Instructions didn’t mention anything about having to contact construction guy next door in order to get gate key upon arrival. Beautiful apartment, had everything we required, it was very clean and well organized, well furnished and plenty of space for two couples. It was very nice having some ice cubes in the freezer and coffee available for the morning. Great location. Other than some confusion about how to get in and a lower water pressure , we have nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay there again.

The best place in Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic. The apartment was great, very clean, and had all the amenities. I recommend it. 10/10

I had a very early morning flight from Santo Domingo. I wanted to stay close to the airport and a beach where I can swim. I do not like Boco Chica. It is not my type of area and heard stories about the city. Juan Dolio came to my mind. Juan Dolio is new area for me in Dominican Republic and I really loved it. The pictures about the unit is accurate. The unit is very close to several restaurants that you can go by walk. Juan Dolio appears to be safe area even in the night. Jose was exceptional host. Responded within 20 minutes and willing to help. Jose even offered to take me to the airport at 2:00 am. Thanking him for that. Water and Ice was in the unit. You have to bring everything else. Very good utensils for cooking. I dent like teflon. The unit had several stainless utensils for my cooking needs. The unit is located in Costa Del Sol condominiums. They do have Gym in the Condo. Gym could be improved but works.

Monica was so professional . She knew there was a baby and asked use if we needed a crib in which it was set up when we got there. She even left us water and snacks. The house was spotless and blankets were super clean. Monica kept checking up on us. I would totally recommend this place 1000% !

Millicent's villa was in the heart of Playa Nueva. Very spacious and nicely appointed with room to spare. I loved my stay. Her place was clean, safe, and centrally located. I definitely recommend using this property ☺️

We had a fantastic stay here!! It was well-stocked with everything we needed and the house felt big enough for all of us. The beach is so close but we also really enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation!

We have found the ideal place to stay in Casa de Campo. We have stayed elsewhere on the resort and know that the proximity to the beach, the beautiful, spacious and private yard and the responsiveness of the host and staff at Minitas 4 cannot be beat. We will be back!

Maria was very quick to respond as the booking was last minute. The house was beautiful and as detailed. Due to the last minute booking we was not even aware that the house included 2 staff but this was an amazing addition both ladies took great care of us and were soo accommodating and made us feel at home as soon as we walked in the door. Would definitely visit again and recommend this villa to anyone.

We had an unforgettable weekend! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and Humberto and Leyda went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. They kept everything spotless and offered home-cooked meals upon request, which was such a special touch! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication , the place is A Plus , the Beautiful beach less than a block away , walkable area with many different restaurant , friendly and secure area really good for everybody , family with children will love it !!

Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien en el apartamento de Lia. Es comodo, limpio, esta en buenas condiciones, tiene todo lo necesario y es tal como se muestra en la publicacion de Airbnb. Lia nos envio toda la informacion sobre el condominio y el apartamento con antelacion, por lo que no tuvimos ningun inconveniente a nuestra llegada ni con el uso y manejo de las facilidades disponibles. Ademas, ella siempre estuvo en comunicacion con nosotros, asi que siempre nos sentimos acompañados. Con relacion al personal del condominio, este fue muy amable y eficiente. La playa frente a Marbella no es la mejor, pero basta con caminar un poco (en direccion hacia al condominio Hemingway) para encontrar un mejor lugar y darse un rico baño. Gracias, Lia!

El lugar estaba hermoso en excelentes condiciones, el complejo de Marbella es bello, es muy seguro es un lugar para compartir en familia y pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, los anfitriones muy atentos siempre contestaban a tiempo!

El apartamento es muy acogedor, me encantó. Me gustaría volver sin lugar a Dudas. Y la anfitriona es muy servicial y responde inmediato a cualquier duda.
