Amazing location & super easy to find. Very close walking distance to city center. Only downside is that the construction on the weekdays around there sounds so loud. Other than that If you plan waking up at 8 am you’re good! ☺️

My time at Francisco's place was quite good. Francisco helped with anything requested and was very quick to respond to queries or issues concerning the property. Like others noted, it is located on a steep hill, but this is great for exercise! The location is ideal if you want to walk to the Romantic zone or just around 5 de diciembre. Francisco's hospitality will make you want to return to Puerto Vallarta.

We immediately felt at home, the apartment is so bright and spacious, and the furnishings, etc. were comfortable and the decor was tasteful. You can tell thought went into it! The kitchen was actually the best I’ve experienced on AirBnb: proper appliances, utensils and dishes so you could actually cook a real meal! We grocery shopped locally the first day, stocking the fridge to cook breakfast and make dinner salads in the evenings while trying out new places each day for lunch and coffees as we explored Puerto Vallarta. PV is very walkable and interesting from the apartment… there are hills, but the rewards of exploring up and off the flat main roads is totally worth it! We felt safe everywhere, and people were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Only note is that Eunice may be slower to respond than some hosts, but she was always helpful when we needed her, including allowing us to store our bags before we left on our last day. Much appreciated!

Villas del Rio is a lovely place to stay. It is as beautiful as the photos, and comfortable as well. Located toward the west end of town, it has easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops, but is just at the edge of Centro, so the traffic and noise are somewhat less than a few blocks away. Still, Sayulita is a party town, so expect to hear music late into the night, and it’s best not to bring a car. Our host Ruben and the property manager Will warned us that street parking would be dicey, and when we found a spot around the corner, we didn’t move the car for five days. We certainly did not need it. Walking is the best mode of transportation. Stepping inside the gate feels like escaping into a tropical paradise. After the joyous chaos of the crowded streets, it is a welcome, peaceful retreat. Ruben and Will provided excellent information before we arrived and were always accessible, but we didn’t have any problems. Book a stay here if you can find open dates.

Le logement était d’une propreté exemplaire. Sa situation géographique est parfaite à moins de minute de marche d’une épicerie, de la plage et de plusieurs restaurants. Le concierge est très sympathique. Les informations donnés par Isidro très pertinentes. Le service y est exemplaire. Je recommande cet hébergement.

Beautiful relaxed spot with gorgeous views of San Pancho. My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved Susana's place and would definately return. Highlights were the well equipped kitchen, lovely balcony (and views!) and comfy bed. The apartment was very easy to find (we caught a bus from Puerto Vallarta to Sayulita and then a cab from Sayulita to Pan Pancho) and we enjoyed being a little bit out of town as it meant we had a nice walk each morning to the beach (15/20 mins away). The walk was very straightforward and felt safe both day and night. It was a nice addition having aircon in the bedroom, which worked very well. Susana was always responsive via Airbnb with any questions we had and also let us leave our luggage after check out - which was much appreciated. She lives in the apartment opposite and left us to our own devices, which we appreciated. Gracias Susana.

Very nice place and relaxing

Thanks for a great month in PV! As you know we had some troubles with the hot water but your wonderful VERY helpful manager, Omar, always took our calls and assured us that won't be a problem in the future. Of course its no secret that getting to the apartment is a bit of a hike but we got used to it and didn't have to feel guilty about not exercising! The apartment is spacious and simple but very functional. We cooked quite a bit at home and were happy with supplied pots/pans/dishes. The deck is huge with a comfy hammock and even with some wires in the way the view is beautiful. We brought binoculars and saw quite a few whales frolicking in the bay. There is a street light I found annoyingly bright at night and I would love to see the addition of a sun umbrella which could provide some shade in the afternoon and block that light at night. There is a sweet neighbor, Senor Emilio, and he often sits outside on his chair and cheerfully greets you on the way up & down. Happy friendly people, that's Mexico life!

German es muy buen anfitrión, siempre atento a las dudas,el lugar estaba limpio con las cosas necesarias una estadía de vacaciones, agua caliente, sabanas limpias, esta ubicado en la entrada a San Pancho justo en la calle de al lado de la estación de gasolina de la entrada del pueblo ,con un oxxo, recomendaría tener carro para estar en esa zona, esta muy cerca de la zona turística del pueblo pero no como para caminar, se debería anexar foto del exterior ,del resto todo muy bien y satisfechos con nuestra estadía y la atención de German, siempre servicial.

Mario was amazing!! He helped us a lot and the pool was an extra bonus. He gave us a ride to the bus stop which was above and beyond our expectations. I would come back here again, he was a great host. Thanks Mario!!

Rob’s place was exactly what we needed to unwind in Sayulita. I love the punch codes to get in the front gate and the room to start. The room was perfectly clean on arrival. The pool and lounge chairs welcomed us after our long travel day. The king size bed looking out of the large screen door was beautiful. The gardens around the property were nicer than the botanical gardens that we paid to get into! The kitchen was fully stocked and outside on the porch that we sat out on constantly. The weather and temperature was perfect, so no need to use the A/C. Wifi worked great, even for FaceTime calls. There were excellent bands playing next door on Saturday night so we had free entertainment right from our balcony. I love the free use of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Everything is very walkable from this location. Thank you for everything!

L'appartement est très tranquille avec vue sur la montagne. Il est bien aménagé, moderne, propre et confortable. Comme le balcon est situé coté colline il est moins exposé au soleil. C'est ce qui fait qu'on a pu en profiter davantage. Tout ce dont nous avions besoins pour notre séjour était disponible. Nous avons trouvé très pratique la disponibilité dans l'appartement d'une laveuse/sécheuse. A notre arrivé l'hote avait mis à notre disposition un contenant de 20 litres d'eau potable. Le seul inconvénient est le mini-frigo situé sous le comptoir. Il n'est pas pratique pour un séjour de plus longue durée. Par contre l'hote m'a informé qu'il préparait un projet de réaménagement de la cuisine afin de remplacer le mini-frigo par un refrigerateur plus grand et plus conventionnel. Le complexe est situé tout près de la mer à 2 pas d'une très belle plage et tout près du centre d'un village paisible et sécuritaire ainsi que d'une superbe marina.

The location was amazing even with the steps. Good for the body! The beds were confortable. And everything was clean and pretty! She also was a kind host.

Sophia was a perfect host. There is everything you need in apt for cooking, laundry, etc. would recommend this apt to anyone. We will return for sure. Also surprise to see a bowl of fruits and wine .Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Perfectly situated just outside the hum of town, this little house is an ideal retreat after a short walk to the beach or spending hours enjoying all that San Pancho offers. The kitchen provides just enough to make cooking meals possible after a stop at a nearby store for the essentials. The bed is medium-firm and comfortable - I have a bad back and had no issues after 2 weeks. The patio is enchanting, with privacy, dappled light, and lots of plants. Spending cooler evenings out there is an easy routine to acquire. The palapa rooftop is another fabulous space to relax in with amazing views. We loved everything about this place, especially being far enough away from the noisy late night music, which we’ve suffered when closer to the beach, but do bring ear plugs because the adorable free-roaming roosters love to sing (all over town!)

Rauls place was absolutely beautiful, everything you could as for and more. Only small issue would be more cleaning supplies in kitchen, such as soap garbage bags etc. Overall though the view was worth it all and such a beautiful place. And he was so good at responding always.

We loved our week at Patricia’s place. Everything is exactly as described! I can’t say enough good things, there are so many pools- the roof top was also open during our stay and the staff working in the building are also excellent. There are so many places close by to walk including a grocery store, coffee shop (Ola Cafe), about a 30ish minute walk to the Malecon or a cheap Uber. Some of our favourite places to eat nearby were Tuk Tuk’s, Trattoria Ciento Once, and El Punto Del Taco. We will definitely be back!

On débute par un grand merci à Sandra. Très disponible et son appartement a contribué à un séjour mémorable à Puerto Vallarta. Ce dernier est à proximité du Chedraui (supermarché ) , de la plage, du Walmart, Sam's club, casino . La surprise presqu'à chaque matin d'apercevoir un bateau de croisière. Appartement très éclairé grâce à sa grande fenêtre patio. On le recommande sans faute.

Our stay was great. Location is central to amenities. Felt very safe. The security personnel was extremely helpful in anything we want to know about PV . Their communication in English was good. The cleaning staff was amazing. Very clean building. We would stay there again. Thanks for a great winter vacation.

This condo was amazing. Such an incredible view and an easy Uber ride to downtown Puerto Vallarta. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again in the future!! Beware of the 500 pesos per day electricity charge - I didn’t see it in the description before booking but the host told us about it before our arrival so it wasn’t a big deal with some notice.

We had a wonderful time. Miguel was a great host! Very responsive to small issues that inevitability will arise for extensive stays. He is very personable! The pictures represented the condo well. El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional para un viaje familiar, además hay que decir que todas las áreas comunes están en excelente estado, con albercas climatizadas, lo cual es perfecto para los pequeños, ¡el atardecer es imperdible desde la alberca principal! nos pareció un gran lugar para una estadía incluso de mediano plazo porque el departamento está perfectamente equipado (incluso lavadora)

Would definitely recommend this place, with Dave being from the USA it is much easier to communicate, it feels like a very safe neighbourhood and once he has the rooftop lounging area and outdoor kitchen, you’re gonna have one of the best views of the ocean in Sayulita Thanks, David Thor
