We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

We were surprised by how nice it was and that there were other residences attached. The location has a segmented yard with nice seating areas and a grill so it made up for it that way. The amenities and furniture were well cleaned and plush

We had such an amazing week for our party of 7 family reunion!!! The house was exactly as described and so well stocked with amenities, most especially books, toys, and any children’s item you could think of for your young boys. Our family had tons of fun using the pool and hot tub, we definitely utilized the wide assortment pool/beach toys and floaties as well. We had a very good time with the special treasure hunt game which was amusement for all ages. Communication was top notch and the recommendations were much appreciated and spot on. We’re already planning our next vacation here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

great stay at Aaron's place. Cute house that was clean, nicely stocked with things like a wagon for the beach and bikes to borrow, a few books and puzzles for the kids to play with. Hot tub was lovely (and clean!) and it was a very easy walk to the beach or restaurants and coffee in OB. Would stay there again.

Our stay at Meaghan and Dereks was absolutely amazing. It felt like a cozy little home in the middle of nature. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful landscape, hearing the birds, beautiful retreat away from the busy city life. Meaghan and Derek were very friendly and communicative making it easy to find the home and enjoy our time there.

Comfortable home with all the amenities. Close walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Great home, very airy, and comfortable! Location is perfect by the beach and various restaurants, Pilates/yoga studios and more. As described! Thank you for a lovely stay for our little family and two grandparents.

This place was amazing! I stayed here with my family, which included two dogs, and it was perfect! The house and yard were great for my family and pets, and the neighborhood is quiet and private. It was also close to many great restaurants and things to do. Isabelle was a great host! She left us a personalized message, cookies, snacks, and drinks for our check in and was extremely nice and responsive when we had questions. She also had some great recommendations for food and places to see nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, especially if you are looking for a family and pet friendly location close to many great spots in San Diego. I hope I get to come back to the area and stay here again in the future.

Nice, quiet stay that is super convenient walking distance to the San Diego Zoo. Host was very friendly and informative during our stay and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend a stay if you’re planning on visiting the surrounding attractions.

We had a wonderful stay! I loved how chill and welcoming Russell was! Super helpful anytime I messaged. We really enjoyed having our dog be able to come with us. Other places I looked at that said they were dog friendly had paragraphs about what the dogs could and couldn’t do and I felt like having my dog at that location would be anxiety producing to keep all the rules. This place actually felt dog friendly. Lots of restuants near by had patios where dogs were welcome also. Having parking on property, off the street was a great bonus. We liked being close to everything, even downtown, but far enough that we didn’t have to deal with St Patrick’s weekend partiers. I was able to run with my dog through the neighborhoods and around the park and felt safe. The larger bed was comfortable (we didn’t use the other so can’t speak for that one). The darkening curtains were a plus since the house has great natural lighting.

My family and I love Ocean Beach and I would highly recommend this place and we plan to stay again. The outdoor shower in the back is a great feature of you’re coming from the beach and need to rinse off before going inside. The place is amazing and extremely spacious.

Had a nice stay - check in instructions were a little hard to find but once we found the online portal they were pretty straightforward. Comfortable bed, nice shower head, and clean small studio space. Beach gear was provided which was a nice touch. Great location with easy free parking in the surrounding streets. Host was very responsive to any messages.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Lovely area, very comfortable house, awesome host. Just overall a very enjoyable stay.

The pictures on the website were a good representation of the property! Olga has a green thumb, and her gardens were absolutely beautiful! She communicated clearly and responded quickly. Instructions were all clear and check-in was simple. We truly appreciated the treats awaiting our arrival:) The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the TV and wifi instructions were all readily available. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood that allowed for walking to several options for coffee, wine, and meals. The home was truly pet-friendly, and Olga was a welcoming hostess! We'll definitely visit again!

Very beautiful home not far from the beach or stores really close to Seaworld has a lot of accommodations for children and dogs. Overall, I loved my stay.

This is a lovely townhouse near the beach! The complex includes a half that is on the beach and then across the road is the half with this home. The unit itself is clean, modern, and simply but nicely appointed for a pet friendly stay. Master bedroom is actually the room with 2 queen beds (in which our kids stayed) and the other bedroom with a king is fine but not quite as lovely. So my kids got a balcony and more spacious bathroom! This is a quick walk to the dog beach, its own private beach, and the sea viewing deck and clubhouse with sea view in the section of the complex across the road. A little frustrating that dogs are not allowed to do their business inside the complex - you have to walk them outside the gates every time. Upon arrival, we discovered an odor from previous guest's pet having urinated on the living room area rug, but Sommer was super proactive in immediately replacing the rug and re-cleaning the floor which solved the problem. Jacuzzi was nice on rainy days!

Love Teri’s place! Feels just like home whenever we stay there. Walking distance to Better Buzz Coffee and Vons for groceries. Everything you need is there for you to make the place feel like home away from home. Teri was a great host too, can’t recommend her enough for anyone wanting to stay in San Diego.

This is our second stay at Roger and Kari's . The place is absolutely gorgeous. They have turned their 2 acres into a beautiful garden paradise with trails, beautiful plantings and cool things to see. Roger and Kari are very friendly and great to talk to. They are great communicators and super helpful when it comes to local suggestions. We'd love to stay with them again !

This house was a great spot for our family and friends! The living space was very spacious and the kids loved the pool! Convenient location to get around and enjoy all San Diego has to offer. Jesse was quick to respond and clarify any questions we had!

Greg en Lesley hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Ze waren steeds bereikbaar voor informatie. De woning ligt een rustig gebied op 15 min rijden van alle belangrijke hotspots in San Diego. Dit was voor ons de perfecte locatie om onze trip langs de Westkust te starten.

This place was perfect for my son and I. The tub was amazing. The location was great for what we had planned for the 5 nights we stayed. The hosts were sweet and responsive when I had questions.

Very much enjoyed staying here! Nice and clean space, and host was great! Loved being in the heart of Pacific Beach!
