I wish I could take this apartment back with me. This place was our perfect getaway home. The neighborhood is so cute and you are so close to major restaurants. everyone in the neighborhood and building staff is very nice. There are two cute little markets/convenience shops on the block. The views from the apartment in the morning and at night are gorgeous. Jorge is a responsive and excellent host. All the appliances are nice and updated.

Andreina and her husband were great hosts I will always come to this location because she made my trip to equador safe and comfortable she even arranged airport taxi which was beautiful for anyone coming in that late to airport because equador at night can be very dangerous I rate her 5 stars

Fabiola tiene su apartamento ubicado muy cerca de el hospital donde mi tío se operó, su amabilidad es excelente, todo muy bien y recomendable para quienes gusten visitar la ciudad. Excelente vista panorámica. Highly recommended Fabi it’s an amazing host, her place is clean and close to everything.

The steam room and sauna is definitely a bonus and really made the stay enjoyable! Loved the air game table and the video game machine. I wish we had brought liquor with us, because there was a bar area with tools and someone left limes in the fridge. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, robes, slippers and blankets. So much in one place. Also a very relaxing jacuzzi tub, lots of pillows and comfortable beds. There are good tacos, and sodas at a cafe close by. There are televisions everywhere! I enjoyed sitting in the circle shaped space window with the fireplace on and listening to music. The bed was a great place to relax and watch Netflix. I would definitely go back to this apartment, but will stay longer next time. Next time I will use the cool looking telescope. Thank you Amilcar! 5 stars all the way!

The place was located in a safe part of Northern Quito. I was greeted by Rodrigo who was very pleasant and welcoming. The apartment itself was VERY clean and comfortable. I was very please with my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thank you Rodrigo!

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Spotless, new furniture, great washer and dryer (and detergent!), and beautiful pool/sauna/hot tub. Good and friendly security and strong WiFi. Easy to get an Uber outside. Modern mall next door with pharmacy, huge grocery store, and good shops. Anthony was great to deal with. We highly recommend this place!

Desde el momento en que reservé, la atención fue excelente. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de mis mensajes y solicitudes. Al llegar, encontré un lugar súper limpio, cómodo y seguro. Los guardias son muy amables y cordiales, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. El garaje es seguro para el vehículo, los espacios son tranquilos y la piscina con agua caliente es simplemente espectacular. El hidromasaje también es una maravilla. Todo estuvo perfecto, me voy muy contento y sin duda volveré. ¡Lo recomiendo a todos! 😊👏

Buen depto. Bien ubicado y tal cual las fotografías. Limpio y grande. Sólo mejoraría la disponibilidad de las instalaciones (aumentar cupos y reservas) para poder aprovechar todo. Muy buen anfitrión!
