Nice and clean, very pleasant hosts.

Home is in a great location, the street isn’t fully done but the location is great. Close enough to the malecón and other activities. The house is nice and big, exactly like the listing.

Great host and great location! The kitchen was set up so well and the pool was a blasts made out time ahead thousand times more enjoyable! Fans and/or AC in every room, a place to park, fresh water, and a safe neighborhood. It was awesome!

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of La Paz. Easy to walk down to the Malecon. 5 min drive from the downtown restaurants and bars. Great breakfast place with coffee and burritos right across the street that we enjoyed every morning.

La casa está incluso mejor que en las fotos , limpia ,cómoda y tienen detalles hacia los huéspedes q se agradece como sal , espacios en la cocina. sin duda la alberca climatizada es un plus los niños se divierten mucho. la casa es segura y tiene una ubicación privilegiada cerca de todo sin duda regresaremos. El anfitrión es mable y respondía rápido a cualquier duda.

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it was walking distance to the grocery store, waterfront and great restaurants. The patio and pool area was private and peaceful. The beds were comfortable. Most importantly we appreciated Tom; how attentive he was and thoughtful in recommending places to eat and visit. We would definitely stay here again!

When we booked, i did a mistake myself and thought wongly, that the apartement was on a upper floor. But it was on the ground floor. That was my mistake. Since i generally feel more safe on uuper floors the manager right away offered us to switch the apartement, since they still had availability! That was very very thoughtful and nice. Also both cleaning gentlewomen were very helpful and nice. They are the ones who welcome the guests and make you feel like home from the start. The apartement is fully equipped, we cooked several times, is clean and apartment no. 5 has a great view on the oscean and the sunsets. Overall a good place and experience at the end of our baja california roadtrip. I definetely reccomend this place.

Este alojamiento excedió mis expectativas y las de mi grupo . El departamento es grande y en persona es más lindo que las fotos . Xóchitl (anfitriona ) siempre atenta a los mensajes y requerimientos , Muchas gracias !

Beautifully decorated and modern unit. Rooftop pool area is spectacular. Very safe and secure place, there are security cameras in the public areas and the hosts are present during the day. We did not care for the used sponges in the kitchen so we did not use them. Loved having the nespresso machine and they even had a milk frother. That was a bonus! The pods were also supplied. The kitchen was very well equipped but we don’t cook on vacation so we didn’t use it much. We loved the deck with the hammock, such a nice place to sit and have your coffee in the morning or hang out during the day. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer because it was booked up.

So welcoming and fast communication. The views are gorgeous and the balcony is a fantastic way to enjoy the incredible sunsets

Todo bien creo que de lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación está súper cercano a todo no tuvimos ni que tomar taxi para ir al centro, MALECON, marina etc

We stayed with our family for 5 nights and felt safe and right at home. The terrace with hammock is relaxing, the beds are comfortable, and it’s walkable to excellent restaurants, activities, and the Malecón. Jacobo was very friendly, helpful, and responsive!

Perfect stay for our family of 4! We absolutely loved this home. Had so many amenities ice cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and more. It was walking distance to malecón and many restaurants. Would stay again! The home was extremely clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo in La Paz, and communicating with Alvaro was a pleasure—he truly seems to care about the guests he hosts! It was our first time visiting La Paz, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the unbeatable location—right on the ocean. If it were any closer, you’d be swimming! I especially loved waking up and watching the pelicans diving for food—it was so entertaining. The condo is perfectly situated—close enough to the action but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty we were looking for. There are also convenient amenities right next door at the hotel, where we enjoyed food and drinks. Plus, we were treated to an amazing fireworks display for New Year’s Eve, making our stay even more memorable. We got engaged that weekend, and I couldn’t imagine a sweeter place to celebrate than La Paz, with its stunning nature, vibrant city life, and friendly people. It was truly a stay we will

Had a fantastic stay at Vane’s place! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Vane was an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth. From great local recommendations to quick responses, I really appreciated the hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Departamento muy bonito, aire acondicionado, TV, gym, alberca, seguridad, vista al mar, increíble, la atención de Mauricio maravillosa, no permitió salir más tarde! Tiene un 100 , definitivamente volveremos! Gracias 🙏🏻

Volvería a hospedarme aquí, estuvo al pendiente la llegada y salida. coinciden las fotos y lo que se ofrece. la decoración es bonita. tiene sombrilla y sillas de playa lo que es util. las playas cercanas no son concurridas y me impresiona que es más común para pesca. el kiosko del malecón está a 10-15 min en carro. hay toallas, papel, shampoo y jabón suficiente. no ocupamos la lavadora pero es siempre se agradece en caso de necesitarla. hay plancha para ropa también. el jacuzzi es un plus excelente especialmente si es época "fría", la vista desde ahí muy linda. el sofá cama solo lo utilizamos como sillón ya que solo éramos dos y no necesitamos esa "cama" adicional pero si quieres dormir por separado también se agradece. el único detalle es que la indicación impresa que tiene en el departamento dice que el check out es a las 11 y en la app a las 10. en mi caso no fue necesario solicitar/ pedir/ negociar salida más tarde pero deberían de cuadrar ese detalle. muy agradecida con todo.grx

El acceso a el complejo es muy sencillo por parte de el personal que está y muy amables. Así como para cualquier duda, la resuelven. Así como para el departamento nunca faltó atención y muy limpio y ordenado el lugar.
