La Piazza : locations de vacances

We loved our stay at Stefano’s home. It was large for our family of 6 and we all had more than enough room to spread. The bathrooms are large and the 2 showers were great to have. Stefano is a host that goes above and beyond and provided many snacks and drinks upon our arrival. He also helped us coordinate a wonderful pasta making class that our three teenage boys all loved. We would definitely stay with Stefano again in Florence!

Aesthetically pleasing apartment and could not have been in a more central location - just steps away from the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio. The hosts were communicative and provided us with everything we needed during our stay

Castiglione è uno dei borghi più belli della Toscana, e tra i più belli d’Italia. L’alloggio permette una comoda fruizione dei servizi offerti dal borgo, posizionandosi a meno di un chilometro dal centro per offrire spazi con privacy e silenzio incorniciate dalle splendide Alpi Apuane. La casa è grande e ben organizzata Zona giorno con aperture su terrazzi esterni e cucina accessoriata con tutti i beni di prima necessità inclusi. Zona notte con 3 ampie stanze da letto e due comodi bagni. Raphael è un host attento, ma non risiede a Castiglione. La signora che doveva accoglierci era in vacanza e quindi abbiamo svolto il check-in ed il check out in completa autonomia. È comunque andato tutto bene ed il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Sicuramente consigliato!!!

Super schöne Gegend. Wunderschöner Pool und super liebe Gastgeber. Die Anreise war kein Problem auch die etwas beschwerliche Straße war nach der 2 Auffahrt kein Problem mehr. Würde ich nur nicht mit einem tiefgelegtem Auto empfehlen 😉. Die Gastgeber waren bereits Vorort und der Check in war ein Träumchen und auch jederzeit zu erreichen. Werden definitiv wieder kommen. Absolute Empfehlung. 🫶

Dit vakantiehuis heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen! De ligging is werkelijk prachtig, met een adembenemend uitzicht. Wat ons ook enorm opviel, was de netheid van het huis. Alles was brandschoon bij aankomst, van de keuken tot de slaapkamer en badkamer. Het gaf direct een comfortabel gevoel, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. En eerlijk gezegd: het uitzicht en de sfeer zijn zelfs nog mooier dan op de foto's! We waren echt positief verrast toen we aankwamen. Kortom, als je op zoek bent naar een schoon en goed onderhouden vakantiehuis met een schitterend uitzicht, is dit een echte aanrader!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Die Gastgeberfamilie - Barbara, Roberto und ihre Tochter Michela - sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kamen anders als geplant erst spätabends an, aber die Kommunikation mit Michela lief problemlos per SMS und trotz der Sprachbarriere (wir sprechen kein Italienisch und Barbara und Roberto kein Englisch), wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist wie ein eigenes kleines Haus, auch wenn sie direkt an das Haus der Familie grenzt. Sie ist wirklich schön und dabei gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir wurden mit köstlichen kleinen Kuchen und frischen Eiern verwöhnt und fanden immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Nach unseren Ausflügen nach Pisa, Florenz, San Gimignano ... war es immer eine Freude, in unser ruhiges "Zuhause" zurückkehren zu können. Danke und liebe Grüße aus Berlin!

We had a lovely stay in Sommocolonia! Nice small apartment with balcony and everything we needed in the house. Despite the central location in the middle of the village it was very quiet in the evening. Lots to do in the surroundings, such as hiking, canyoning, caves, swimming, and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Loved Barga a lovely small town 15 minutes drive down the hill.
