carolina, présente, charmante et elle avait laissé dans l'appartement le nécessaire pour commencer un séjour agréable: huile olive, sel, café, thé, sucre...ce qui est très plaisant et un plus par rapport à de ombreux appartements. L'appartement est neuf, propre, bien décoré, bien équipé et bien entendu sa localisation est parfaite à pied de la gare, du centre et des plages. Seul petit bémol mais qui est inhérent à la localisation et la structure de l'appartement: il est un peu bruyant et pas très lumineux côté cour. Le salon est plus pour 4 que pour 6 mais la terrasse compense largement cet inconvénient.

I almost did not write a review because I wanted to keep this a secret. 😊 but this place was so perfect I went to find an Apartment just like it do we can have a place of our own in Cannes. The Apartment was perfect for me & my wife. Great location Very clean & bright. Had everything we needed for our stay. I am already planning my next stay here. 5 stars. ⭐️

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Super appart

Philippas Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Juwel. Jedes Detail wurde mit großer Sorgfalt und in hoher Qualität ausgewählt. Das Bett u. A. die Matratze ist himmlisch und ist mit frischer Baumwoll-Bettwäsche zum Wohlfühlen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal. Die umliegenden Strände kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Antibes selbst ist ganz unkompliziert mit dem Bus oder einem längeren Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Beim Empfang haben uns sehr über den Tee, Kaffee, Milch und die exquisite Flasche Wein gefreut. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

Dominique et Nelly sont de très bons hôtes disponibles si besoin et un accueil chaleureux. Hébergement à proximité du centre,des commerces, plages et port. Nous recommandons Régis

Cette villa est superbe, très bien équipée, facile d’accès et pour se garer. Le plus important est cette magnifique vue imprenable. Francesca et Matthieu sont des hôtes très accueillants, bienveillants et répondent rapidement à toutes vos questions , ou vous aident tout de suite si vous manquez de quelques choses… La villa est idéale car vous êtes dans votre coin de tranquillité tout en étant très très proches de toutes les commodités et bien sûr de la plage , du centre , du port etc… Une petite perle ☀️💕

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

Arrivée en autonomie parfaite, logement propre et fonctionnel, très belle villa avec piscine au calme. Proche de tous commerces. Laurence a été très réactive et à l’écoute.

We had a lovely stay in Jesper‘s place. Everything was super easy and smooth handled to begin with the communication with Jesper as well as check-in and check-out etc. It‘s a great place for a group vacation. Quiet area, easy to access and not far from supermarkets, Nice, Cannes or Grasse or other places. The house was super clean and had everything you need if you would like to cook or hang out at the pool area. I also enjoyed my pilates units there. I can recommend this place and Jesper, Anne and Bonnie as hosts. Really nice Airbnb experience.

Die Wohnung ist altmodisch eingerichtet, aber es ist alles da, es funktioniert alles problemlos. Die Heizung mit den Klimageräten, das schnelle Internet, der eigene Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück, alles 1A. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen, ist diese Unterkunft für uns die erste Wahl!

Super week-end en famille et entre amis c'est exactement ce que nous recherchions avec un extérieur parfait. Joan a été un hôte au top, hyper disponible et en plus il nous a laissé l'accès à la propriété jusqu'au dimanche après midi alors que normalement le départ devait être à 10h. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir 😊

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

L'alloggio di Peter è situato in una zona centralissima nel centro storico pur essendo un palazzo completamente nuovo. È possibile parcheggiare la macchina in un parcheggio interrato e con l'ascensore salire direttamente al piano dell'appartamento! Alloggio, pulito, ben esposto e arredato. Tutto molto funzionale. Il cohost PierreAntoine che si è occupato del checkin e checkout è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Davvero un'ottima esperienza!

Nous y avons passé un mois. On avait loué une voiture et on a rayonné le long de la côte et découvert de jolis villages très sympathiques. C’était l’hiver mais pour un Canadien très agréable comme température et peu de touristes. Cannes nous a plu et l’emplacement à la pointe de la Croisette très sympathique L’appartement était très bien équipé et rénové avec des matériaux de qualité. La terrasse était grande avec très belle vue sur la mer. On a bien aimé cette location et Hervé le propriétaire a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Well equipped flat in the center of St.Aygulf. Lovely balkony where you can enjoy the sunsets. You have everything you need for a summer holiday, reachable in 5min by car. Very good spot to spend your holidays.
