La Fortuna : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

A wonderful gem outside of downtown La Fortuna! Definitely worth it if you want a little more privacy and don’t care for the fancy resorts past downtown. Surprisingly, we didn’t really have many issues with bugs, although we did keep a towel down from the door to the bathroom (it’s also the dry season which I’m sure helps). Beds were very comfy, the jacuzzi was great. Security was so nice to have. We didn’t go through XPlore Arenal (tour company service at the place), but it looked great as well!! Would certainly recommend the space to anyone wanting a little bit of privacy, and is willing to drive just a little bit farther for all the excursions. (Note: we were out of the pickup range for an excursion we did with La Roca Canyoning, if that matters to anyone. We just met them downtown, which was an easy fix, so the location is truly great still IMO).

Très bon séjour de 2 nuits chez Juliana à la Fortuna. Villa pas très loin des magasins, restaurants, sodas. Vue sur le volcan Arenal. Randall a été très réactif à nos demandes. Un plus, le spa, très agréable en soirée après une journée de randonnée.

What a place! Beautifully laid out and everything you could need for our family of 5. When we arrived, the place was freshly cleaned and lots of helpful bits and pieces in the fridge, along with a couple cold beers and a couple other treats. The hosts were super helpful and friendly, Jarvey made bookings for us at a night walk and also zip lining / hanging bridges, both of which were great. We had a lovely meal at local Italian restaurant Tramonti, about a 15 mins walk and we cooked in a few times in the well stocked kitchen and on the outside grill. But the standout feature here (along with how great the hosts are) is the terrace, with the hot tub. We spent so many hours just reading, watching the hummingbirds and coatis and admiring the sunsets. We even had a troup of monkeys come through the garden, which was awesome. All in all, massively recommended for a visit to Monteverde/Santa Elena… thank you!!

The house is very convenient and well equipped. The swimming pool is a plus as well as the rooftop. But what you can’t beat is the warm welcome we had by Jose Julio and his family. He took plenty of time with us and our kids to play with the baby goats. We went horse riding and they managed to show us sloth, frogs and all they could. It was soooo nice meeting you. Daniel’s place was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It was about a 15min walk into downtown La Fortuna. Daniel was highly responsive. He gave us recommendations of what to do, and always responded to my questions immediately. Overall, great stay and would recommend

The place was clean, felt private, and offered a lovely view of the surrounding forest. The staff at Rainbow Valley Lodge were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. They offered lots of suggestions and booked some activities for us as well. One thing to note - if you plan on spending a lot of the day at this place, just keep in mind that there are very large windows that soak in a lot of sun and it gets very warm. You can open windows to help with that, but it still gets hot. Once the sun goes down, the place cools down quickly and is very comfortable for sleeping at night. We were pretty much out of the house during the day, so it wasn't a problem for us; not an issue with the place itself, just something to consider if you're staying here for a couple days or more.

We had the most incredible stay with Maria and Melissa as our hosts in La Fortuna! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of perfect. They were incredibly accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering helpful recommendations for local activities. The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking, truly a highlight of our stay. Whether we were relaxing on the patio or enjoying a meal, we were constantly in awe of the stunning scenery. One of the most memorable parts of our trip was the private chef experience that Maria and Melissa organized for us. The meal was delicious, and it was such a special way to enjoy local cuisine in the comfort of our home-away-from-home. Additionally, the private yoga class they arranged was a perfect way to unwind and fully embrace the tranquility of the area. It was such a thoughtful touch, and we felt completely rejuvenated afterward. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect location and very private! The jacuzzi was easy to operate and the kitchen has everything you need. The bed was extra comfortable and the rain lulled us to sleep. The view is amazing when the volcano is visible, but the flowers and hummingbirds are always there. There's also a magical cattledog thay may grace you with an appearance, if you're lucky.

Great central location if you’re wanting to be close to all that La Fortuna has to offer, but far enough away to get some peace and quiet. The hot tub was a much appreciated amenity after several action-filled days. I definitely stay here again if I return to La Fortuna

AMAZING YOU HAVE TO GO!! So secluded for a romantic getaway; the jacuzzi is TO DIE FOR! Everything was beautiful and clean and the ac worked wonderfully! There are cats that would join us out back at morning and night and we loved them so much, very sweet little ones. Outdoor shower is dreamy and the tv is nice for laying in the huge bed and realizing. The location was way better than I even was expecting! (And I’m not a fan of walking much haha) but everything was in a 10 minute walk or less and the food is just delicious everywhere you go. Lots of access to everything on the Main Street and they have banks, stores, many restaurants, bakeries , a super store, fruit stand and more!! So many fun activities near by as well. If you go you HAVE to book a massage with the women they reference! I’ve never had a better massage in my entire life!! So worth it!! Everything was amazing! ❤️

Villa Pura Vida was exactly what we needed to celebrate our 10 year anniversary trip to Costa Rica. My husband and I traveled solo to La Fortuna to hike the rainforests. The house was spacious and stocked with everything we required to relax after a full day of hiking. The pool and hot tub was wonderful and beautiful! The sounds of the birds outside acted as a natural sleep machine. While we only needed one bedroom, the extra space served us well as a place to store our luggage and hiking items. We drove in from SJO and the private parking space made the place feel safe and secure. Even though we had a vehicle, the space was located within walking distance to so many restaurants, stores and bars that we chose to walk everywhere. Don't hesitate to book this place! Our host also arranged some group tours for us which was extremely helpful!

Daniel’s place was great. His house is really clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Daniel and his cohosts are also extremely nice. They helped us booked a couple of our activities around the area and provided help when we needed. Although one thing I do want to mention, if you have a large group of people, I’d recommend spacing out the shower usage. We had some issues showering with cold water but Daniel was quick to help with that as well. Overall, this was a great experience. Highly recommend.

The hot jacuzzi and community pool with a stunning volcano view were highlights of our stay. Two friendly cats visited, adding charm. The comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen were great, though we had to refill the water filter and ice tray. The open kitchen window brought in fresh air, and the spacious bathroom was beautifully designed. The outdoor seating area was lovely, and the gated community made us feel secure. The plants offered privacy, and a 5-star restaurant was a short walk away. The air conditioning in the master bedroom occasionally turned off, but the shower had warm water, and using the detachable head made it hotter. We saw a few ants and maggots, but expected it in Costa Rica. The working dryer was perfect for drying our shoes. This house was ideal for our 3-person girls’ trip, and we’d highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Areli’s place was absolutely beautiful! She was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. She booked an ATV excursion for me and my family. I would absolutely recommend her beautiful home and look forward to booking again in the future.

This is One of the best places I have ever stayed. Very peaceful and relaxing place. Close tl everything but very quiet at nights. Direct connection with nature. A lot of birds to see. Location is amazing. Roy give us very good recommendations. This is the place to stay in La Fortuna. Hope to came back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful place surrounded by nature. We loved the garden, hot tub and bbq area. Amilcar and his wife were so friendly and helpful a during our stay. It’s a perfect place for a couple or a four person trip. The internet was excellent, we worked online all week with no issues. Thank you to Amilcar for your hospitality! We will be back :)

Desde el inicio la comunicación fue rápida y clara. Siempre estuvieron muy atentos. Fue fácil llegar y ubicarnos. El chalet estaba muy limpio y se sentía muy cómodo todo. El área del jacuzzi es muy relajante, rodeado de naturaleza y relajante. La pasamos super bien.

Un lugar con tranquilo y seguro con la piscina y áreas de parrilla excelente. Un lugar perfecto para disfrutar con familia o amigos.Gran atención por parte de los anfitriones, súper recomendado

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views were beautiful, and the hosts were very helpful. Location is in a perfect spot and plenty of things to do. I will definitely be staying here when I come back to Costa Rica!

Mauricio's Rental was an Amazing stay in La Fortuna. The cabin and huge hot tub w/ waterfall were a highlight of our stay. The Landscaping is amazing, and there is a Sloth sanctuary 50m from the property!!! We saw tons of wildlife here, exotic birds, monkeys, and Sloths! Would recommend 100% for your stay in La Fortuna! I will always cherish the three days I spent in paradise here in La Fortuna Thanks Mauricio!!!

A peaceful home with a beautiful surrounding garden full of birds during the day and a tranquil forest at night. The weather was gorgeous and the home has everything you need!

Great experience very private. We enjoyed the hot tub I love the opportunity to give back to regular Costa Rican people they suffer the noise and crowds to provide us tourists an opportunity to experience their beautiful country. Karen’s little casita was a wonderful experience.
