This space is perfect for one or two people. close to a large mall and lots of restaurants. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a quiet getaway that's still close to modern amenities.

This house hosted our family, which included a baby. It was easy to get to, get into and had what we needed. The host was very responsive, easy to get ahold of, and very involved in making our stay as great as possible! We had a longer stay and it was exactly what we needed— if you’re looking for a great space, interactive and caring host while visiting SD, this is your spot! We would easily stay here again!!

Back for our 2nd visit. The cottage is private, nicely decorated, safe & clean. We hope to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Pete and Tess’s place. A very nice and quiet neighborhood with a very spacious living room and kitchen area. The pool and hot tub area was by far my favorite part of the house, a great place to lounge and hang out. Overall, I had a great stay here and would highly recommend!

Millie's property was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay! The breathtaking views made every moment special, and the cozy, beautifully designed interior created such a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The peaceful surroundings made it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Great stay! The family + dog enjoyed our stay. Elyce is a great host and her house is comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen has pretty much anything you need and the space is great for dogs. Bonus, we got to meet and feed her cute miniature horses! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I wanted to spend a few days relaxing with my family, and since it was my first time looking for accommodation, I was a bit stressed, not knowing exactly what criteria to consider. However, the choice turned out to be excellent. I found the perfect place that fully met our needs: a spacious house equipped with a jacuzzi, a barbecue, and a large garden in a quiet area. We had all the comfort we wanted and enjoyed a truly wonderful experience in a beautiful setting.”

Fantastic place to stay with a large group, and a great location! Cheap lyfts to the gas lamp and airport. Right by Balboa Park and walkable to several wonderful restaurants. The apartments were very clean and had all amenities we'd need. The hosts were very organized. Highly recommended!

Great spot if you have a car to traffic to/from the beaches. Was comfortable for me, my husband, baby, and our au pair, and probably would be a good fit for two couples or a family of 4 (one room was bunks). Amenities were ample, beds were large and comfy, clean. Some good food spots within walking distances, namely The Fish Shop and Kono’s sister restaurant (yummy burritos). Vons, Trader Joe’s, CVS all within walking distance for those looking to cook from home. Thanks for hosting us!

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

Wonderful location and very good use of space! We felt welcome with the extra amenities and beach equipment and the place was well stocked and very clean. Very easy to find, get in, and park near. The area felt very residential too and very safe. Plus, it was easy to walk to local food and drink along with being so close to the bay. One qualm was that the shared backyard area wasn't what was expected. The description of the pictures listed various things like a grill, kids toys, and workout equipment (which was all there) but it was a bit scattered when we showed up. This is to be expected with a family living in the space as well but just a forewarning that the pictures for the backyard don't accurately represent the space. Either than that, everything else was great. 👍

Went on a weekend family trip with my family. This place was beautiful, quiet and clean. Super close to restaurants, beach and San Diego zoo which is what we did during our stay. Will definitely book again in the future! Thank you again! 🙂

We had such a great time at Philip's place - the location was amazing, easily walkable to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in South Park and North Park. Philip proactively communicated with us and made sure our check-in was as easy as possible. The place was clean, comfortable, and we loved using the outdoor space to enjoy San Diego's sunny weather!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Chris was a great host, answered all questions we had. He checked in often to see how my family and I were enjoying the home. His place was amazing we loved it. The area was very quiet. It’s close to everything. Thanks Chris for making it a great experience

Liam and Mia are excellent hosts. They were responsive even months up to our reservation. We communicated often and they met our needs. They were able to accommodate a mid-stay cleaning. Although I was not as responsive, they were patient and kind. Would recommend this home and hosts.

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

This whole experience was so easy . Alejandro was super helpful and flexible! The place is glorious - just amazing view and has a lot space. I will definitely be bringing my family back here again for sure. Kinda feels like you get the Rosarito and Tijuana experience all in one.

This place was good for a large group we liked the 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, the pool was excellent and the kids loved it!
