This is a beautiful luxurious home. The house was spotless and the cleaning lady Maribel came in every day and did an amazing job at cleaning the house. I felt like I was at resort and every time I came home the house was spotless the beds were made and the bathrooms were cleaned. Maribel really was the cherry on top. The pool and hot tube were great amenities and always clean. Juan was very responsive to any and all questions. The security team did a great job communicating. The views were spectacular. Overall this was a 5 star experience and I look forward to returning in the future.

Great spot. Great neighborhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nelson arranged transportation to and from the airport with a friendly driver so you don’t have to deal with the cab drivers trying to rip you off. He met us at the door and gave us the lay of the land. Where to eat, where to shop, where to go, and where to not go. I will definitely be back and plan on staying here when I do.

Very well centered, the only thing is the amount of noise you hear inside of the house and the rooms from the street is insane. They give you earbuds so you can sleep and I know that’s out of their control but for future guests I suggest taking personal ear buds. Also since some windows remain open a hand ful of mosquitos come in on a daily so also prepare for that. Aside from that the place has everything we needed plus the location is PERFECT

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Fern! Juliana and Alejandro (and Jorge) were incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, well-appointed, and perfect for our family of four. It had all the comforts of home, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces. The location was unbeatable, nestled in a charming neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a local supermarket within walking distance. We felt truly at home and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Excelente lugar, cómodo y cumplió nuestras expectativas, nos sentimos como en casa y el trato de los encargados fue genial, si volviera a Medellín, iría de nuevo a hospedarme en este apartamento.

The place is exactly as described. Great for family with kids. Great view and cozy set up. I would say I think we needed more pillows, hangers , fruit holder, small things since we were a long term stay. Overall great location , Omar was very responsive and attentive To our needs would recommend. Thank you!

A great deal! Good place for month long stay or so. Kitchen is basic but serviceable for meals. AC is great to have in Jan/feb when Medellin is super hot. Jorge is a great host who even helped put a small desk in the apartment so I could work from home. Fridge, microwave, wifi, hot water, all work well. Only slight negative is the noise. The windows are sound proof and generally it is quiet, at least at night when trying to go to bed. But it can get a bit noisy with trucks passing by in the early morning. I managed to solve this with a small fan for white noise. For value, it’s hard to beat this deal in Medellin. Would probably stay again.

Great place to stay if you know the area good places to eat nearby. The host were really responsive and helped us with any issues.

Jorge fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudar con cualquier cosa. Doña Lucy también fue increíblemente amable y acogedora, me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. El apartamento tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar durante unas vacaciones. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, con una gran variedad de restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Lo que más me gustó de la ubicación es que está justo al lado de la Cancha del Dorado, perfecta para hacer ejercicio antes de empezar el día. En general, fue una experiencia excelente. ¡Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aquí en mi próximo viaje y seguiré recomendando este lugar! 😊✨

The view was absolutely magnificent - location was very walkable to Provenza (for breakfast, lunch, and/or going out). Because we stayed with a group, it was also nice to have a code to be let into the apartment, so that we didn’t have to pass one key back and forth.

Juan Carlos is a great host, very helpful and responsive. it was very easy to access the apartment. everything matched the pictures and plenty of the necessary materials- towels, bedding/ pillows, toiletries, kitchen accessories. highly recommend for your next stay in Poblado!!

I have been to Medellin several times. This is by far best space for one person. You have a full kitchen, a whole office with printer, washer and dryer, king size bed, great bathroom and a walk in closet. Location is very nice. 2 dollar uber to provenza and Parques Lleras. Amenities are nice as well. Rooftop pool and gym

We really enjoyed our stay. Host was friendly and even let us check in earlier because our flight landed very early that day. The place was nice and clean with a beautiful view! Definitely exceeded our expectations

What a beautiful vacation I enjoyed in this not only cozy but comfortable flat with the great views over El Poblado neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need also has a smoothie blender, which I used a lot. The modern bathrooms have extra fresh towels and the king mattress is so comfy equipped with different type of pillows and has a knee pillow to make your legs totally relax. Great location with La Vaquita supermarket very close and new restaurants down stairs the building are also lovely. The swimming pool on the 5th floor is so private, make a reservation to used it as well for the sauna and Turkish bath. Steven is an awesome host who help me from day one to the end. What a perfect spot to explore Medellín, and an incredible view. It’s the perfect walking distance from the hustle and bustle in an incredibly designed building. Loved it!

Adriana and Jennifer were definitely above and Beyond. before I arrived Adriana gave me lots of local recommendations and tips on how to enjoy the city with my little one. they were super responsive and professional. the house was super big just like the pics... cleaned, and with everything you need. you have everything around hospitals , markets, local groceries stores , the mall and great public transportation. then, the street is pretty quiet, it is small so u don't hear too many cars passing by. all I have to say is that some guests have a "Bad" experience for things that are out of the owners hands like there was a guest above my rented apto complaining because my son was being loud. so , trust me the owner does the best for you to have a great experience but there are things they can't control like a neighbor being loud which is something normal anywhere you stay in medellin. anyway, 💯 recommended and thank you for having me Adriana and Jennifer.
