Apartamento cómodo y con vistas espectaculares de la playa. Esta justo en el paseo maritimo. Nos ayudo en el proceso de llegada y con recomendaciones para pasar los dias en las palmas. Muy recomendable.

We had a great stay and enjoyed having breakfast on the patio in the sun. Communication was easy as well as the check-in and Guacimara had some great recommendations. Parking is easy and the town center is only about ten minutes away by foot. Can highly recommend staying here!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt am Strand in einer ruhigen Lage. Man wacht jeden Morgen mit Meerblick auf und kann auch Nachts die Wellen rauschen hören. Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung mit dem Auto ist nur mit einer Karte möglich, welche man beim Check-In direkt mit erhält. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit, früher einzuchecken. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem kleinen, abgelegenen Ort mit wenigen Bars und Restaurants. Dies sollte man bedenken, wenn man die Unterkunft bucht. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würde diese noch einmal buchen

It's a solid apartment & Guanak did a good job of being a host, I do think the kitchen was a bit bare-bones, no salt, no microwave? There was a problem with their regular cleaner that may be the reason, & Guanak compensated graciously with a dinner at their family restaurant, 2 homemade ginger beers, 6-pack of their eggs, which I really appreciated. Bare minimum essentials for a month: 4 toilet rolls, 2 laundry pods, & 2 trash bags. Overall I'm happy with the stay, I'd have preferred less noise from the soccer field & a quieter refrigerator but I'd book it again.

We had a great stay and were super happy with the cute apartment. It has everything necessary and the host was always helpful. We came for a workation which was very convenient due to the fast wifi and the two working tables. The location was also perfect 🌊💖 Additional benefit: the coffee from the café below the apartment is super yummy ☕️

Superb accommodation with fantastic private roof terrace. A perfect getaway in the sunshine. Our host Paula was very friendly and welcoming. The property is extremely comfortable, well equipped and super clean. It is well worth staying for a week or longer to enjoy the jacuzzi.

Apartamento perfecto para visitar Las Palmas, 100% recomendado. Está todo muy limpio. Cuenta con todo el equipamiento necesario para una estancia corta o larga. La cama es muy cómoda al igual que sus espacios. Está muy bien ubicado para ir caminando a cualquier lugar. La playa esta justo a 1 calle. En los alrededores tienes restaurantes, bares, supermercados, tiendas. Victor nos atendió muy bien, es muy simpatico, atento y responde rápidamente.

Margarita est une hôte de très grande qualité, une 5 étoiles. Elle a une merveilleuse personnalité, aidante, généreuse, sympathique et très à l’écoute. Nous avons eu besoin de son aide à un moment donné et rapidement elle nous a assisté. Son logement est juste parfait, tranquille, il est moderne et possède tout le nécessaire en plus d’être un emplacement de choix. Nous pouvons visiter la ville à pieds de chez elle. La vue de l’appartement donne sur la ville et la mer. Les grandes portes fenêtres apportent une très grande luminosité. Nous y reviendrions sans hésiter 💛

Jana is an excellent host - she communicated very well before our arrival and checked us in in person, giving us a guided tour of the house. The house itself is beautifully and cleverly remodelled from what must have been a shell before Jana and husband Jaime bought it, and it's filled with great design touches such as concealed lighting and a good terrace on the first floor. There were tea bags, coffee, coffee pods, oil, vinegar and salt provided, so the essentials were covered to make shopping easier, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There are restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk so there's no need to go far if you don't want to cook, and there are two large supermarkets in easy walking distance if you do want to. There's a bit of noise on Friday and Saturday evenings, but no more than you'd expect in a town centre. The house and the welcome from Jana and Jaime exceeded the high expectations we had from the listing and other views. 10/10

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem den Blick in die Berge. Wenn es zu kühl war (im März), konnten wir dank der senkrechten Markisen dennoch draußen sitzen. Das Tal mit der üppigen canarischen Vegetation ist wunderschön, auch zum Wandern. Der Kontakt mit Borja, dem Gastgeber, war besonders freundlich. Er hat uns mit tollen Informationen zu Wanderungen, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Parktipps und Restaurants versorgt. Leider mussten wir kurzfristig umbuchen, das hat kurzfristig und unkompliziert geklappt. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub!

Un lugar sin duda para repetir, tranquilidad, aire puro, conectas con la naturaleza, vistas increíbles, una puesta de sol maravillosa. La casa muy cómoda y cuidada,súper bonita,cocinas con vistas de ensueño, la cocina y el horno de gas nos encanto.tiene todas las comodidades. Lo único que mejoraría sería una televisión en el que pudieras utilizar las plataformas para hacer noche de cine. Recomiendo la casa al 100%.

Een geweldig huis op een prima locatie. Rustige buurt met wel van tijd tot tijd wat blaffende honden. Dit heeft ons niet veel gestoord en wij houden toch echt van rust. 's Nachts was het muisstil. Echt alles was aanwezig wat je je maar kon bedenken. Keuken volledig ingericht. Brandschoon en zeer gezellig ingericht huis. Je voelt je meteen thuis. Bedden vonden wij heerlijk, lekker geslapen. De buitenruimte is mega groot en mooi met een heerlijke jacuzzi. Half maart kon je vanaf 9.00 tot 18.00 een plekje in de zon opzoeken. Als je liever in de schaduw zit kan dat ook gedurende de dag. Er zijn verschillende zitjes en stoelen. Je hebt geen uitzicht vanuit de tuin, omdat deze hoog ommuurd is. Voordeel is wel dat je heel privé zit. Een auto is wel zeer aan te bevelen. We hadden altijd een parkeerplek bij het huis. De host is een lieve vrouw die ons al op stond te wachten en alles in huis liet zien. Wij vonden het zo mooi dat we voor november en maart 2026 weer hebben geboekt.

I have stayed at Roberto’s for a couple of years, any time I visit Gran Canaria - it has always been a pleasure! The location is excellent for people who need a great base from which to reach any location on the island. Its spacious and comfortable and has all the amenities you might need!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux chez Juan et Vanessa ! Leur maisonnette est un véritable havre de paix. L'endroit est magnifique, confortable, et impeccablement propre. On se sent tout de suite chez soi. Le grand jardin et la piscine sont de vrais bonus, parfait pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration. Juan et Vanessa sont des hôtes incroyablement attentionnés et accueillants, toujours disponibles pour donner des conseils locaux et rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. La maison est située dans un endroit calme, au milieu de splendides paysages, idéal pour se reposer tout en étant proche de Las Palmas. Nous recommandons vivement et espérons pouvoir y revenir bientôt ! Merci encore pour tout !

We thank Iballa! The house is magnificent! Great view from the terrace, beautiful living room in the cave. Well equipped kitchen and shower. Large bedroom. The drive to any part of the island took 1 hour. Mountain trails pass near the house. We had a wonderful holiday!

We could have not found a greater place to stay in Gran Canaria. Clemens’ house is lovely and has a lovely peaceful garden full of orange trees. There is a beautiful view! I highly recommend staying at Clemens’ if you are looking for a quite place surrounded by nature. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. We really liked the terrace where we had coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The location was on a nice and quiet street and was close to several bus stops for traveling to the tourist attractions or other places on the island. The host was kind and friendly and answered quickly to the questions. Check- in and check-out was easy. We can recommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Cordelia, mit vielen Wanderungen in der spektakulären Landschaft dieser Region! Cornelia ist eine sehr liebenswürdig Gastgeberin, kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste und und ist immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und hat alles was man erwarten kann. Der Luxus von frisch vom Baum gepflückt Orangen und Zitronen ist toll. Durch das Gekrähe von Hähne und Pfauen in der Gegend sollte man sich nicht gestört fühlen. Die Aussicht über das Tal ist wunderschön! Die steile Zufahrt ist für ängstliche Autofahrer etwas herausfordernd, aber wer die Straßen in Gran Canaria befährt muß sowieso mutig sein! Vielen Dank für diese Zeit in deiner schönen Finka!

Me and my mum had a great time at the apartment. It’s so close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The beach is amazing, I’ve never been to such a beautiful beach in a city. The terrace was great and got sun in the late afternoon. Gabriele was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly and made the entire experience really easy, comfortable and relaxed. Definitely recommend!

Had a lovely holiday our first for 6 years due to husband's health issues Maria apartment is right on the promenade and everything is easy to get to and very flat, which suited Tony's mobility issues. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and bed linen and cooking utensils. Far more than any other apartment we have stayed in Beautiful views from large balcony Maria always answered any queries promptly Will definitely be back

Alojamiento tal y como sale en las fotos. Tiene una buena ubicación cerca de la playa de Las Canteras y bastantes bares, además a 2 minutos tienes un parking bastante barato .

Le logement de Juan était fidèle aux photos, c’est un très bel appartement où l’on s’y sent comme chez soi. La vue sur la mer et les montagnes depuis le balcon est superbe. L’appartement est bien équipé pour cuisiner et il est très confortable pour deux personnes. Juan était réactif et nous a proposé des activités et restaurants à faire aux alentours. Son accueil dans le logement était également très agréable. Je ne peux que vous conseillez ce logement.
