Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

La vista es hermosa, justo frente al mar. Puedes salir a la terraza y disfrutar del paisaje. A solo unos cuantos metros, ya estás en la orilla de la playa. El acceso fue sencillo, la entrada fácil y la comunicación siempre fue fluida. Mar fue muy atento en todo momento

This might have been the best trip of my life. Norma was amazing and the place was unbelievable.

The condo was exactly as depicted in the listing and the photos. Only thing left out was how wonderful the staff is!! From security, to cleaning, to restaurant staff, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Spend the money on the private massage!!!

Absolutely a perfect location with perfect view of the ocean. Host was great to respond! The grounds are immaculate and the most beautiful foliage with wonderful location to town and beach.

La maison de Ruben a été notre havre de paix pendant une semaine et nous y reviendrons avec immense plaisir! Nous y avons cuisiné dans la belle cuisine tout équipée (et bien plus grande que sur les photos); nous avons déjeuné sur la terrasse matin, midi et soir; nous avons observé les iguanes et autres animaux sauvages qui peuplent le jardin et avec lesquels nous partagions l’espace avec plaisir; et nous avons dormi dans des chambres très confortables avec climatisation et ventilateur! La localisation était parfaite pour nous, dans ce quartier hyper calme, proche de la plage. Nous avons pris des cours de Pilates tous les soirs dans la salle de gym toute proche. Et Ruben et Dana sont tellement gentils et serviables! Merci mille fois encore; je devais pour ma part travailler toute la semaine, mais les pauses ont été tellement agréables que le travail paraissait moins difficile.

We stayed here during Spring Break and had an incredible time. The listing doesn’t sell a few of the perks well enough. The apartment is located on the second floor of the Markoba Hotel and is directly above La Playita, a great little beach club that is apart of the Lindo Mar next door. The Markoba has staff that will set you up with chairs and umbrellas for 300 pesos a day and the bar is well priced. Since we went during March, we were treated to a show from the whales in the bay right outside our room. The view is incredible and a great place to start and end our days. The apartment doesn’t have food or cooking supplies but the Oxxo is located close by and you can get most of what you need there. We walked there a few times for supplies and it was easy. Mayte checked on us daily and made sure we had towels and a clean space if needed and the pool was cleaned daily. Were their negatives? Sure. But they aren’t worth bringing up because the trip was perfect!

This was an amazing find for us! First of all, you cannot beat the views. Pictures don’t even do it justice! The sound of the waves all day long was unbeatable. The place was spacious and so clean. We took our family of 6 plus grandparents and over the course of the week never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of linens and kitchen items available. Very responsive if we had a question. The complex was a great location – quiet, but within walking distance to all of the restaurants very quickly and easily. The pool was in excellent shape. The neighbors were welcoming as well. Would highly recommend staying here and would be back without hesitation.

Wow. Amazing stay and outstanding hosting from Janet. We needed a last minute place and Janet went way above and beyond to make it happen for us. The place was incredible. Right on the beach. Full kitchen. Big tub. Beautiful vibes. King bed. Great housekeeper. Restaurant and bar with live music right across the street but still quiet inside. We had a chef come cook meals and he had everything he needed in the kitchen. You can hear the surf from the house at night. You are close to the action but it is really peaceful and quiet inside. Janet was quick with all of her responses and worked really hard to help us sort out the last minute stay. Thank you, Janet. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hope to make it back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Thank you! We had a great stay in Sayulita! This villa was perfect for two families of 5 with kids. The views from the rooms were great, overlooking the ocean. There is direct access from the property to the beach which was a pretty amazing convenience! I believe the pool is shared between a couple other units, however, we had it primarily to ourselves. The house is very easily walkable to and from the main square and beaches of downtown Sayulita, although we did pick up golf carts for our stay to more easily shuttle the younger kids around. And there was plenty of secure, gated parking space and outlets to store and charge the carts. Melissa, our host was great. Very quick and responsive and able to resolve all questions asked. Thank you! She is able to assist with setting up many outside activities for your group. We had a private dinner for our group with several fresh options to choose from. Thanks so much, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Sayulita!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay when visiting PV. Beautiful space, spectacular views, perfect accommodations, super convenient location. We loved everything. We were traveling with our two sons, ages 20 and 18, and our 18yo said it was the best vacation we’ve ever taken. We sat on the patio morning and evening to enjoy the warm breeze, played cards and games on the outdoor table, slept well, relaxed at the pool, and explored restaurants and activities from there. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. We also appreciated the ability to do laundry. All tenants/guests were friendly as well as staff, plus being very welcoming. We would love to visit again and would definitely try to stay here again.

Awesome location, spectacular view, and the place was perfect for 8 of us! I loved the patio with the pool below us. We used the rooftop pool and the 1st floor pool. It was easy walking in beach, excellent massages beachside, and loved the restaurants all so close. Communication with host was very responsive and clear. I would definitely rent this place again!

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

The house was wonderful! The ocean view was stunning. Absolutely loved having morning coffee on the patio and watching the sunset in the evening. It was so relaxing. The house was spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds are definitely on the firm side and the front bedroom does get a little chilly this time of year. Also, I would recommend bringing an eye mask if you like to sleep in a dark room. Hard to black out a room with so many wonderful windows. Both Christina and Brenda were extremely responsive and helpful anytime I reached out.

My family and I, loved the condo…it was beautiful beach front with spectacular views and sunset! Will most definitely visit again in the future!! Located conveniently within walking distance of restaurants, bars and beach! Had a wonderful stay!

Our experience at this Airbnb in Punta Mita was beyond anything we could have hoped for! From the moment we arrived, Flor, the house manager, made everything effortless. She is truly amazing—sweet, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was grabbing a snack or adjusting to our changing plans. Having her prepare our meals was one of the best decisions we made. It allowed us to host family from the nearby hotel for a much more intimate and memorable dinner experience. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with access to multiple pools—all with shallow ends, which was perfect for our toddler. The beach was just as incredible, offering long, peaceful walks and a friendly atmosphere. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, I was able to easily navigate with the help of a translator app and, of course, Flor’s support. I’m already planning my next visit! Wonderful location and layout for our family of 8. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants, great pool options & onsite menu. The pickleball court is under construction, so that was a bummer as we’d brought paddles and were drawn to this accommodation because of this option. It will be a great set up once it’s completed.

Es un Lugar tranquilo para disfrutar de una buena vista y la estancia en familia, Alejandro estuvo al pendiente de dudas y fue muy atento. Lo recomiendo

L'appartement est très tranquille avec vue sur la montagne. Il est bien aménagé, moderne, propre et confortable. Comme le balcon est situé coté colline il est moins exposé au soleil. C'est ce qui fait qu'on a pu en profiter davantage. Tout ce dont nous avions besoins pour notre séjour était disponible. Nous avons trouvé très pratique la disponibilité dans l'appartement d'une laveuse/sécheuse. A notre arrivé l'hote avait mis à notre disposition un contenant de 20 litres d'eau potable. Le seul inconvénient est le mini-frigo situé sous le comptoir. Il n'est pas pratique pour un séjour de plus longue durée. Par contre l'hote m'a informé qu'il préparait un projet de réaménagement de la cuisine afin de remplacer le mini-frigo par un refrigerateur plus grand et plus conventionnel. Le complexe est situé tout près de la mer à 2 pas d'une très belle plage et tout près du centre d'un village paisible et sécuritaire ainsi que d'une superbe marina.

My family and I just returned from Pacifico 406 and are still feeling the joy we experienced there. The home was superb, from the quiet, peaceful and private surroundings, the comfortable beds, and incredible stocked kitchen. The location was ideal! Anahai who took meticulous care of the home coming every day to clean the kitchen, and baths, launder towels or personal laundry was the most gracious and kind woman on the planet. Helping make arrangements for cars to pass through the security gates, arrange grocery list to be delivered and just answer basic questions for people new to the area. the only thing we wanted was more time there. We are already planning when we can return to paradise. Thank you to Maria and Anahai for all they did to make our trip so fabulous!

Nos la pasamos muy bien en el alojamiento de Yessica, todo excelente. Siempre estuvo muy atenta por cualquier duda, el lugar está muy lindo y limpio, cerca de todo pero a la vez tiene mucha privacidad lo que permite descansar cómodamente. Es el segundo año consecutivo que nos alojamos y ya estamos planeando la siguiente visita. Súper recomendable!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We split our stay in both units of the duplex. Luis who lives on site, is extremely friendly and helpful! The owners are also very nice and helpful/quick to reply to any messages. Location is perfection! Everything is within walking distance, and if not Uber is a quick/cheap way to get around! We wouldn't hesitate to rent this location again!
