This home was very nice and had everything we needed. We enjoyed hiking and fishing in the Bill Williams Refuge. The scenery is beautiful and the area has many types of outdoor activities to enjoy.

We had a great stay! Felicia was super responsive and helpful, proactively reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay! The house was clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. We hope to come back again later this year!!

We stayed at Jennifer’s for a local wedding and it was perfect. It was easy to find, super close, and a perfect home base. We said “the bride should have stayed here!” It was so cute, clean and roomy. We’ve already saved her other properties for future trips too. Jennifer was so responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. It was an amazing stay.

This is a modular home and a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. I appreciated the local store for odds and ends. It is on the low end of the river and there are a few public outlets to get to the river inside the community. It was so nice to have two bathrooms and my roommate and I actually appreciated the lack of central heat because I was able to use the space heaters to warm my space while she was using the air conditioner to cool hers! The little extras were so nice… the bikes, the fact that there was wood for the fire pit, the grill was really clean, coffee, tea, oil, and seasonings… laundry detergent. Our stay was very comfortable. My only recommendation would have been thicker mattresses and having a blender.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful spot in Parker, AZ, right on the lake. The location was stunning, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property itself was well-maintained and comfortable, making our stay quite enjoyable. Overall, the stay was lovely, and we enjoyed the beautiful lakefront property. Marissa is responsive and gives clear instructions.

We have stayed at Dori’s place several times over the past couple of years and it’s perfect for what we need to enjoy the river and lake. Highly recommend for a nice peaceful weekend getaway!

Our Dock Holiday was perfect! We really enjoyed the location of the property on the river. There is a lot of dock space!The ping pong table & fire pit was a big hit with the kids. I would definitely recommend staying here. Lots of Fun!

Great place to stay, right on the river! Home owners communicate well and we're quickly responsive.

Inside the RV park everything is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Outside of the park the area is run down but still clean. The park is within easy access to the freeway and any local attractions. I would definitely rent this again.

everything was so nice that it would be hard to pick something as standing out. How do you pick something as standing out when everything is perfect.

Robert and Lynn's place was beautiful find! this was a bucket list check off since it was on the river and close to all the hot spots and at the same time very peaceful at night which is what we wanted. We will be coming back!
