The place is calm and beautiful. Sunset from the property is unbeatable.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was well-equipped with all the necessary accommodations, including a full kitchen, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, nestled on a gated property, and it was only about a 15-minute drive from the boardwalk and downtown, which was super convenient. It was also very close to Mexico’s most beautiful beach, Balandra, making it even more special. We found the DiDi ride-share app to be both helpful and economical for getting around. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Nos encanto el alojamiento, tenía todo lo necesario, está súper cercas de todo. A dos cuadras del malecón, del muelle fiscal que es donde se pueden agarrar buenos tours, está frente a un sushi muy bueno, a un lado un restaurante de antojitos mexicanos. Oscar fue súper amable, siempre al pendiente, nos dejó llegar desde antes de medio día. Excelente estancia para vacaciones y encontrar todo lo bueno de la paz cercas.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy lindo y acogedor. A mi llegada tuve un poco de problema con la comunicación porque tardaba en responder y no sabia quien me iba a recibir, al final un vecino me apoyo. Después todo fue excelente, muy bonito lugar, lo recomiendo mucho!!

Wonderful large living area, and fantastic balcony overlooking the marina, very peaceful especially in the mornings when watching the activity below, also in the evenings after the restaurants close at 8:9pm, great to eat breakfast on the deck, and five or more very good restaurants on the marina to choose from in the eves, short drive to La Paz, or the beaches to the north, would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotless and offered a breathtaking view. The amenities were fantastic, especially the gym and the rooftop terrace, which made the experience even better. The location is also a big plus—just a few minutes from the malecón, making it easy to explore the area. A great bonus was the availability of beach chairs and a small cooler, which came in handy for beach outings. The only thing to note is that if you’re visiting during Carnaval season, the noise from the bands on the malecón can be quite intense inside the apartment. However, aside from that, everything about this place was amazing. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et avons adoré ! L’appartement est grand et très bien aménagé. Nous avions tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin. Piscine très propre avec de nombreux transat et airbnb sécuriser 24/24h avec toujours quelqu’un pour vous ouvrir. Il est possible de mettre la voiture à l’intérieur ce qui est super ! Ils nous a aussi été mis à disposition des vélos ce qui est génial car il y a la longue piste cyclable jusqu’à la fin de malecon. Bref nous vous recommandons vivement cet airbnb tout était parfait

Beautiful, spacious, clean and modern condo, right on the Malecon. Great location with tons of restaurants, parks, coffee shops, etc right nearby. Only issue was that the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our trip. We had no notice and host said it was not communicated to them the pool would be unavailable. Was a bummer but we were partially refunded and it was offered without asking. Edgar is an excellent property manager and very helpful, trustworthy and communicative. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home with eclectic furnishings. Spacious and comfortable areas inside and out. Amazing views. the Malcon is right there, and lots of people walk, bike, etc. it is about 2km to Muelle Fiscal. Marige and her co-host were lovely, responsive, and helpful. Unfortunately the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom doesn't work. They helped us with the outdoor hot tub - the trick is to set to set the timer and let it run its course to heat the water to 37. Once it is done, push the white button on the side of the hot tub to start the jets. Soaking under the stars with the lights of the city and the bay in the distance was a great way to end the day.

It was a wonderful experience that my family and I had . Very nice place!!Agustin it was a great host !! The pool is amazing, bed so comfortable, restrooms clean , kitchen has everything to cook.

Beautiful house overlooking the golf course. We enjoyed watching the amazing sunsets, going to the marina and the beach club. The swimming pool are near the house is nice but the pool was not heated so we went to the beach club which has a very nice heated pool. Very quiet surroundings, beds were very comfortable and plenty of utensils/dishes etc. to make some meals. The host was very responsive to our questions. We did not use the golf cart as we had our own car, which made going to marina, beaches and town easy. We would love to come back again!

Our family absolutely adored Dhorea and our stay at her Casita. Dhorea is a wonderful host very responsive and attentive. The Casita is off the beaten path and peaceful with wonderful views. We had all the amenities needed for a 9 day stay. It's outside of the hustle and bustle of town which was very relaxing. We wish we had more time there, and will be going back. Highly recommend a stay with Dhorea.

House and views were excellent! The house is big, with lots of both private and common areas. It’s furnished with good taste. Back patio has spectacular views, and lots of space. We had the lady who cleans the house also cook for us everyday (with additional, but very affordable price), breakfast lunch and dinner, homemade traditional Mexican food. She (and her daughter in law) served us breakfast and did the cleanup. We had to go with her to the supermarket to do the shopping. Highly recommend to hire this additional/separate service. The pool is not heated. While it was possible to get in, it was a bit chilly.

La casa muy limpia, Martha nos entrego la casa y se puso a nuestras ordenes, como comentamos que nos acompañaba una persona mayor nos colocaron aditamentos especiales para esta persona (baño portátil, silla para bañarse) por lo que la atención maravillosa, la casa apta para familias muy grandes con espacios muy funcionales, la terraza muy bien distribuida para pasar una tarde o una noche muy agradable

Truly a wonderful stay! Perfect for a family vacation, young kids included. Johnny was so help in planning and coordinating- truly made it so easy and effortless. Johnny coordinating in hiring a chef, Alonso Chavez; Highly recommended. The spaces is by no means remote but is not walkable to a local grocery, ect. Wonderful, private access to the beach and pool. So quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for the property and the team!

Beautiful place in this beautiful peninsula. Amazing views , amenities and beach. Very safe. More than enough space for our family of four. Instructions were very clear and the complimentary boat ride and shuttle to the condos was timely. Elena was super flexible, we had some issues with our flights and Elena and Maude were very accommodating- thank you!! We are planing on returning and recommend it without hesitation.

El lugar está súper bonito, la playa y la vista inmejorables. La ubicación nos pareció excelente, muy fácil ir al centro/malecón y un punto de acceso muy rápido para ir a Playa Balandra y el Tecolote. El personal del condominio fue muy amable, el departamento de estaba muy limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario. Cuenta con playa privada y restaurante.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

Great place to stay in La Paz, felt safe and super clean! Karina the co-host was incredibly helpful during the entirety of our two week stay. About a 10 minute walk to the grocery store, 5 minutes to a local gym, 35 minute walk to the Malecón, or a 20 minute walk to a small beach where we took our pup to swim almost every morning. Karina provided some great local food spots in the area too. Condo came equipped with everything to make a few homemade meals too. There are a good amount of strays in the area, but we normally just took our pup to the walkway to the right of the complex to let her out in the morning and it was fine (for any concerned pup parents ;) ) Loved our stay in La Paz, so much so we rented this Airbnb for another two weeks in June!

Un lugar cerca del malecón de La Paz, lugar acogedor y seguro. Durante la noche, tiene mucha tranquilidad para dormir cómodamente.

Great spot next to the Malecon, with off street parking and a fun rooftop pool/patio. Bigger than it looks in pics, great views, and very comfy. Noises and music of the street were fun, but they go late on weekends - don’t forget the earplugs or sleep in the back bedroom. great food close by groceries a few blocks away. Def stay again!

Excelente lugar. Sin duda volvería a escoger esta estancia al regresar a la paz. Lo tiene todo. Playa, alberca, cero ruido. ideal para descansar.

This was an outstanding place for our family of 7 to spend a week. The place is exactly is described and the pics are spot on. The common areas are fantastic and it felt very roomy. The views are unbelievable from almost everywhere in the house. The hosts were very responsive. We rented a car which is needed as there isn’t much to do close by. There is a beach, but it is not swimmable. The pool is great. Overall absolutely worth it and highly recommended.
