This place was a great home base for exploring La Fortuna. It is in the center of town, walkable to a bunch of restaurants, and easy to set as pick up for tours. The place itself was great and had everything I needed. Despite the short trip Adriana offered new towels and to take the trash mid stay. I was checking out late and she was kind enough to hold my bags. I would definitely suggest this place.

Si buscan un lugar solo para llegar a dormir y dejar las cosas, este lugar es perfecto. No me mal interpreten, la cabina esta en excelentes condiciones, limpia y con lo básico para pasar la noche, por el precio me parece que se obtiene bastante. El parqueo es amplio, cerca de muchas cosas y aunque está cerca de la calle principal, es bastante seguro y en calma. Tanto el check in como el check out fue super fácil (autogestionado) pero Ulises siempre estuvo en contacto. El baño es un poco pequeño, y esto podría ser inconveniente si se hospeda alguien con algún problema de movilidad.

Es súper hermoso! Con un precio súper accesible para las comodidades! Nos sentimos como en casa!

We absolutely loved staying here! We had an issue with the original Airbnb we were staying at and Nora was very responsive and helpful when we booked her place last minute! The place was close to town yet very private. We felt like we weren’t even in town because it was so peasants private. The pool is amazing! We were happy with the air conditioning, we were comfortable during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were shower towels and pool towels which was nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This place is perfect walking distance for all La Fortuna experiences and restaurants. A/C worked well which was much needed. Only side note is you will hear hosts cats fight every night but there is a winner fast so not a big deal :P

Tom was very helpful as we had a late check in, he left us very clear instructions and photo with how to get in allowing us to get in with ease. We were really please as La Fortuna is a little built up so staying just outside gave us so much more peace, we did have a car however so not 100% how easy it is by bus. I spoke to Tim while I was there and he was very friendly helping with any questions I had while also giving me lots of recommendations and tips for the local area. The place was kept very clean and tidy and Toms family living nearby were all very kind/helpful with any questions I had. Also always asking if we wanted fresh coconut of the trees in the garden 🥥 thank you Tom and your team 😃

The place is well located, close to main street but quieter. The house is safe and the space is protected by a fence. The house has the basic amenities that you will need. Good value for money. The house is a bit humid, maybe good to improve the ventilation.

Lovely stay! Everything was as described. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and bathroom was new and modern. There are sheer curtains with no darkening shades, but it wasn't an issue and was nice to wake up with the morning light. Oscar and Maureen were excellent hosts. We even took a tour with Nasua Tours and it was exceptional!

Lovely flat, super clean, and a great quiet location! It had everything we needed and we especially enjoyed watching the birds on the patio in the morning! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! The hosts were on-hand for anything you needed and made us feel at home! Thank you very much!

This is one of the best Airbnb’s my husband and I have stayed in. Very private, quiet, romantic, and close enough to town to walk. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed, and Carlos was extremely helpful and communicative from booking through the end of our stay. We will 100% stay here again if we come back to La Fortuna and will recommend to family and friends!

I notified the host that I would be arriving later than planned, and D'Angelo made the necessary adjustment. The Airbnb is near popular tours, restaurants, and supermarkets. Even with no car, most of the attractions and transportation were within walking distance. The biggest attraction, Volcano Arenal, is on full view from the balcony. When I wasn’t out walking, or taking a tour, I cooled off in the nice little pool under the big volcano. Since I travel light, the apartment had more room than I needed and would easily accommodate two people and all their stuff. Host D’Angelo was very accommodating, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Lugar tranquilo, justo para lo que lo necesitábamos, lo usamos por cosas de trabajo y buen punto de ubicación. Dulce es muy amable y muy comunicativa. Monteverde siempre es y sera MOnteverde.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. It was extremely peaceful and enjoyable. Wish we had more time in La Fortuna. We would’ve definitely stayed there another night. Waking up to the sounds of the water and the birds singing was truly special. We even enjoyed have the cattle next door as neighbors. Even the local restaurant on the corner was really good. We love Costa Rica.

Desde el momento de la reserva, Grettel se contactó y se puso a disposición. Siempre nos aclaró las dudas y muy amablemente nos ayudó. El lugar el muy acogedor, uno quiere quedarse a vivir ahí! Con todas las amenidades necesarias, limpio y un jacuzzi que no se quiere salir nunca. La pasamos muy bien!

Andreina's place was beautiful. Very close to all our activities, even though it was just on the edge of the city it felt like you were in the jungle. Very quiet location, very peaceful and safely secure with a gated entrance. Beautiful view of the jungle right from your bed. We would have loved to have had a screened patio door to be able to hear all the sounds of the rain forest and that would have made it perfect. This kitchen was fully stocked with everything and the bathroom had all the essentials. Wonderful place to stay, we would definitely stay again.

The unit is beautiful and comfortable. and Pablo and Miguel are great! very friendly and accommodating. they were very flexible with us when all of the other hosts in the area were not, and they enabled us to enjoy the last day of our vacation in LA Fortuna, where we saw beautiful wildlife and the volcano. thank you guys! although our stay was short, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute and hope to come back for a longer stay. the house is safe, secure, comfortable, the view is great and very relaxing. the heated pool area is semi indoor/outdoors and very nice. 5/5 stars, highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay while in La fortuna. definitely recommend this place it’s peaceful, beautiful views of the volcano and walkable coffee shops and local restaurants. I will definitely book again!
