Aviel is an excellent host and made sure we were comfortable and just the right amount of information to find our way around. A couple great restaurant and beach recommendations and we were good to go. Will be back for sure

100% recomendable!!! El frigobar y el aire acondicionado son un plus. No muchos hospedajes tienen frigobar, me encantó, sin duda regresaría. Está muy cerca caminando del centro. Gracias!

Next to the zocalo, but in a tree-shaded quiet complex, with a clean, cool pool, great.

El lugar concuerda con las fotografías y la ubicación es magnífica pudiendo disfrutar d ellas instalaciones del hotel, playa, etc. Lo único es que no hay un plan de todo incluido para el hotel y por la temporada Decembrina los precios de comidas y bebidas son excesivos, pero todo lo que respecta al condominio excelente!

My husband and I stayed for 24 days this December 2024 at Nick and Thalia’s in Santa Cruz. The apartment was exactly as shown. Super clean and plenty spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need to prepare and serve a meal. Large fridge kept everything nice and cold. The rooms were equipped with ceiling fans and they also left an extra portable fan which was nice. The desk in the small bedroom was perfect for my husband for his zoom meetings. The air conditioners worked beautifully, cooled us down when needed. large TV in the living room with a comfy sofa also a TV in the bedroom if you prefer to watch in there on a comfy king size bed. It is about a 6 - 10 minute walk to the beach and the flea market where there all a lot of shops and sights to see. We walked into La Crucecita which took about 30 minutes ( nice walk though, lots to see ) it is a much larger shopping area. Great location, highly recommend. Nick y Thalia were outstanding in communication

Rocío es muy amable. El alojamiento coincide con la descripción, está bien equipado. Las camas están muy cómodas. No cuenta con clima pero tiene ventiladores de techo. Tomar en cuenta que se encuentra en 4o piso.

This place is magical: a beautiful, lovingly-designed third floor "penthouse", with views on 4 sides. Photos are accurate but it's even MORE stunning. What we loved: open-air kitchen/hammock area, combined with a large bedroom & bathroom, with AC for sleep. Bedroom has sun shades & domed ceiling! Large deck with bistro set overlooking a protected forest with birds. VERY well-equipped kitchen with many dishes, appliances, and useful supplies (e.g., olive oil, coffee, sugar, sauces).. In a good, quiet, clean, safe neighbourhood near a park, and a nice 20-m. walk from the "Centro" & 5-7 m. walk to a few small stores, restaurants and taxi stand, to visit nearby beaches and towns. I enjoyed time with "Coco", a sweet white cat living on the property! As others note, the quiet is often disturbed by (loud) neighbours' dogs barking day and night on three sides; closing windows & earplugs helpful for sleep. Host was very helpful but response time was slow (unsure why?). Highly recommended!

El departamento es nuevo y cercano al centro donde puedes ir a restaurantes, bares, tiendas y desde el parque pueden tomar un taxi en el sitio a cualquiera de las bahías para pasar tu día en la playa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Hola our stay at the condo was wonderful - after 18 stays in Huatulco at a hotel this was our first experience at a condo and we absolutely loved it! Fluvio and Adrian were very attentive and were always quick to respond to our questions. We got to meet a few of the other guests and they were very friendly. We knew the area and it was exactly what we were looking for. The pool guy (sorry didn’t get his name) was very appreciative of our gifts as we left after our stay! We would totally recommend this condo! It made our first time staying at a condo extremely awesome!

La estancia en el alojamiento de Miguel, fue muy agradable es un lugar tranquilo donde prácticamente se sentía como en casa, las inquietudes que tuvimos fueron resueltas de manera pronta y respetuosa. En resumen tiene una muy linda ubicación, buen espacio dentro del alojamiento, con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable! Volvería a ir sin pensarlo!

Excelente servicio y atención

Mi estancia fue por cuatro días, excelente ubicación, el super mercado está a la vuelta, es muy fácil transportarse a los alrededores y playas. El lugar es acogedor y todo estaba tal cual la descripción, el agua caliente funciono todo el tiempo, el clima y los abanicos funcionan perfectamente ( la verdad muy pocas veces los encendimos, ya que nosotras preferimos el calor) pero el clima enfría muy bien. El señor Gustavo es muy amable y atentó, la verdad que sin duda alguna me volvería a hospedar aquí. Mi primer visita a Huatulco fue muy satisfactoria. Es un vecindario muy seguro, limpio y tranquilo.

Me gusto la vista, sin embargo, ya esta un tanto deteriorado y el agua caliente se acababa super rápido.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay at La Palacio. The Airbnb was exactly as described and very well-equipped. The unit was spacious, clean and well laid out. Our contact Patti was lovely and responded very quickly. The building has a beautiful pool and nice outdoor seating. It’s easy access to La Crucecita and Santa Cruz as well as the popular beaches. A highlight was the giant shower in the master bath. Great after a long day in the sun and fit our whole family with room to spare. The general demographic in the building is on the older side so I would recommend staying here if you want to relax and unwind. Only noise was the party bus that came around a few times at night but we couldn’t hear it from the bedrooms. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful view. Roxana was prompt to initially repair the air conditioning. Our family had a wonderful time at the pool and beach. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. A car is a must to explore the area when you have 5 people. Thank you, Roxana

We stayed for two weeks as Agustin’s condo. This was our third time staying at Camino Royal and the first time in Agustin’s condo. The condo is lovely and bright with a beautiful view and a short walk to the pool/beach. The checkin was easy and Agustin was very responsive if we had any questions during our stay. The condo kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. The staff at Camino Royal are always very attentive and helpful. La Crucecita is a short taxi ride away for groceries and a variety of restaurants. One thing that was a bonus for us was the fact that the condo has a 5 gallon water dispenser which was extremely convenient as we didn’t have to purchase and lug heavy bottles of water during our stay. We highly recommend Agustin’s condo!

Very nice condo and location is perfect as it is very close to tourist shops and a couple of convenience stores. It is about a two block walk with easy access to get to the beach and park area. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

El Hospedaje es cómodo, seguro y tiene amenidades agradables como asador, cocina en terraza, alberca, jacuzzi, camastros y puedes observar el amanecer y atardecer desde la terraza en planta alta. Las instalaciones están limpias y el espacio es seguro y privado. Considera rentar taxi o coche para trasladarte. Si deseas hacer tours la mayoría de las agencias pasarán por ti a este hospedaje. Como referencia menciona que estas a 1 min de Casa Bocana. Adicional tienes super cerca la plata de Bocana caminando 5 min y playa conejos a 20 min. Hermosos lugares y experiencias, sumamente recomendable ☺️🌟👌

Impresionante vista desde el Loft, día y noche espectacular, los servicios adicionales super comfortables, la ubicación con Taxi o auto privado es cerca de el centro y de los muelles, dispone de todos los servicios para pasar los días, cocina, agua caliente, planca, AC, mosquiteros y Parking. Muy recomendable por la privacidad de los alrededores.

I always love staying at Palacio. It's my top choice for condos in Huatulco. Raquel's place is furnished very comfortably and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, including an air fryer, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Internet was solid enough to work on two computers simultaneously and worked for streaming on multiple devices. Bed was comfy. Beach supplies provided-- we really enjoyed the chairs. Great AC. Really nice pool and courtyard area, always pristine. Plenty of hot water. Better than average water pressure for Mexico. Parking lot. Very safe area. Raquel was quick to help out with a couple of tiny glitches when we arrived. She even ordered dishwasher detergent to be delivered when the store was out! Overall the stay was super comfortable and enjoyable. Lots of space, lots of storage, easy to book a maid, playa tangolunda is a 10 min walk, town is a 10 min drive-- all around a very chill, quiet, relaxing place.
