My friends and I enjoyed the stay there. Though the cabinets and furnitures isn’t that well maintained but the price is still reasonable.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans ce lieu paradisiaque. La maison était très propre et bien équipée. La piscine un régal. Et quel luxe d'avoir une plage privée ! Aireen et sa famille ont été disponibles pour nous aider à organiser des sorties en bateau pour découvrir cette belle île de Guimaras. Merci encore pour tout !

Comfy and big place, not that accessible tho, but for the price it’s all good!

Eduardo was a great host and his place was homey and comfortable

The amenities were complete and the room was tidy. The owner was so thoughtful that she provided everything that we needed. However, the color of the curtains were too light and the materials were thin which made the room too bright and not very conducive for sleeping during the daytime. I would highly recommend the place to anyone who would like to stay in Iloilo and closer to restaurants, shopping and just to have fun in Iloilo. Overall, we had a great time staying at Charm’s condo. And lastly, it’s a pet friendly place!

My family of 4 stayed in this place for 9 days, it was conveniently located at Mega World boulevard - walking distance to festive Mall and to the museum. Great Food was also easily accessible either inside the mall, at the night food bazaar at K town or the nearby grill restaurants. My teenage son was also able to enjoy the swimming pool and the gym. We just had an issue with one of the toilet but upon letting them know a maintenance guy was able to fix it right away. The receptionist/security were also very friendly ready with a smile and helpful to our needs and queries. Thank you so much and we look forward to returning back again.

The place was really nice! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made sure everything was good. I would highly recommend staying here!

Just enough for us to rest properly.

Location itself was perfect for what we wanted. 7/11 a minute or two away in case we need some water, etc. The Supermart is across the street as well as Coffee Break for some fresh coffee in the morning. Someone is always there to help with parking inside the compound (except at night of course). Festive Mall was 6-7 minute walk. The place was mainly used to rest after some day and night activities out and about. Perfect for our plans.

staying for a second time feels like home already. My daughter and youngest sister enjoyed the pool all by themselves. Still, a highly recommended place to stay in iloilo 💯
