La Portera : locations de vacances

Muy buen alojamiento! Estuvimos una semana en época de fallas con nuestros gatos y fue muy tranquilo. Volveríamos a ir sin dudas 🫶

We loved our stay and would love to stay again some day! Liz's home is cozy and bright and airy and had everything we needed to feel comfortable, including lots of cooking supplies. When you walk in the first door, it feels like an oasis with the private patio. The neighborhood is very relaxed. The beach is close and beautiful. And there is a ton of great food, music, and entertainment nearby. Liz, Pedro, and Yolanda are very responsive. As others have noted, there is a social gathering spot across the street so if you're sensitive to noise for sleep and go to bed on the earlier side, the downstairs bedroom might not work for you.

Перебування було чудовим! Квартира чиста, затишна, з якісним ремонтом та якісною побутовою технікою. Має зручну кухню на якій є все необхідне для тривалого перебування. Чиста і охайна ванна кімната. В квартирі достатньо шаф для зберігання одягу та речей. Зручне ліжко, достатньо рушників. Є система кондиціонування і опалення. Це тихе і спокійне місце для приємного відпочинку. Пілі і Пако завжди любʼязні і готові допомогти, за що ми їм дуже вдячні!🤗

It is evident that the Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make the house cosy, which has been accomplished quite well. You do not have the feeling of being in a rental home. Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. And also reached out after arrival to her if everything was as expected. We had some nice days at the house and can only recommend the place.

We can’t thank Javier enough for an awesome stay. The house is just as described—beautiful, modern, and right on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a few shops within walking distance, so everything you need is close by. Plus, Oliva town is only a 30-minute walk away, with hundreds of shops, restaurants, and cafes, and there are always fiestas on the weekends. If you’re feeling lazy, Just Eat will deliver right to the house! For those wanting a day trip, Valencia is just about an hour’s drive away. And honestly, with Oliva living up to its reputation for having some of the best beaches in Spain, it’s hard to leave! Thanks again, Javier, for being such a great host. Can’t wait to come back!

La acomodación fue fenomenal! Y María también!! Nos ha ayudado mucho en la ciudad y también con el apartamento. Me sentí como en mi casa. Nos ha recomendado sitios y siempre fue accesible para todas las cosas. La mejor que es en este ciudad!!!

The place was perfect! Such a warm welcome and showed us everything upon entry. Super close walk to beach, grocery store, restaurants etc. Looks better than the photos! Squeaky clean. Would definitely stay again and again. Beach was super clean and town itself. Such a great place! Thank you so much! ❤️
