het huis van enrique is een oorspronkelijk huis in een prachtige rustige omgeving. vanuit het huis kun je de mooiste wandelingen in het nationaal park maken. binnen is het ook met koude dagen ruim , comfortabel en gezellig, zeker met de openhaard aan. Enrique is een hele plezierige en gastvrije host. Wij komen zeker terug! heel erg bedanktt enrique

Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Wat een fantastische ruime plek! We zijn hier al vaker geweest als we in Catral wilden overnachten. Je kunt er zeer goed parkeren en de poort stond al open toen we aan kwamen rijden. Verder wordt je er verwelkomt met een enorme fruitschaal en is de host Moisés zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles binnen is groot en schoon en in de prachtige tuin kun je goed zitten en 's ochtends in het zonnetje ontbijten. Ik denk dat we hier nog wel terug zullen komen.

Decir que desde el primer momento la comunicación fue muy buena. Teniamos un evento y necesitabamos tener una hora de salida flexible y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. La casa esta en una zona tranquila, cuidados todos los detalles, como en casa. Fuimos con una mascota y el lugar tiene espacio de sobra para ella y bien acondicionada en todos los aspectos. El acceso a la casa fue autonoma y sus instrucciones fueron perfectas. Recomendación para encontrar ubicación exacta, si te dirige a una zona donde hay un bar, vuelve hacia atrás o avanza según por donde llegues hasta pasar un puentecito que cruza el rio...ya que por lo que nos comentaron han cambiado la numeración y el google maps a veces te envia a unos 100m. A lovely spot opposite the sea. Lovely and quiet at this time of year. Great accommodation with everything you need and secure parking.

La finca es preciosa y muy tranquila. La playa está muy cerca y los alrededores son muy bonitos. Tania y Manu han sido encantadores, muy atentos y nos han acogido fenomenal. La casa es perfecta y no le falta detalle. Volvemos seguro! Han sido unos días de desconexión y relajantes maravillosos.

Staying at Klaudia's apartment in La Mata was absolutely the best decision we could have made for our visit to Torrevieja! My husband and I were looking for a quieter alternative to the crowded areas, and this location was perfect. Being on the first line of the beach with that fantastic view and terrace was such a treat. We truly enjoyed our holidays in this accommodation. The location of the apartment is a real catch! We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the convenience of having so many paths for walking and jogging right outside. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance for breakfast and dinner. Having bikes allowed us to explore the beautiful parks and lakes nearby, and with a car, we could easily venture out to charming small cities like La Senia and Orihuela. I highly recommend Klaudia's apartment if you are planning a trip to this part of Spain and are looking for quality accommodation in a wonderful, tranquil setting.

Cudowne miejsce dla osób które chcą wypocząć w spokoju i pięknymi widokami. Faktycznie na plażę jest dużo schodów, ale należało się z tym liczyć po wcześniejszych opiniach (dla widoków warto). W okolicy piękne czyste plaże. Bez problemu z miejscem do zaparkowania auta. Mieszkanie czyste i wyposażone we wszystko. Zameldowanie i komunikacja bezproblemowe.

This is a great apartment. Very close to the cathedral but on a very quiet side street. A very nice and modern one bedroom apartment with a wonderful terrace, complete kitchen, and top floor so it's very quiet. One hundred percent recommended.

Mihais apartment was in the right place to explore what Villa Martin has got to offer, the apartment was incredibly clean and spacious and comfortable to stay in, I will definitely be staying again thank you very much.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria. l'appartement est très bien situé avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Il est fidèle à la description faite sur l'annonce et bien équipé. L'endroit est calme également, nous avons très bien dormi. Le wifi fonctionne particulièrement bien. La communication avec Maria était très facile. Toujours disponible, nous sommes arrivés tard et tout était bien expliqué pour que nous trouvions facilement l'appartement. Elle était aussi reactive pendant le séjour quand nous avions besoin. Nous remercions chaleureusement Maria et espérons revenir quand nous le pourrons. Merci également pour le kit de bienvenu avec de très bons fruits locaux et autres !

Fantastisch luxe appartement met alle maar dan werkelijk alle voorzieningen. Heel veel extra’s bv in de keuken een Jura koffiemachine incl bonen alsmede een koffiecupapparaat incl diverse soorten cups. Diverse verwennerijen en royaal gevulde fruitschaal. In badkamer ook heel veel aanwezig oa bodylotion, shampo, haarlak, make-up watten, inlegkruisjes, luxe toiletpapier etc. Fijne en veel handdoeken. Heerlijke matrassen en kussens alsook het beddengoed. Super was ook de pelletkachel die een zalige warmte af gaf. Badkamers met vloerverwarming. Dubbele parkeerplek in ondergrondse parkeergarage. Wij hebben hier een fijne week gehad met super attente hosts welke voor ons zelfs een nieuwe tv plaatsten zodat wij met onze telefoon nederlandse programma’s konden streamen. Wat een service. Het appartement ligt op de 5e verdieping met prachtig uitzicht. Het enige minpunt is dat er in de wintermaanden in het geheel geen zon op het balkon komt. In het ervoor gelegen park kun je wel in de zon zitten

Tack för en superhärlig vistelse under de fyra dagarna i huset! Vi samt övriga familjen firade min frus 65-årsdag och blev mer än väl serverade av Leifs rekommenderade kockteam som kom att bli en oförglömlig upplevelse för oss alla. I övrigt stortrivdes vi alla vid poolen på dagarna och i de många samkvämsfaciliteterna under övrig tid. Allt fanns och var väl genomtänkt för en fin gemenskap mellan gästerna. Tack Leif än en gång för en fantastisk vistelse och jag kan inte nog rekommendera Villa Punta Prima till andra!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

The villa is exactly as described, open plan and up to date. Everything is available and in good order. Unfortunately one of our group decided (unknown to me) to smoke in his bedroom. Phil respectfully pointed this out, I really hope he was able to air the room and remove any traceds of said person's irresponsible actions. All in all I would highly recommend this villa. One very small point would be to point out that if any of your party suffer from mobility issues, they may find the climb from the road to the apartment challenging. Fortunately that was not a problem for our group.

Such a fabulous villa. Arriving late at night Suzanne was incredible and so flexible with delayed flights. So friendly and will 100% recommend and stay here again if needed.

Lovely 3 nights in this lovely detached villa. Being December it was a little chilly in the evening but the pellet burner worked a treat. The villa had all you needed and would suit a family. We were just 2 people so we just used the downstairs. The village is low key and peaceful as well as being very neat and tidy. There are enough shopping, food and drink options in the village. Would like to return in summer when there’s a bit more life! Thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you.
