Nesrine est une hôte très soucieuse du bon déroulement de notre séjour, très reactive et joignable à tout moment. Très bonne communication durant tout notre séjour, très compréhensible et flexible pour une arrivée ou/et un départ tardif. Un logement exactement comme décrit sur le descriptif, très propre et très spacieux ! Si nous devons retourner à Tunis, nous retournerons sans hésiter chez elle ! Merci ☺️

On a passé un agréable séjours chez Chahrazad. La maison est spacieuse , bien équipée et correspond aux photos. Chahrazad ainsi que sa famille sont aimables, à l'écoute at très réactifs. Merci Chahrazad pour l'acceuil chaleureux et pour cette bel expérience! Je recommande vivement cette maison pour un séjour reposant et en famille. A bientôt.

Non possiamo che raccomandare questo magnifico posto! La villa si trova in un quartiere decisamente popolare, ma non c’è da temere! Una volta passato il portico si presenta un luogo da mille e una notte di un gusto eccezionale con un’attenzione ai dettagli estrema! La posizione della villa è estremamente strategica, vicina all’aeroporto, a Cartagine, al centro di Tunisi e Gammarth. Vicini ci sono supermercati e benzinaio . Albert merita moltissimi complimenti sia per la gentilezza che per l’organizzazione. Inoltre ci ha dato moltissimi suggerimenti azzeccatissimi! Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di stare nella suite topaze che dà sulla piscina, assolutamente splendida. Piccolissima pecca, essendo fuori stagione la stanza era pulita ma un pochino polverosa e con qualche insettino! Noi abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno e ringraziamo tanto Albert! Speriamo di tornare presto!

Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

Good and clean house. Everything looks well kept. The outdoors is beautiful with flowers. We enjoyed the pool a lot. You need a car to get around. There is a staircase in the house that may be difficult with the toddlers.

Effet Wooow garantie. La vue sur la piscine puis…sur la mer, c’est époustouflant. Sinon, endroit aussi paisible qu’agréable. Slim et Safa étaient parfait comme hôte!:) je recommande à qui veut profiter de Tunis et de son chez soi!:)

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

J’ai réservé cette magnifique villa pour ma famille , Salwa est super et s’adapte très bien à nos besoins , instruction très précise !!! Chambre parfaite, piscine magnifique et très bien entretenue !!! Je recommande les yeux fermés cette villa !!! Proche de si di bousaid, la Marsa et la goulette que je recommande de visiter. Merci encore pour votre accueil c’était vraiment top et hâte de vous la re louer avec ma femme .

Logement très propre et fonctionnel, les lits sont très confortables. La piscine est un vrai plus. Ce n'est pas un quartier touristique mais très calme et paisible. Localisation oratique avec Bolt (équivalent uber) ou en voiture pour vous rendre sur Tunis, la marsa, sidi bou said ou encore gammarth. Merci à Anis pour son accueil.

Séjour très agréable dans l’appartement a deux pas de la plage. Logement grand et fonctionnel. Merci !

nous avons passés un agréable séjour chez sarra nous y reviendrons à proximité de la plage des restaurants des moyens de transfert tout est fait pour y passer un très bon séjour la seule petite chose à ajouter serait un ventilateur pour l une des chambres encore mille merci Sarra pour ton accueil ta réactivité et ta gentillesse au plaisir de vous revoir

Great villa. 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (although one bathroom had a nasty smell which we kept closed all the time; did not cause any problems to us). Overall, very clean and modern villa. Aziz’s son-in-law who lives on the second floor was extremely helpful. He was very professional and one of the best hosts I met. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool; it was a bit cold in April. The pool was clean and it had Jacouzi. The waterfall in the swimming pool didn’t work. Villa has a remote controlled gated driveway that could easily accommodate 2 cars which was a bonus as we rented a car from the airport. Overall, great stay, very responsive host and we would come again.

Hôte réactif, logement spacieux. Rien à dire . Nous y sommes allés juste pour dormir donc pas d’autre information à donner.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique logement ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le fait que le logement était encore plus beau que sur les photos. Tout était conforme à la description, et même au-delà de nos attentes. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix, et la piscine, très bien entretenue, a été un pur bonheur sous le soleil. L'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et disponible tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a grandement facilité notre expérience. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, tout en profitant d'un cadre exceptionnel. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent à passer un moment de détente et de plaisir. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Veldig fin villa. Fem store rom. To av dem har eget toalett. To store saler. Og en stor overflate. Kinosalen er veldig fin, vakker utsikt og en fin kveld om natten ved bassenget. Til tross for alt det. Alt du kan finne inne i villaen. Ingenting vil mangle. Jeg følte meg hjemme. Hele familien var fornøyd og alle hadde privatliv og komfort. Verten (Anis) var utmerket.

Ayoub is an incredible host who was very accommodating. He fulfilled our request and went above and beyond to ensure that our two week stay was pleasant. The place was very clean upon arrival and we were very impressed with the styling and architecture. The tv had direct wired connection to the internet which made Netflix and other forms of streaming nearly instant. I loved the various choices of lighting in each of the rooms. The rooftop gave the most amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea and the quietness of the neighborhood made us feel at peace. I would highly recommend this home for a luxurious and memorable getaway.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette superbe villa. La maison est spacieuse et très bien entretenue, avec un grand jardin magnifique où il fait bon se détendre. La piscine est un vrai plus pour profiter du soleil en toute tranquillité. Le gardien est discret et très serviable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Il y a également un grand parking, ce qui est très pratique. Quant à aziz, il est exceptionnel : très gentil, flexible et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Je recommande vivement cette villa pour des vacances parfaites !

It is a cozy place, one block away from the beauty of Marsa Beach, close to the Zaphyr mall, lots of restaurants of all kinds of budgets and taste. The place inside is beautifully decorated, with a peaceful energy. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen the right size, the living room colorful, full of tradition and live. It is situated in a great neighborhood, and if you plan to stay some weeks, you have easy access to the gym and the train that takes you to downtown Tunis. Amazing

The place to stay in Tunis . I stayed one month with my family and we enjoyed Nadia's place very welcoming, clean, quite and surrounded by olive trees and jasmine. Nadia is very helpful with advise. The place is also on walking distance to the beach, and the Gammarth Center where you will find testaurant; shops, pressing and a supermarket.

The house was neatly clean . All the amenities listed are there. Wael transferred me Tahé who is a great communicator and a very friendly person. He actually called to check if I am well settled and if I need anything else was so helpful pointing out Bolt (uber) . Thank you so much Tahé you are a wonderful person.

We had a wonderful stay at Jamila’s place! She was an incredibly attentive host, providing clear instructions ahead of time and always just a phone call away for any questions. The house is tucked away at the end of a peaceful street by La Marsa Plage, yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The house itself was in impeccable condition and came fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay in Tunis. It truly embodies the charm of a Mediterranean seaside neighborhood, offering a safe and comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

Salim and his dad were very quick to reply and tell me where the location is, despite my late arrival. The check in was easy and the place was clean. It is definitely worth it!
