Nice, clean and private place. The area can be a bit noisy 24/7, but that has nothing to do with their palce. It is the location. Close to the airport, great food plaza nearby.

This 3 bedroom apartment is in an unbeatable location with 2 grocery stores within a block. The apartment owner, building staff and other residents are very friendly, even to my pup who I brought along! It was a little more than I wanted to spend as a single person, but ultimately worth it and it would be an amazing deal if you make use of the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The washer machine and living room furnace were great during my long stay. Monica is really professional but friendly and I’m happy to have supported her business. La Paz is always a treat and this neighborhood is so convenient for accessing the rest of the city.

El departamento de Luis estaba limpio, bien equipado y la ubicación era perfecta. Luis fue muy atento y el proceso de ingreso fue fácil. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a otros viajeros.

This is the best possible place in La Paz. Everything was beyond perfect. 100% recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The view amazes every day, 6 weeks did not get us tired of it. Even on days we did not do much, we felt enwrapped in the city due to the city life you can see from the window overlooking city park and the open air theatre (we witnessed one South American boyband show which was a lot of fun). Optimal strategical location between Sopocachi and Downtown, just a few minutes away from the Celeste Teleférico line, and one block off a main avenida. Restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores are around the building, for a larger supermarket you need to walk a little further, but still convenient enough to walk the groceries back. The apartment is very comfortable, colourful and artistically decorated with lots of plants, well equipped and super clean. The double glass windows store the sun's midday warmth well, so there is no heating as seems normal in La Paz, for slightly chilly nights the blanket does the rest. Warm water in the shower is reliable and strong. The place is even bigger than anticipated. The closet has plenty of storage space - all of our mountaineering equipment and clothing for six weeks fit with room to spare. The living room is also the main corridor connecting all other rooms and has a hammock to hang out in. Manuel was an incredible host. Communication from the start was prompt, reliable and friendly. Despite arriving at an ungodly hour, Manuel warmly received us - with delicious fruits and coca tea and good advice to help us adjust to the altitude quickly and good insight into the city and activities to do. Manuel has a room in the apartment, but he was only there on the first days and on the day we left, so you basically have the entire apartment as advertised. All of this and the other hundred little details make this the perfect home in La Paz. Thank you Manuel!

Very spacious and well located place with good hosts.

un buen hospedaje, cumplía con la descripción del anuncio, el único detalle fue que la dirección de la publicación no coincidía y tuve que esperar la respuesta de la anfitriona para poder dar con el hospedaje. A pesar de eso recomiendo el lugar, estuve 2 noches y fue cómodo para poder disfrutar de copacabana. pd:esta super serca del camino hacia la virgen. de copacabana.

El hotel Calacoto es muy lindo y cómodo, vale totalmente la pena hospedarse en el lugar.

La maison de John est super ! Un peu à l’écart du village, elle est parfaite pour se ressourcer, se détendre et faire des bons barbeucs ! La cuisine est bien équipée. Gonzalo, le gardien, est aussi agréable que disponible. Le mieux est la vue sur les différents cerros : on a assisté à un spectacle incroyable d’orages 🥰 Je recommande fortemement !

this appartement is definitely to recommend. Rudy did his best to be there for question and also took care of even a little issue. I prefer to see the effort and know that if it would be something serious to can count on. The location is nice and quiet. The wellnessoption are amazing.

El apartamento de Martin es precioso, es calentito para el clima frio de La Paz, es espectacular, la ubicacion buenisima y Martin es muy amable y comprensibo, tuvimos una estancia de primera en ese apartamento.

Las anfitrionas son encantadoras y amables, el departamento es muy cómodo y equipado con todo lo que uno necesita para sentirse como en casa, está en un condominio muy tranquilo para descansar, te dan recomendaciones para lugares donde comer o poder visitar.

El lugar tiene la mejores vistas de la ciudad, tranquilo cerca de centros comerciales y línea blanca de teleférico, el anfitrión fue muy amable al esperar y estar atento a nuestra llegada, excelente servicio
