Les cuento de Raquel una señora muy preocupada por todo , y nos preparó unos desayunos de primera . 🥇 bueno yo me e quedado muy satisfecha al igual que mi esposo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo alloggio, vicino al centro e comodo per muoversi. La casa è bellissima, ampia e pulitissima con tutto quello che serve per trascorrere giorno in tranquillitá. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili. Consigliatissima!

L’appartement est super bien placé, il est propre et Jorge est super sympa. Elle m’a donné des conseils. Il y a de l’eau chaude tout le temps, et la climatisation fonctionne super bien. Je recommande !

O apartamento é exatamente como o anunciado. O ar condicionado funciona bem e a localização é perfeita pra quem quer explorar Havana Viena a pé. Também existe um ponto de taxi / cocotaxi praticamente do lado da porta do prédio, facilitando o deslocamento pra onde se precisa. A fachada do prédio destruída e toda a extensa escadaria assustam no primeiro momento, mas quando se chega ao apartamento tudo se concretiza. Não possui acessibilidade para cadeirante nem pra pessoas com dificuldades em subir escadas (e são praticamente uns 10 lances de escada), fora isso é perfeito! A anfitriã foi sensacional na tratativa desde o fechamento da reserva até o check-out!

You can't get a more central location than Sadir's appartment, right beside Capitolio and Parque Central. Still, it's surprisingly less noisy outside from traffic, than most other locations in central Havana. You will get very helpful instructions from Sadir and and a friendly welcome from his supernice neighbours. The flat has a well-functioning kitchen, good bed, clean bathroom and especially a cosy balcony with a view towards Capitolio. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place to stay in the middle of central Havana.

We already visited a few Airbnbs in Cuba and in my opinion this was the best one - also in a good price. The place was very spacious, clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. The location was also great and not far from restaurants and other attractions. The beds were comfortable. Some friendly neighbours organised us a place to safely park our car. I would definitely recommend this place and come back in the future!

Este alojamiento merece todas las estrellas posibles, la atención, el lugar en sí, su ubicación todo todo estuvo perfecto, caminábamos al Capitolio y al malecón porque todo eres muy cerca, nos vendieron la cena en 10 dólares y el desayuno en 8 dólares, muy deliciosa y variada. Éramos una familia de 19 personas y la atención fue espectacular

Femstjärnig vistelse! Väldigt familjära och hjälper med allt som behövs och ger dessutom extra tips. Vi kände oss jättetrygga och omhändertagna. Platsen ligger några minuters gång från allt i Gamla Stan. Även rent och väldigt välordnat boende och väldigt bekvämt att komma hem till efter en lång dag. Rekommenderar verkligen, missa inte chansen att känna er hemma i Havanna!

Estube una estancia de 17 días con la familia la atención impecable. Personas encantadoras. La casa expectacular con todas las comodidades céntrica y con supermercados. Restaurantes. Cerca. Estoy muy agradecida por la atención del personal de la casa. Y la Dueña. Repite re otra ves. Todo muy limpio ordenado. Volveré con mucho gusto

I løpet av våre sytten dager på Cuba bodde vi i Casa Nini i to perioder. Vi trivdes veldig godt!! En god Airbnb opplevelse handler for oss blant annet om å få god og relevant informasjon i forkant og under oppholdet. Det fikk vi her: Både fra Nini i forkant av oppholdet og av Franci under oppholdet. Franci tryllet frem nydelige frokoster og middager. Hun bistod oss med alt vi trengte hjelp til, om det var å organisere skyss, tipse om restauranter og booke bord til å planlegge utflukter og komme med innspill om aktiviteter. I Franci får man en vertinne som balanserer tilgjengelighet og privatliv på mesterlig vis. Men det aller viktigste var nok den gode stemningen hun bidro til. Et opphold på Casa Nini vil berike oppholdet på Cuba. Takterrassen ble brukt mye. Både til måltider og avslapning. Her kunne man trekke seg tilbake samtidig som man kunne sitte på kanten og observere livet nede i gata. Vi må også nevne at vi fikk veldig gode og trygge sjåfører organisert av Casa Nini.

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Greta's place in Havana and the apartment is stunning with lots of original artwork and a spacious, airy feel. The neighbourhood is a little rough round the edges, but we found people to be friendly and had no problems. It is also close to the centre of Havana and several restaurants and museums. We found the apartment to be a peaceful haven away from the bustle of the street and would highly recommend as a base to explore Havana. Karen, the manager, was lovely and welcoming and provided lots of helpful information when we arrived. We highly recommend!

Adorable apartment in a cute neighborhood adjacent to the Plaza De Revolucion. Yeni is very attentive to needs at the apartment and helpful in all aspects. We stayed a month and we will be staying again! Thank you!

Nice, safe location not far from Central and Old Havana. Shops all around and a cool little bar downstairs where locals hang out. The top-floor condo has a great view from the balcony—just be ready for the stairs (no elevator). No issues with electricity during my stay. Would definitely recommend! And fast wifi!!!

Our host was so lovely and helpful at every stage from organising a taxi from the airport to being there to check us in and exchange money to helpful tips and advice during our stay. The apartment is stunning with a view over old Havana, a gorgeous sitting room to relax in the sun between adventures and lovely bedrooms all with high ceilings. They made us feel right at home and I highly recommend to anyone else coming to the city.
