We had a great stay. Amazing Views . Our whole family loved it. Great hosts building with lots of amenities.

Great place to rent in the winter, well ventilated and plenty of fans to go around. Spacious kitchen, living room area, bathroom and master bedroom. Very secure and centrally located to most places with easy access to buses and other transportation. The Montero Fruits and Vegetables Market is a great place to stock up on most things to keep things less expensive. The meat shop a block away is great too and has great chicharrón and carnitas on Thursday and Sundays. The host is always available, answers promptly and most importantly takes immediate action (great example when the water pump gave out on New Year’s Eve and he handled it within the hour). It can be a bit dusty for those with allergies, but nothing too concerning. I can confidently recommend.

We loved staying here!! Central location, beautiful home, and great amenities. Ebony was so kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone looking for a place close to the beach and downtown area.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Marisol. C’est une hôte extrêmement attentionnée qui nous a fait tout de suite sentir à la maison. La maison et le jardin sont magnifiques. Le logement est très bien équipé, très propre, avec beaucoup de lumière et de rangement. Le quartier est assez animé et très agréable à explorer. Le logement est bien isolé et offre beaucoup d’intimité. Marisol est toujours disponible et très avenante. La plage est à une vingtaine de minutes de marche. Tout était parfait!

amazing spot right in the center of San Pancho. Orlando was awesome--always around the corner available if anything comes up. shared area and the pool are top notch. This is NOT a complaint but the only note for potential travelers is that it is loud at night, especially on Saturday, till 1030-11 as you are just upstairs from bars, restaurants and live music. we've been to San Pancho before and know the scene, plus our kids are old enough where this wasn't an issue but light sleepers should consider that you might be sharing your night with a loud trumpet or two till it quiets down. We'd stay here 11 out of next 10 trips to San Pancho.

Un buen lugar para los que les gusta la tranquilidad, hay que ser un poco paciente para salir unas cuadras caminando y tomar transportes qué te lleven a playas cercanas pero en general es un lugar muy especial por que tiene una vista maravillosa de selva! Gaby siempre atenta a tus preguntas y en resumen nos la pasamos genial.

This apartment is very spacious and open, lots of room. A/C works good and a comfortable bed. The rooftop pool is small, but nice and quiet if you don't want to go to the beach. The location is great, about 4 minutes to the center of town and maybe 5 minutes to the beach. You are not in the middle of town, so you avoid most of the crazy noise, but there is a wonderful restaurant downstairs (Sur 38) and you do hear a little bit of music until they close. Sur 38 offers fantastic food and wine and next door Yah Yah cafe that is superb for breakfast or lunch. I would stay here again, no problem.

We had a wonderful stay in Sayulita at Atalia's place. The descriptions of the flat were right on, great location and so easy to walk to the beach and many places to eat. The bed was perfectly comfortable and we are a bit picky about beds. The air conditioner worked wonderfully although the perfect weather in March didn't deem it necessary. We spent two days relaxing at the pool on the roof where there is an incredible view of the city and the beach. It was lovely to just read in the shade and sun away from the hustle of the city. I would stay here again as everything was just right. We are planning on coming back again next year.

Le logement offre une belle intimité en ayant la cours intérieur. Une belle espace pour profiter du Rbnb. San pancho est vivante tout en étant calme et chaleureuse. Nous avons fait des belles rencontres , passer du bon temps à la plage et toujours très bien manger. Le Rbnb as tout ce qu’il faut pour allez à la plage.

This house is amazing and so beautifully designed. The pictures really don't do it justice. We were very active out and about most days but it was really easy to have a "home" day. The patios and balconies are inviting and peaceful. Such a great place to relax and recharge. Everything is easy to get to, but I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around especially at night. Highly recommend.

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

Wow! What an incredible stay we had at Jamie’s place for our honeymoon. The air bnb had everything we needed and more! A beautiful private oasis, we never wanted to leave. Jamie was friendly and had us well stocked with water and treats when we arrived. The neighborhood is outside of the tourist area (which we like) but it was a cheap uber downtown. There’s lots of great food walkable from the house as well. We loved brewings, happy house, and the tacos right on the corner! Do yourself a favour and stay here on your next trip to PV. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Our visit to PV was perfect thanks to the incredible accommodations! The condo was exactly as described and the beach and pool are even more beautiful than the photos! The hosts were very responsive, the unit is just gorgeous, and there were so many conveniences. A large grocery store is just a 5 minute walk and the in-unit laundry is such a nice feature. We’d stay here again in a heart beat!!! Thank you for making our vacation so perfect!

We stayed at Patsy's place for a month in March/April 2025 and we had a great stay! We loved the quiet Northside location and used the heated pool and hot tub every day - it was a nice touch to have it heated! The house manager heped us with any little issue we had and was quick to help. Having the reverse osmosis system for drinking water was fantastic! One thing I would recommend would be an update to pots/pans, but that's pretty much standard with any airbnb!

My parents and I stayed here for family reasons. We had a great time. It is a plus downstairs is a big supermarket to buy all you need to cook, and a lot of shops, even rotisserie chicken. Plenty of parking very easy to get in and out. It is one floor and no elevator but stairs are easy. Quiet place. It has AC and ceiling fan. The extra sofa is small ideal for children. Bed and sofa very comfortable. Great detail they have beach towels. Very easy to move around in the city. Bring toilet paper and all for cooking. Don’t leave food outside the ants will show up immediately. We had such a great experience!! I would come back ! Thank you for the hospitality

Juan Pablo estubo siempre al pendiente, nosotros solo nos quedamos una noche, y en la administración de la entrada fueron amables, en el studio que rentan había agua caliente, nos mandaron todas las instrucciones a seguir, es un mono ambiente como se publica, tuvimos algunos detalles en la limpieza pero Pablo siempre tuvo apertura en ayudar, y si había algunos ruidos del terreno de al lado como taladro pero sólo un rato y no me pareció grave ( el terreno de al lado es como que un espacio de otro hotel que tienen como que espacio de mantenimiento, pero por la noche no se escucha ruido) nos recomendo Pablo lugares para comer, y la verdad nos respondía muy rápido las dudas, y en todo lo que le preguntamos.

The apartment was very nice and well stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella. Would stay here again.

Condo is located in a private community. It's quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is nice for lounging and doing laps. It's also close to Walmart, Sam's club and restaurants like Pasele Manchin, La 5ta burger, Cafe+Leche and Bourbon Bar, and LA CATA. The condo itself could use more bright lighting like a halogen lamp. At night the florescent ceiling fan lights don't put out enough light in the living room. Also, there are ants and salamanders due to the openess of the condo. Make sure you wipe down tables after eating, do dishes promptly, sweep the floors, and take garbage out daily to minimize the problem.

Fully enjoyed our week at this property. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the humpbacks play in the ocean!!! Will be back for sure -- may have to make this an annual trip!
