had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. Had everything we needed - and more - for a month’s stay. The view is spectacular and so soothing. Cabo de Palos is a wonderful town with lots of good restaurants and tavernas. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Having a washer AND dryer as well as a dishwasher was so convenient. Many places to walk. The lighthouse is awesome. Cartagena is only 20 minutes away and has so much history. Pedro is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. So helpful, friendly and responsive. This place is a true gem. Our stay here was exceptional.

La estadía fue excelente, las prestaciones del departamento son superior al precio del mismo, todo funciona y es muy completo, se puede aparcar en la puerta o alrededores, no quería dejar de agradecerles ya que horas después de hacer el check out recibí un mensaje de Natalia para avisarme que había olvidado un articulo de valor y coordinamos muy fácilmente para recuperarlo! Muchas gracias por todo!! Sin duda se lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que quiera alquilar un departamento cómodo y con muchas cosas para hacer en los alrededores.

I had a wonderful stay at Oscar’s place! The location is perfect—close to the beach and in a nice, quiet area, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The space is well-designed, with great attention to detail, and Oscar is an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. The only small improvement I’d suggest is upgrading the towels, but that’s just a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic stay. Thanks for having me, Oscar—I’d definitely come back!

third visit to this apartment and will be returning soon. Location is fantastic. Linen is spotless, as Is the crockery and cutlery. Kitchen well equipped. Isabel is the perfect host, response time excellent if you need to ask anything, nothing too much trouble.

Great location, very nice neighbourhood, everything is at the door step, including 2 national parks. There are plenty to do in the surrounding. The house itself is a home, it is evident it is pride and joy of the host and his family. The house is warm during the winter, not at all cold as I would expect. Love to visit again really soon. Chema and his parents are excellent hosts, quick to response and very personable.

The flat was beautiful. Had everything you needed and was extremely comfortable. Our host Lola was fantastic she couldn’t have done more for us. It was unfortunate we didn’t get use of the pool due to maintenance but this was not any fault of the host just unfortunate timing and Lola adjusted the price very fairly. The area around is extremely quiet and peaceful, there isn’t much to do, but that suited us perfect and the flat was so comfortable it was a pleasure to stay in and make your own entertainment Beach across the road was excellent went everyday. Some lovely recommendations for places to eat from our host. I would recommend any staying to have a car as this made things much easier as we travelled 30 minutes into Cartagena multiple times for some food etc. it gives you something different to do during the evening. M honestly cannot say enough about Lola she was the best host. Very accommodating.

La casa estaba impecable y con todo necesario. Pasamos dos días perfectos desconectando y relajadas. Beatriz muy amable y disponible en todo momento. Nos permitió salir más tarde de la hora prevista. Repetiría mil veces !

Excellent séjour. Superbe vue imprenable sur la mer, grande terrasse avec de supers aménagements. Dans le logement rien ne manquait. Lits très confortables. Un supermarché à 5 mn à pied. Pau et son frère Diego ont été à notre écoute pour régler des détails. Je conseille fortement ce logement.

Very clean & spacious apartment with lovely views of the beach. Beds were comfortable with extra blankets & pillows provided, apartment provides everything required for a vacation. Communication from booking to arrival was perfect.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

The unit is directly across from the sea. There are no windows that face the sea but there easy access to the beach right outside the building. Layout of the unit is functional and family friendly. Beds were new and firm and pillows comfortable. Would recommend.

Prachtig mooi appartement met een mooi balkon met een fantastisch uitzicht. Wij waren in december/januari en dan heb je vanaf ongeveer 14.00 uur de zon op het balkon. In deze periode is er niet veel te doen, maar wel lekker rustig. Ook zijn er dan nog wel een aantal restaurants open en de supermarkt is ook open en vlakbij. Prima contact met de verhuurder.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish even tho we had to leave at 3;45am we still had a check out in person. There is everything that you can think of that you may need and More… I am sad to say that I spent at least an hour thinking of stuff that they may not have. Thought I had found something (egg cups) that was missing and lo and behold they were in one of the drawers. So helpful as on recent visits to Spain I have had to buy tin foil/cling film but NOT this time. It was all here. The spices and condiments in the little cupboard above the cooker was great as we were a long stayer so cooking was on the agenda🙃🙃 our host was very responsive and helpful every time we contacted her and we really appreciated it as we rocked up about 8hrs before we should but were welcomed with open arms. What a great host, lovely place (with friendly neighbours) and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for helping us to have a great extended holiday.

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

We had an amazing time in Arelia's appartment. The location is incredible and the apartment has everything you could possibly need for a short holidays but also for a long stay/remote working experience. it is really well equiped. The beds was comfortable, all the rooms have fans or air conditioning. Is also very close to everything in Santa Pola, one minute far from the beach... this is one of those gems that you only want to keep for yourself... We were able to enjoy our holidays and relax as well as create so many nice memories with our family. I will definitively be back on my next holidays to Santa Pola. Gracias Aurelia! best of luck!

3 Erwachsene und ein Kind - Einfach genial! Klimaanlage überall, genial! Aussicht TOP! Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme vorhanden! Küche komplett! Alles sauber! Komfortable Betten! Garage vorhanden, ideal für die Gegend! Das beste war die Kommunikation mit den Gasgebern. Sie sind sehr offen und hilfsbereit. Besten Dank, wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Vielleicht schon im selben Jahr…

Thank you Joe and Amparo ! My stay was absolutely wonderful and both of them were very responsive whenever I got in contact, so helpful. The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! La location en vrai est mieux qu'en photo. Nous avons choisi cette location par hasard et nous avons été conquis. L'appartement est propre et parfaitement équipés. Le grand balcon permet de dîner dehors en famille. Les infrastructures communes (piscines) sont biens. Communication facile, la personne sur place parle également français. A quelques pas de la plage d'un petit supermarché et restaurants. La voiture est nécessaire pour rejoindre les villes et centres commerciaux alentours. Station familiale si vous n'aimez la foule de Alicante ou Benidorm choisissez Pilar de Horadada ❤️
