The place is very nice and beds super comfy. Shower pressure was very low which made shower times long for our group when no one wanted to shower in the outside shower. While it said this was a disconnected room- it did not say that the door is not floor to ceiling so the cold air from outdoors is a bit overwhelming in cool temps. Inside was great. We did not use the garage play area or the back attached area with grill (grill area was very dirty) assume maybe we weren’t supposed to open that door. We just looked and said ok won’t go out there. The pool had a lot of algae but it was too cold to use anyway. Hot tub was very clean and nice. Overall it was great for having plenty of beds for the 6 adults to sleep. This house was nicest in the neighborhood for sure.

I felt right at home, they provide so much amenities. Very clean, and very well organized, overall just a fun getaway.

Lovely place to call home base while we explored the area! The house had all mentioned amenities and plenty of space for our family of four (with kids sharing a bed). We were thankful for the short drives to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains NPs. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to an Anderson's grocery. Glad to return if we were passing through again.

We loved our stay at the Historic House! It was just as described. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to the university and many stores and restaurants. We enjoyed seeing the other homes around the neighborhood as well. There was enough space for us to feel relaxed while at the house. The yard was lovely, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/etc. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly located. We felt extremely safe, and it was close to everything. The house had everything we needed. The photos actually don’t do it justice, it’s even nicer than it looks in the listing. And Caz was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue that arose before our stay and he reached out proactively to let us know and discuss solutions, and it really didn’t even impact our stay. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to friends and family.

Our stay was perfect! We booked this apartment for our wedding weekend because the venue was 2 minutes up the road. The apartment was very clean and had just enough space for the few days we stayed. We loved the LEGO scavenger hunt… my husband immediately started looking for it as soon as we arrived! We’ll definitely book again for future trips to Tucson.

Overall A very nice stay! Would definitely recommend. Pros The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing an early check-in. The convenient parking spot right next to the door made carrying luggage effortless. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well throughout the stay, with only minimal slowing on rare occasions. Thoughtful touches, such as cold water in the fridge and clear printed instructions, made settling in smooth and hassle-free. Being a single-floor apartment, there was no noise from upstairs neighbors, which added to the comfort. Cons The space could benefit from a more thorough cleaning in hidden areas, such as under the couch and beds.

This was my first time booking an Airbnb, and it was easy and exactly exactly what it said it was. Thank you to Jojo and Ben for your hospitality! You guys were proactive in helping us get settled in and answering questions we had quickly without being invasive! I would love to stay here again! This place is a Hidden gem. Everything in the place was clean and comfortable. She provides the best fresh coffee! I asked her about it and her son has a little coffee cart and he roast the beans himself and they were amazing! Thank you, Joe and Ben for everything!

We stayed 3 nights. Every morning coffee on the terrace with the sound of the birds and tide coming in. We even had fun sea lions entertain us one morning. We walked to Manny's right next door (well across an open lot) which was great for breakfast, dinner, cocktails and a little shopping with the vendors. The location is away from the busy high rise area on Sandy Beach which was perfect for us. Extremely peaceful and calm. There is no office so you walk right to the condo and easily get in with the key code. Doesn't get any easier. There is a security guard letting vehicles in and out of the parking area. The condo was roomy and open with an amazing view as you walk in. We didn't cook but there were dishes, pots and pans etc. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are at opposite ends which is great if you want any privacy. This will be our first choice the next time we head to Rocky Point!

It was our second stay at Chip & Sandy's Airbnb. Everything was absolutely perfect. Their place is immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We only live about 3 hrs away and it's the perfect getaway from the Valley. We will be back!

This apartment was exactly what I needed for this trip to visit friends. Ross gave me clear instructions to find the apartment, greeted me at the door, and quickly explained things like the thermostat and lights before leaving me to settle in. I felt right at home with the comfortable living room furniture and bed, and I found everything I would need in the kitchen. He even left me a treat from a local bakery one morning during my stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

This cabin was something out of a movie. Perfect warm rustic and artsy. The natural beauty immediately In all directions. Quail and dove can be seen and heard everywhere. The outside fire hangout spot was a great place to meditate and have a drink with the chiminea fire keeping me warm in the evening while watching the sun set. The pool is beautiful! I will be coming back every year.

We spent 2 nights at Erika’s after being in Ensenada. The space was the perfect size, very nice to have a full kitchen after eating out so much, and had warm blankets for the cold evenings. Quiet and slow mornings with nice spots outside to sip out coffee. Super convenient location - walking distance to breakfast and coffee in the AM and Bellinghausen is a great brewery to relax at in the afternoon or evenings (good food, beer and games). Erika gave fantastic recommendations for wineries and food in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.

The location was outstanding! You’re just a few minutes from the west entrance station and about 30 minutes from Panther Junction Visitor Center. The room has everything you need when visiting Big Bend and we really appreciate the full size fridge and freezer. Highly recommended for any couple going to the park.

Penni’s place is heaven on earth to me! This was my second visit to the Desert Cabin. I was there 5 years ago, and couldn’t wait to one day return, and I finally got the opportunity. It was just as majestic as my first visit. The views are unbelievable, and the cabin is perfect for 2 people. Extremely clean. Since we had everything we needed, we didn’t leave the property at all for our 3 day visit. We enjoyed exploring the property, watching the wildlife, and relaxing. Any questions we had, Penni was quick to respond. I hope we get the chance to enjoy the peace and views this special place has to offer again someday. Thank You Penni for allowing folks like us to enjoy your unique and beautiful piece of Texas!

Lupita and Jose’s place is beautiful, tucked in a quiet area of the valle. It is beautifully done and the cabin is great- from the king bed to the indoor outdoor living space, it was well thought out. The home is spotless and a great space to relax it after all the wine and food! The hosts Jose and Lupita were both gracious and take pride in their property, we will be back next time!

I spent Sunday night at this cozy little cabin just outside Big Bend National Park, and it was everything I could’ve hoped for and more. Set on 10 private acres out in the quiet country, it offered the perfect mix of peace, privacy, and natural beauty. The cabin itself was super comfortable, with two twin beds and a cozy queen bed that made it ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring. One of the biggest surprises was the outhouse—it was absolutely pristine and hands down one of the nicest I’ve ever seen. We lit a campfire at night and watched the moon rise over the horizon, surrounded by a stunning view of the stars. The name “Milky Way Run” couldn’t be more perfect—this place is a stargazer’s dream. During the day, the mountain views are just as incredible, and the sounds of nature all around made the whole experience even more peaceful. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded escape to reconnect with nature and soak in the beauty of the desert sky, this place is perfect!
