Fantastic location in the Colonial Zone where everything is well within walking distance. Being in the midst of it allows you to experience the history and culture of the area. We felt very safe and residents were friendly and helpful. A great plus was having Susanne’s taxi friend available for transportation needs. Besides picking us up from the airport initially, we hired him to take us to the north end of the country and bring us back to Santo Domingo later. He goes anywhere in the country and gives a great rate to those who stay at Susanne’s property. We really enjoyed the total privacy of this roomy property. It has a nice plunge pool to relax in at any time. We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites.

This experience is one of the best ive had. Carlenis was there every step of the way and very responsible on been responsive. Pictures are awsome but the vibe and the place in person is breathtaking. I do want to make this clear ( THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO PARTY ) its a place to relax peacefully when you are not enjoying the wonders of Dominican Republic and Boca Chica. I will always be thankful for the transparency and and the amount of care i felt from my host Carlenis I RECOMMEND 💯 And will definitely book again in the future. Carlenis thank you so much 🙏🏻

Beautiful villa, very stylish, had everything you need. The highlight of our trip was Collins. He was very responsive and always making sure we had a great time. The pool is shared with a few other villas, but we had the place to ourselves during our stay so it was like our private pool. I recommend this villa and would love to come back soon!

Great stay!! Great area, and enjoyed having my retreat at this location. It was a hidden gem, and close to LaZona Colonial. The only thing is, I wished the Jaquzzi could’ve worked BUT Johanne got it fixed, we were just too busy to get in later during the week. I will stay there again.

Villa Rosa es súper hermosa, tal cual se ve en las fotos, es súper amplio, cómodo, familiar y acogedor, está muy bien equipado, los anfitriones son amables y están siempre pendientes a cualquier necesidad que surja, el lugar es ideal para pasar las vacaciones. Impecable!!! Espero volver pronto!

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

The stay was awesome 👌🏾 I felt right at home. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Nieveselis was so nice and friendly and was there when I needed anything.

had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hébergement. L'appartement est absolument magnifique, décoré avec goût et attention aux détails. La lumière naturelle qui entre dans chaque pièce crée une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. De plus, l'emplacement est parfait, à proximité de toutes les attractions. L'hôte, incroyablement accueillant et attentif, a vraiment fait la différence. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche un lieu à la fois beau et confortable pour séjourner !
