We stayed there a month and it looks like the photos. Gabriela is very responsive and any issues that came up were addressed immediately, and faster than expected. She also provided extra items, such as a double clothes line outside, shampoo, water containers for the fridge and filtered water jugs when you arrive. Location was easy to find. About 1 mile to the Chedraui (grocery store) or about a 5 minute drive. Also a mile walk to the beach, with sidewalks the entire way. There are several restaurants minutes away and an ice cream shop about a 5 minute walk up the road. The pool was not busy most days - often had it to ourselves during the week, and it was continuously filtered and clear water. There are 2 pools in the complex - the one across from the unit and another on the on the other end of complex. Both are the same size. There are lounge chairs at both locations. There are screens on the windows, so you can leave them open to cool the house. Will stay there again.

Planning our trip was easy with Sophia helping us through the check in process and answering all our questions. Her home felt like our own with all her beautiful plants! I would recommend to friends and family!!

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

This place is absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t be better—tons of fantastic places to eat just around the corner, and the market is only a block away. The home itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers incredible value for the price. It’s perfect for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great experience. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

We chose to stay and Evelyn and Esteban's place for our three week vacation due to the location in a residential neighborhood out of the central noisy touristy part of Sayulita. We wanted to experience that type of feel. And we loved the palapa architecture being open to nature. We spent a lot of time relaxing there, reading, doing yoga and watching the birds in the surrounding trees. However, the provided golf cart (which is part of the Sayulita experience) made it easy to get to the wonderful restaurants in Sayulita and to the beaches. The north beach is more for locals and a 10 minute ride with restaurants and beach bars to watch the sunset. We did eat out most nights due to the great variety of great restaurants but the kitchen accommodated fixing eggs for breakfast and quesadillas. Easy quick things. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly making great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Lots of common space for hanging out inside and outside, bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and comfy. Great location for exploring town and getting to the beach. Briana was a responsive and helpful host!

Our stay at Villa Vista Mariposas was wonderful. Firstly, Brian and Karin are excellent hosts. They responded quickly to messages and were very welcoming during our stay on the property. They also provided a concierge, Sofia, who was extremely helpful in coordinating the details of our stay, including touring us around the facility and helping us coordinate different tours and catering options. We chose to have half of our meals catered by chef Silvia and this was absolutely one of the highlights of the trip. As other reviews have mentioned - it is important to rent a vehicle with some clearance to make the trip to the house. We rented a Nissan X-Trail, and we were glad for that decision. The privacy of the beach was another highlight. We spent hours boogie boarding, walking, and just bathing in the sun. You will not regret staying here!

El mejor alojamiento en el que me he hospedado, mi esposa y mi perro lo disfrutaron mucho. las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado lo cual refresca mucho el alojamiento. la alberca esta impecable y perfecta para relajarte un rato. definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos ampliamente el lugar. Felicidades a Norberto por su perfecto trabajo con el lugar.

La casa estaba muy limpia, todo ordenado, la alberca se ve más pequeña en fotos, solamente que en uno de los baños, el escusado no tenía tapa y nunca fueron a ponerla, la chica que limpiaba me dijo en varias ocasiones que iban a ir, pero nunca fueron. Todo lo demás excelente.

Great place. We rented all the apartments including the house and studio. We had our 10th family reunion for 10 days, and everyone was impressed and loved the place. The pool and garden was cleaned everyday, they came and cleaned after 7 days (every week). The owner was very attentive and was always there when we needed him. Hands down best airbnb we've ever stayed on, and we've stayed in airbnbs every year.

peaceful and private, yard with hammock, comfortable king bed. loved it, so much better than the hassle of Condominium in the area. will stay again if I have the opportunity. spent about 2.5 weeks and it's such a quiet area no traffic noise. thanks again

Google mislead me on the way. Once i found the house it was great. She had the AC going, bottled water available, and everything was clean. It was a great stay. I would recommend getting a golf cart since it’s about 15-20 minute walk from the beach and there’s room inside the gate for one

Stayed for one week in late November 2022 as a multi-generational family of 10. Seamless pick up and check in. We were greeted twice by Claudia and once by Harry, who gave us a tour of the beautiful place. The listing is 100% accurate, and Harry's place lives up to those pics...such a nice place with beautiful views everywhere. The sound of the waves, and the fresh air, beautiful sunsets, the wildlife, and perfect temperatures can't be captured in the photos. A perfect place to return home to after touring. Ample private space for all, completely equipped. Everything worked. Always felt safe The pool and beach were excellent, and never busy. Staff at the property were friendly and efficient. Not much around walkable, but very easy to get cabs even for 10. And lastly, the hosts - Harry and Claudia, and Marisela (who cooked two delicious meals for us) were all excellent hosts! For a large group, excellent value for cost. Would stay again if opportunity arises. Thanks and Bravo!

amazing spot right in the center of San Pancho. Orlando was awesome--always around the corner available if anything comes up. shared area and the pool are top notch. This is NOT a complaint but the only note for potential travelers is that it is loud at night, especially on Saturday, till 1030-11 as you are just upstairs from bars, restaurants and live music. we've been to San Pancho before and know the scene, plus our kids are old enough where this wasn't an issue but light sleepers should consider that you might be sharing your night with a loud trumpet or two till it quiets down. We'd stay here 11 out of next 10 trips to San Pancho.

Excellent house and location. Beautiful private pool and garden. Short walk to everything. Will stay again. Very accommodating with early check in and offered luggage storage due to delayed flight! House was exactly as presented in photos.

Perfectly situated just outside the hum of town, this little house is an ideal retreat after a short walk to the beach or spending hours enjoying all that San Pancho offers. The kitchen provides just enough to make cooking meals possible after a stop at a nearby store for the essentials. The bed is medium-firm and comfortable - I have a bad back and had no issues after 2 weeks. The patio is enchanting, with privacy, dappled light, and lots of plants. Spending cooler evenings out there is an easy routine to acquire. The palapa rooftop is another fabulous space to relax in with amazing views. We loved everything about this place, especially being far enough away from the noisy late night music, which we’ve suffered when closer to the beach, but do bring ear plugs because the adorable free-roaming roosters love to sing (all over town!)

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Ebony. L'endroit est très tranquille, propre. Le centre ville se fait bien a pied et le logement est assez loin pour ne pas entendre son bruit. On se réveille avec le chant des coqs. La cours intérieur est intime et agréable pour se reposer. Je recommande cette endroit.
