Jose’s place was absolutely lovely! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the apartment was spotless upon arrival. It had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, plus a stunning view. The location is fantastic, with plenty of great options nearby. The security guard was very kind and welcoming, and Jose was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Absolutely great space that has been well thought out. Location was also just what we were hoping for with lots of restaurants and stores for everything we needed. Cabs to go wherever you want are easy to get as well. Andres was a great host! Always super responsive, even connecting us with his cousin (who was a huge highlight) to take us to do some of the local attractions we were hoping to see while in town. We had hoped to stay longer, but it was already booked!

The apartment was lovely and exactly as described. Hazel was alway responsive and very accommodating. The staff at the building were polite and helpful. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Quito.

Luis Gustavo was a helpful and communicative host- the place is large, safe, and had parking for our motorcycles (which we ended up not needing). He made us feel at home, and the location was great.

If you need a large home in Quito Tenis at the last minute, this is your place! This is 1970's Quito Architecture as mentioned in the ad. However, that also means it is spacious. I actually thought the home looked a little better than in the pics. There were even some games for our young kids. There are no drapes on 2 of the bedroom windows. So, bring an eye-mask or use some of the many extra sheets as needed. This was a last minute rental and the host was great to work with. Thank you.

Great place, parking is a little misleading as you need to host to let you in. And you can’t come back past 11 pm. Other than that great

This might be the best AirBNB I’ve stayed at while in Ecuador. The location was perfect, the apartment was beyond what I expected, the security was top notch, and anything you could need while here is within walking distance. I was able to get snacks for the house, buy meds, get a drink, eat amazing food, and get a haircut all on the same block. This felt both like a vacation and a home at the same time. You literally don’t even need to leave the house as Cesar’s mini bar is both expansive, practical, and not expensive at all. You have full access to all the amenities the building has to offer, and Cesar was super helpful and fast to respond to help us reserve spots. I cannot recommend this enough and will be looking to rent this place again once I’m back in August. If I could give this more stars I would.
