Large spacious house, very private with security gate. Our Family of 10 had a great stay! We arrived really early and was allowed to check in super early so thank you! There is an oxxo and other markets nearby, good birriaria down the street, and the malecon is about a 15min walk. The jacuzzi takes a little while to heat up but it was a nice addition to lounge around at night after a long day exploring. Only complaint was the shower did not drain well so it can take overflow. Other than that everything was great and would definitely stay again!

The house is cozy and very comfortable. The common areas were great, although the water in the pool is cold for March. I would definitely book it again

Great place! Pricila was amaizing and responsive. Everything was great! Only downside is house built on a steep street so our big transport would not be able to go to the door so we had to walk with our luggage. Other than that house was great! Recommend for big families

Truly a wonderful stay! Perfect for a family vacation, young kids included. Johnny was so help in planning and coordinating- truly made it so easy and effortless. Johnny coordinating in hiring a chef, Alonso Chavez; Highly recommended. The spaces is by no means remote but is not walkable to a local grocery, ect. Wonderful, private access to the beach and pool. So quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for the property and the team!

Hola Lulu Thank you very much for your hospitality!!! We had such a nice time at your House! The House was really big and had everything you could need. The outside area was amazing with fire place, ping pong table and good music selection :) We loved to stay there and definitly would like to come back! Recommendation!!! Gracias!

Brenda had great communication we arrived early and were able to check in. The house is peaceful and so spacious inside. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio barbecue area. Our children roasted marshmallows. We rented a car but, did walk to the malecón a few times. The La Paz Carnival was going on we were happy we didn’t stay any closer to the malecón. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable. Lots of natural lighting and quiet. Wifi was a bit spotty but worked well for the stay. Hot water always available, although the two temperatures don't mix so there's only hot or cold. And it's quite far from the beach. About 30 minute walk, though it's still visible from the house. The view was spectacular as it's on a hill allowing a view of El Centenario as well as all of La Paz and the ocean. Beautiful! Would definetly stay here if I were to come again!

Nos encanto el alojamiento, tenía todo lo necesario, está súper cercas de todo. A dos cuadras del malecón, del muelle fiscal que es donde se pueden agarrar buenos tours, está frente a un sushi muy bueno, a un lado un restaurante de antojitos mexicanos. Oscar fue súper amable, siempre al pendiente, nos dejó llegar desde antes de medio día. Excelente estancia para vacaciones y encontrar todo lo bueno de la paz cercas.

El departamento de Carlos está muy bien equipado, limpio, en una zona super tranquila, fácil para moverte a un Chedraui a dos cuadras, bancos y una tienda de abarrotes a media cuadra. Al malecón en carro se hacen aproximadamente 10 minutos, fácil para encontrar espacios de estacionamiento y comer en restaurantes que ofrecen variedad de alimentos. El departamento está super limpio y muy bien equipado, cuenta con todo lo necesario para no pasar ningún tipo de dificultad. Cuenta con un cajón de estacionamiento y está en una zona muy tranquila y sin ruido para descansar muy a gusto, se ubica en un segundo piso pero en realidad vale la pena quedarse si vas con familia, niños o en pareja. En general fue muy grata nuestra estancia, sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Great location with awesome ocean view. It was also peaceful and quiet with a great deck overlooking the pool. We were able to walk to restaurants, had a parking space for our car and the stroage closet with beach chairs was fantastic, as we went to several beaches and made use of them. Tom was very responsive when we texted needing some recomendations. We would definitely stay there again.

What a gem of a stay! First of all, Gloria’s place has a STUNNING view - sitting on the spacious patio and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets was our favourite. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need to cook, and looks just like the photos. It is located at the top of a hill overlooking La Paz and the bay, so everything you need is a short drive away. There is also a gym on site, and 2 lovely pools (unheated). And the host herself is the best - very responsive, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Thanks for everything Gloria! 😊

Wonderful large living area, and fantastic balcony overlooking the marina, very peaceful especially in the mornings when watching the activity below, also in the evenings after the restaurants close at 8:9pm, great to eat breakfast on the deck, and five or more very good restaurants on the marina to choose from in the eves, short drive to La Paz, or the beaches to the north, would definitely stay here again!

​The host was highly responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had before and during my stay. Additionally, the maintenance staff was efficient and attentive, ensuring that the property was well-maintained and any issues were quickly resolved. The hot tub and pool were a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The rooftop hot tub was wonderful at night to enjoy the views. Overall, the combination of a responsive host and diligent maintenance staff made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
