Mi estadía en la propiedad de Ruben fue excelente. Siempre estuvo atento a cualquier indicación, el barrio es muy seguro y encuentras bancos, restaurantes, tiendas. La casa es tal cual a las fotos, superó mis expectativas y le quiero dar un agradecimiento a la señora Carmen que siempre estuvo atenta y dispuesta a colaborarnos en lo que necesitáramos. 10/10. Pasamos unos días increíbles, muchas gracias.

The house was clean, in a great location, ideal for US travelers who want to enjoy the night life. Very secure location and the host was very effective at communicating with me. Checking in or getting into the house was a little challenging since the voice instructions were in spanish. However, there are written instructions in English that you can follow so it may not be a big deal after all. Otherwise, I will definitely stay here when I return next year. We did not have any problems at all.

La casa está muy bien ubicada . Es muy amplia y moderna . Esta muy limpia y tiene mucha luz. Faltan closets pero nos explicaron que están remodelando y de a poco irán poniendo más cosas Son muy rápidos en contestar y nos trajeron enseguida lo que pedimos . Volveríamos y lo recomendamos

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Spotless spaces, beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was clear and responsive. Great location close to a lot of places yet peaceful and relaxing. The garden it's amazingly designed. We felt like home. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Aleluya and Sarah were absolutely amazing! always communicated clearly. Sarah was very helpful and recommended us some spots as well. The home is located near restaurants, futbol field, bakeries, and mall. The place was big enough and we had our own bathrooms. This was our favorite stay in all of Colombia 🇨🇴

The place is great. Beautiful views of Medellín and the amenities are top notch. I made extensive use of the gym, sauna, and steam rooms. The security staff were extremely nice and professional, as well. I look forward to staying there, again.

Alojamiento súper recomendable en Medellín, disfrutamos mucho la terraza y el jacuzzi caliente mientras llovía… todo muy limpio y el servicio al cliente de 10, está muy bien ubicado.

Great place if you're looking for a one bedroom 2 full bathroom. Amazing view of Medellin. Comfortable bed, the room can get nice and dark. Nice secure building. A gym and grocery store and major mall is a 12 minute walk. I did it everyday, was very safe. Functional kitchen, I cooked everyday at least one meal there. If you want to venture down into the main restaurant area of Medellin its a 6 min uber. Ubers are super accessible and pick you up right outside. If I came back to Medellin I would stay here again unless I wanted to try another area of the city. Overall a great place for two people.

Great view and a really comfortable, clean apartment. Kata was always responsive and helpful. A little hard to walk to poblado center, but Ubers were very affordable.

We were a group of 4 girls staying at Maria’s condo in Medellín and had an amazing time! Although our stay was short, everything about it was perfect. The condo is in a quieter part of the city, which made it super peaceful. We couldn’t hear any noise at night, which was great after long days out. The location is also very walkable to Provenza, so we were able to easily explore the area’s restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. We felt incredibly safe the entire time, especially with the 24-hour receptionit gave us peace of mind as a group of girls traveling together. Maria was also so responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The condo itself is huge, spotless, and has an absolutely stunning view of the city. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay here again!

This is a worthwhile apartment if you want a great view (I mean the best view I've had in Medellin) and don't mind walking up and down slight inclines. It's great cardio. I stayed a month and had no problems. The door staff are friendly as are the the neighbors. The apartment has everything needed for a long stay. I would definitely go back.

The location was relatively quiet, peaceful and very beautiful. The studio is small, but large enough for my needs. The bathroom and the patio were large. The host was incredibly responsive. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again

Our stay at this one-bedroom AirBnB condo was absolutely fantastic! The highlight was the private jacuzzi on the balcony — perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The condo was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sergio and Manuela were incredible hosts, super responsive and genuinely welcoming. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and we appreciated having a well equipped kitchen. The location was peaceful and easy accessible via Uber. We felt completely at home and taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again — thank you, Sergio and Manuela!

First time in Medellin and staying at Conrad’s place and I literally fell in love. The place fits the description and the pictures. Communicating with Conrad was easy and effective, which I really appreciate. He left treats for me which were really thoughtful of him. I had an amazing stay at this Juan Pablo's Airbnb in Medellín! The apartment offers breathtaking views of nature, making every morning and evening a truly special experience. The building itself is extremely secure, with 24/7 security and controlled access, which gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. Juan Pablo was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and attractions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Medellín and would absolutely stay here again!

l'appartement de Giulio à été parfait pour notre famille pour découvrir Medellin, il est prêt de tout ce qu'il faut , un grand supermarché, des restaurants, les bus puis métro. l'appartement sur deux étages est grand, fonctionnel avec ses 2 salles de bains et 3 chambres . Je tiens à souligner la communication avec Giulio , plus que excellente , et ce soucieux que tout se passe bien ! je recommande l'appartement et le quartier de Laureles !

No hay palabras para describir lo increíble que fue quedarnos en este bello apartamento. Es el mejor airbnb en el que hemos estado. Súper limpio, comodo, grande y con una vista que te deja sin aliento. Carlos es el mejor host, se preocupa mucho por uno y se asegura de que te sientas a gusto. El lugar es hermoso y es un area muy tranquila. Uno se siente en paz. Si vas a rentar este lugar, no lo pienses. En mi opinión el mejor area para quedarse en medellin. Tiene todo cerca. Farmacias, supermercados y restaurantes. Gracias por la experiencia Carlos. Definitivamente volvemos ☺️
