We really enjoyed our stay, it the perfect place if you enjoy watching wild life. You wake up to see hummingbirds and iguanas from the windows, the surrounding plants are beautiful too!

Wendy’s place is a cute oasis! We loved the little dipping pools and the cute little loft area. A comfortable place to stay.

AMAZING House! The linens, sheets and towels were high quality and clean. The mattresses were new and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed and more including an insta-pot we used to make beans and rice. The views were unbelievable -sunset did not disappoint. I would definitely stay here again. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. My only FYI to share is two fold: we were there over their 'Labor-Day' holiday and the Lazy Lizard was rocking until well after midnight with loud bass. every other day was fine - just music in the background. But... on a party night, they definitely partied! We brought a noise maker that helped a lot. Also, because of this holiday, the little beach and pier (that is supposed to be private) was really busy with the locals. The kids were super sweet and we actually played with them a bit, but they have learned just to push hard on the pier gate and it opens.

The best feature of Blu Zen is its staff. They are professional, hard-working, helpful, kind & friendly - that applied to everybody. Carmen's unit was more beautiful in person & squeaky clean. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the A/C units in each room enabled us to specifically control each "zone". Shower water pressure and temp were excellent. We shopped for essentials at the Mercado. Some things were expensive ($12 - 1/2 gal. milk) but overall prices were fair given we were on an island. The local Greek yogurt, hummus and fresh bakery cinnamon bread were outstanding. We liked the pizza, Wed happy hour wings and cocktails at LaFogata. We had a very disappointing meal/service at Lotus. Our favorite restaurants on the north island were the Happy Lobster (walkable) and El Ben TNT (they picked us up). Bliss Beach (a bike or cart ride away) on the west side was gorgeous. The winds and stinky sargassum unfortunately made BZ's beautiful beach unusable for us ;-(.

This was where we went on our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it!! The penthouse is beautiful. The outdoor sitting area is massive and so comfortable. Diana was so helpful. She made sure we had a way to easily get from Belize to Caye Caulker. There was a nice man with our name on the sign at the airport. once we took the water taxi to the island,another man was waiting to bring us to the room on a golf cart. The location was fabulous. it's on the edge of town. It was quiet but close to everything. Having access to the bicycles was very nice. We explored the whole island like that. Be sure to check out the stingrays at sunset at Iguana Inn and the tarpon are cool too! Sunrise there is spectacular at the room but even more so on the 2nd story deck by the pier. I would absolutely go back

If you are looking for a spacious, clean, beautiful home near San Ignacio, look no further! We were amazed by the view and the breeze the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by Consuelo. We enjoyed drinking coffee with the toucans (and other tropical birds) on the back porch each morning and swimming in the pool after a day of adventure. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and relax during our time in Belize. We spent a week at Katia’s house and explored ATM cave, Big Rock falls, Rio on Pools, Cahal Pech, Tikal, San Ignacio Saturday market, and zip lining at Calico Jacks. Consuelo made 2 delicious meals for us after a full day of exploring and taught our girls to make tortillas. I wouldn’t change anything about our trip and especially wouldn’t change where we stayed. You will not be disappointed!

We loved our stay at Sal’s place. The unit is a spacious studio with everything you need. The patio is big enough to do yoga on and it faces east overlooking the ocean with the morning sunrise peeking through the palms. Responsive host, which we greatly appreciated. Standout is the location, by far the best area to stay in Caye Caulker - walkable to the ferry (5-10 mins), the Split (5-10 mins) and the tarpon feeding dock (5 min). Superbly situated for great food, too, and you can rent bikes at a number of places nearby. Note that there is only hot water in the shower, but really that doesn’t matter as the water in the kitchen/bath faucet is neither too hot nor too cold. They provide a jug of drinking water as well, and replace as necessary. AC works well and it cools the place off quickly, even when you turn it off while you’re out of the unit. Two ceiling fans add circulation, wifi was good, bed was comfortable enough. Great value. We highly recommend.

Great spot for four adults. This is a little bit of a walk (10 mins) outside of the main town area, but it made for a very quiet and relaxing time when we were there. The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, and the deck/pool was a wonderful spot to relax. We loved our time at on Caye Caulker and would stay at this spot again.

Our stay at The Cabins at Monkey Falls (Cabin #3) was great! We used this as a home base to explore the San Ignacio and Cristo Rey areas. The owner, Rose, lives onsite and is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner onsite and we felt very well taken care of by Rose. We also appreciated having access to laundry facilities at a reasonable cost. The screened in porch offered a peaceful place to relax in the evenings.
