Excelente alojamiento, se puede llegar a los principales lugares de atracciones a pie, un barrio tranquilo y Aurora excelente anfitriona.Lo recomiendo.

El apartamento está situado junto a una parada de metro y dos supermercados un mercado municipal, además de bares. Es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, cama y sofá-cama cómodos. Todo está nuevo y bien cuidado. Lo recomiendo, además Pablo está pendiente en todo momento de si surgiera algún problema poderte ayudar.

We really enjoyed our stay here! At first, the flat felt a bit “basementy” since it’s on the ground floor, but we quickly got used to it and felt very comfortable. The place is super clean and has everything you need, including shower gels. Getting to the city center is super easy - just hop on bus 65 or 31. Metro is close as well. There are some restaurants and bars nearby, but I’d recommend taking the bus to the center for more options. Thanks Andrea. Would defintely visit again!

This was our 2nd stay at the same place in our Spain trip! The place was again fantastic with amazingly clean bathroom and kitchen. The hosts are amazingly responsive and supportive!

Experiência excepcional, a começar pela atenção e preocupação com a chegada e check in. Tivemos uma chegada antecipada e sentimos o esforço em nos atender. Fomos muito bem acolhidos em todos os momentos: chegada, comunicação, durante a estadia, na troca de roupa de cama e no check out. Tivemos uma demanda de trocar uma lâmpada e arrumar uma cortina que caiu e fomos prontamente atendidos. O apartamento é sensacional, acolhedor, de bom gosto, quartos ótimos. Banheiros atendem bem e a cozinha também. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. A varanda é um ponto alto do apartamento. O bairro também ajuda com sua calma de ser residencial, mas com bastante opção de restaurantes, cafeterias e comércio. Adoramos e voltaremos!

We had a wonderful time in Maria’s spacious, bright flat, with an easy-to-use kitchen and a comfortable living room. We were charmed to meet her and get her recommendations of things to do in the neighborhood – of which there are many. Near the Gran Via, a few steps from the Metro and in the middle of the lively, active Malasana neighborhood, the flat is super convenient (which means that you may hear Madrilenos enjoying themselves late into the night!). We would be delighted to return to Madrid and to Maria’s place again.

El alojamiento de Luz, si bien es pequeño, es perfecto para una estancia turística. La ubicación es su principal atributo, es excelente. La calefacción está en un punto ideal. La comunicación también es algo que agradezco que desde el momento de la reserva fue fácil y práctico. Luz y Altair fueron muy atentas, tardé un poco más del tiempo avisado para llegar por un contratiempo y aún así me estuvieron esperando con buena actitud. Mi única crítica sería tal vez con respecto a la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, al menos las cosas que usamos tan solo de verlas no se veían muy bien lavadas.

Alicia was a VERY responsive host and to top it off, extremely helpful and just an overall pleasure to communicate with........She also was quite proactive and helpful in pointing to great restaurants and solutions. Superb host with great communication skills. would definitely and highly recommend this host - wished that she could offer a training session to some hosts!! 5 STAR!!

Logement super pour un séjour à Madrid, nous étions 4 et le logement est parfaitement adapté pour ça. Natalia et Diego sont très réactifs et tout est conforme et bien équipé. Mini bémol sur le ballon d’eau chaude qui n’est pas bien grand pour 4 et sur la hauteur de plafond qui est très chouette mais laisse voir pas mal de poussière sur les sommets de meubles (mais ça reste très accessoire). Merci à eux pour l’accueil, nous recommandons +++

Beautiful apartment with a lot of space in an amazing location.

The apartment was spacious and very chic. The kitchen was very modern and clean. The primary bedroom bathroom was a little strange because it was clear glass looking into the toilet. So if you weee on the toilet and someone was in the bedroom there was no hiding. But if you are comfortable with your partner then is was fine. There is no elevator up to the second floor, which was fine, but the stairs are so old they are a bit warped so it was a little hard to walk on. They look really cool though, almost like live edge wood. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and close to all the main attractions. Would recommend!

I had a perfect stay in Andreas apartment. It is 3 minute walk to La Latina, a street with the best tapas on Madrid. It has views over a beautiful square. The apartment is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is very well equipted. It is a modern apartment within a beautiful historical district. Central to all the main attractions withinn walking distance. I went with my elderly parents who loved the bed. Lovily shower with hot water. Perfect for three people. Andrea was so communicative and helpful. We will deffo try to visit Andreas apartment again, as it was everything we could ask for.

El piso es cómodo, con detalles. La cocina equipada. La única pega es el parking, superestrecho y difícil de aparcar, mi auto es grande pero se logra.

Espectacular estancia. La finca no puede ser más agradable, llena de árboles y pajarillos. Muy tranquila, todo muy cómodo, buenos servicios y anfitriones extremadamente amables y generosos. Para repetir sin duda.

El lugar es muy bonito, se encuentra en una buena ubicación, la atención de Raquel y su equipo a sido fenomenal, en todo momento estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada, y también tuvo detalles con nosotros. ¡Recomendado!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und auch sehr angenehme Gegend. Man ist zu Fuss sehr schnell im Zentrum. Die Wohnung bietert sehr viel Platz. Immer warmes Wasser beim Duschen und für die Küche war auch alles was man brauchte. Würden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung empfehlen.

Buen apartamento. Hemos estado bien y está muy cuidado. El único pero es que el baño está en la planta baja y dormitorio arriba. Pero no es un problema. Lo recomiendo para una noche.

What a fun and eclectic place! I highly recommend staying at Diego’s home. The pictures do t do the large tub and sauna justice. He has thought of all of the little things and his home is close to the train station with everything in walking distance.

We would certainly recommend this place for everyone with big families. An amazing place with ample space in each room. And the host was proactive in giving us recommendations.
